Ideal creative strategy: the concept of "maximum movement up" and a list of current developments

Then the war began. Virtually his entire post-war biography (and he returned from World War II to a second-group invalid with an almost inactive leg and bronchial asthma, due to which he was forced to move from Leningrad to Moscow) was connected with the creation of new tools for machining parts. The tools, which make it possible in some cases, for half of the work of a low-level turner, to perform the monthly norm of a fifth-level turner.
An example of the second type is the biography of Alexander Sergeevich Danilov **. Working in various specialties (paramedic, concrete worker, carpenter, fireman, gold miner), he collected and systematized information about literature on

creative individuals. This goal was in no way connected with his official activities. Yes, and life in places remote from major cities, made it difficult to study. He read books in his free time, subscribing to the interlibrary loan. ("Every month he received a dozen or two dozens of parcels with books ...".) I also had to go to other cities to get library books and archival materials. What kind of specialist he was is unknown (it’s not written about this in the essay), but clearly not the best: he didn’t advance in the service, didn’t take high positions, didn’t achieve any significant success (unless he won 50 years of hard work in especially bad conditions) years old). But there is significant progress in the chosen goal: for forty-five years, twenty-three thousand eight hundred five books have been read, a lot of work has been done to systematize the card file (of all the books read, extracts have been made that made the card file). The work that A. S. Danilov undertook is unique: there has not yet been created such a voluminous dictionary-index of prominent figures of the present and the past.
It is necessary to compare the ways of setting and solving problems in these two possible cases.
Here, Alexander Sergeevich Danilov: he had to specialize in an unfamiliar area, while in the country (and in the world) there is a huge army of librarians, including those with higher education. Danilov does not have access to the funds of foreign libraries, and in all likelihood he analyzed only books in Russian. And what is the 25-30 even 50 thousand books compared with the world fund of accumulated literature? Danilov works alone: until he has time to read and analyze one book, dozens (and maybe hundreds) of new books and articles will appear. And private archival funds? ..
But, on the other hand, the work of Aleksandr Sergeevich is independent: it is impossible for him to forbid practicing it (to forbid reading books?). So, external circumstances have a much weaker effect on his progress than on the work of Boris Fedorovich Danilov, who has been repeatedly banned, interfered, and complicated his life in every possible way.
What is more desirable for obtaining results as soon as possible? Choosing a H1 direction in a specialty, when it is possible to engage in creative tasks during working hours (is it possible?) And use existing professional knowledge, skills, or choosing a direction for which the service will be only a way to earn money Einstein said that a theoretical physicist should work as a lighthouse keeper)? What is more effective for the transition to the supersystem of objectives: the first or second option?
It is necessary to collect a pool of tasks s1 (real, once someone's set, solved and implemented), analyze the biographies of the authors, compare the options "in the specialty" and "outside the specialty", look for patterns.
The topic can be expanded by extending it to the tasks of the second and third tiers (KE Tsiolkovsky, a school math teacher, was involved in the “philosophy of the cosmos”: how many professional philosophers were at that time? ..).
3
Alexander Sergeevich Danilov throughout his life collects a card file for creative individuals. But over the long years of work, he did not draw any conclusions (except for one: in the entire history of mankind there were only a few thousand creative individuals of the “first rank”). Once upon a time, a mountain of facts gave Darwin a theory of the origin of species, a theory of evolution. And S. Danilov received a biobibliographic reference, a unique reference, but only that. It is like inventing a microscope and not using it as a tool for opening the microworld ... Jobs A.S. Danilova could lead to the creation of the ZSTL, to the development of methods of educating creative qualities. But that did not happen. There were disturbing symptoms of a “step on the spot”: Danilov had an idea to illustrate a card file with postcards, reproductions of pictures, cards, stamps ... Of course, it is impossible to determine whether this or that array of information is sufficient for the transition to generalizations. But in the reference book of A.S. Danilov's critical mass is clearly outdone, and there is no “chain reaction”, an explosion of ideas.
Research topic: the collection, processing and use of information in the space of creativity.
An interesting topic ... Here is at least such a paradox. It would seem that the collection of information - a service element of creativity. It seems to be the ideal of creativity - the maximum of new findings with a minimum of information. But what about Bentley, who collected photos of snowflakes all his life? Or what about the same Danilov? How to explain that the collection of information has become their main creative process? Perhaps, in such cases, a person - voluntarily or unwittingly - works as a member of an invisible team, a "cooperation of contemporaries"? There is simply a division of labor: does one person collect information for hundreds and thousands of problem solvers? ..
It is curious to note that in classes on TRTL, students sometimes object to including Bentley or Danilov as creative individuals: well, the person collected information, did not discover anything, what is the creation here? .. There are not only a lack of understanding of the mechanisms of creativity, but also psychological motives: information gathering the most accessible "creative action"; Why Bentley could, why Danilov could find a new collection facility, but you can't? What do you - besides laziness and lack of organization - interfere? It is easier to strike out Bentley and Danilov from the creative fund, than to admit that you yourself are missing a real opportunity for high creativity.
Again: we need not the ranting around the topic, but the development of practically existing tools. For example, we need an informed list of new (!) Objects of a “large collection” by the type of work of Bentley and Danilov. What to collect, why collect, how to collect ...
The technology of “large gathering” is only one of the aspects of the theme “Information in the space of creativity”. The main thing: the methods of effective use of information for the formulation and solution of creative problems. Question of questions: how to squeeze the maximum creative results from the minimum amount of information?
four.
The last thirty years of his life Lev A. Yutkin devoted the study of the electro-hydraulic effect (EGE). Results: the theoretical foundations of the phenomenon were developed, 200 methods and devices for the practical application of EGE were proposed, 140 copyright certificates for inventions were received, 50 publications were published.
Gabriel Abramovich Ilizarov was not thirty years old when he invented an apparatus for splicing broken bones. In the field of osteosynthesis, Ilizarov is still working, and now his institute has created more than 400 methods based on the original idea.
These two examples are similar: a person works according to a "cluster" of tasks s1, as close as possible; their very totality is practically the task of the second tier z2.
Another approach is also possible: solving problems related to different areas. For example, the eminent inventor Solomon Lazarevich Kim, the author of hundreds of solutions to serious problems in various fields of technology, * worked like this.
When is the work “on Ytkin-Ilizarov” preferable, and when on the “on Kim”? And why? And is “combined tactics” possible?
Development should begin with the selection of information on creative individuals who have solved many problems in their life s1. Divide this fund into three groups: mono-direction, different directions, mixed cases. You can use not only literary sources for inventors such as Edison, Einstein, Shukhov, Kapitsa, but also oral surveys of contemporaries (in St. Petersburg, for example, you can get interesting information from England, Yermakov, Kaner, etc.).
five.
The “bunch” of tasks of the first tier of z1 gives in sum the H2 direction and the problem of the second tier of z2. An example is Edison's creative biography. More than a thousand patents on devices and methods related to the use of electromagnetism, led eventually to a universal solution (already problem s2): electromagnetism, in principle, is applicable for anything.
It is clear that from the position of the most effective “upward” advancement, when the “bunch” of first-tier tasks is less (more time is left for advancing along the second and third tiers). In the limit - the ideal case - there should be no “bunch” at all: having solved one first-level task, one should immediately go to the super-system.
How to move upward from the "bunch" is in principle clear: using generalization. And how to build a supersystem on one solved
* Latyshev V. I have always solved the tasks for which I undertook // Inventor and Innovator. 1981. N7.

task z1? We need clear instrumental recommendations for such a transition. It is clear that without careful work with the information fund they cannot be worked out.
Here is an interesting example. Semmelweis, having come to the idea of disinfecting hands when inspecting women in labor and giving birth, stopped at this, although there was only one step left before entering the super-system — the general theory of antiseptics. And one more step - to the second task s2: the general theory of asepsis. But Zemmelveys .8 years old fought hard for the introduction of his private idea, and not turning it into a broad universal principle. Without even seeing such an opportunity.
How is it most effective to turn an idea (or, more correctly, a mono-idea) into a new principle?
If real results are obtained on the topic, they can be used to develop step 8.3 in the algorithm for solving inventive problems (ARIZ-85-B) *.
6
As shown by arrows in Fig. 4, it is possible to "transfer" from one problem of the second or third tier to another problem according to the scheme "solving the problem of the upper tier - descending to the tasks of the first tier arising from this solution - rising upwards to a completely different problem." It is necessary to collect an information fund for such transitions and try to formulate an optimal workable program of "transplants". Support the development of several new examples.
Maybe give a project of the systematic use of "transfers" in ARIZ.
7
The tasks and solutions of the first tier usually do not have a clearly expressed "worthiness" or "unworthiness" - they are easily suitable for the service of good and evil. In the third tier, it is easier to assess ethical indicators of tasks and decisions. But still, while evaluating new developments, either nothing can be said about the degree of their good-evil, or it is necessary to judge very
* Altshuller G.S. Find an idea: An introduction to the theory of solving inventive problems. Novosibirsk: Science, 1986. P.206.

close by. It is necessary to understand the definition of the degree of worthiness of tasks and solutions. To assemble a fund of goals with a clearly defined “coloring”: goals, the realization of which will multiply evil; goals that give both evil and good; good goals that deliberately give more good than evil ... Is it possible to reduce the proportion of evil inherent in this or that innovation? How exactly? What are the mechanisms for turning "evil" goals into "good" ones? Is it possible to create a Fund of New Worthy Goals, that is, new and "purely good" directions, tasks, ideas? Try to make a list of 15-20 major problems to begin with, the solution of which will give a "good" - without the admixture of "evil" ...
When working on this topic - in addition to using the usual information fund - you can think about your own creative experience (inventions, training TRIZ-TRTL, development on TRIZ and TRTL).
Some additional considerations
So, seven directions, seven areas for development. "Rounding", you can briefly formulate the main in these seven tasks:
1. The general development of the "creative space" scheme.
2. Invent: by service or "on the side"?
3. Information in the "creative space".
4. To invent: on one topic or on different?
5. How to rise from the first tier to the second and from the second to the third in the shortest way?
6. "Transplant": descend down from the decision of the highest tier and a new rise up - to another problem.
7. Worthy goals: the definition of "good and evil," an increase in the degree of "good."
It is easy to see that the topics partially overlap. So it should be: themes are like different doors to the same building. It is important to go inside ...
We do not insist on the accuracy of those. Topics are given "for the seed", any correction of the wording is already the beginning of an active research work. Further advancement “inside” can and should lead to new formulations and a new vision of topics in general.
Now it is important to start.
Work can be carried out alone or in groups of 2–3 people (in the first stage, large teams are ineffective). It seems appropriate that those who have chosen a particular direction of research should report this to the TRIZ Association. And at the same time they would write: do they need colleagues in the subject in other cities? We will send addresses if there is a coincidence of directions.
The field of study is damn interesting, very promising, but difficult. To real results - a few years. Although intermediate results can be used, for example, a good information fund on a topic is an independent value.

Ideal creative strategy: the concept of "maximum movement up" and a list of current developments

  1. What is a "Drug" and "with what they eat it"
What is it? Yes, very simple; A droodle is a doodle riddle (or riddle doodle, if you like), which can be translated as a "mysterious foolish picture." Translate better if you can. Their inventor, writer Roger Price, published his first Drudles in the 50s. In a short time, their popularity reached incredible proportions; they became the theme of fashionable American

  3. Commentary on the theory of "living" energy
This concept of nutrition is known for a very long time and is interesting because its supporters are convinced that there is some kind of “live” energy in the human body. And it is transmitted through some substances, structures, but so far they have not been able to “materialize” them. In particular, it is assumed that the lack of calories in the body is compensated by its own energy resources. From where
  4. What does it mean to go to a psychiatrist?
"See a psychiatrist" means to see a doctor who specializes in the study of human emotions. A psychiatrist can help a person become happier, work better and better cope with himself, people and circumstances around him. The psychoanalyst is a psychiatrist specializing in one of the types of psychiatric treatment, namely psychoanalysis, the subject of which, as we
  5. Nadorganizmennaya design, "kliniktobiont"
In ecomorphology, living systems are usually classified according to the level of organization and hierarchical hierarchy into categories: the organism and the superorganism. Organizational level is recognized as primary and primary; the superorganismal is considered a derivative of it and characterizes populations, colonies, and ecosystems. This view is based on the fact that organisms have their own centralized program.
  6. Remote complications "weaning" and re-intubation
Within 24–48 hours immediately after the respirator is disconnected, the patient’s condition may change several times, since he must adapt to independent breathing and independently evacuate the secret from the respiratory tract. Causes of tension occurring soon after extubation may be myocardial ischemia, congestion in the lungs, atelectasis, delayed secretion, oropharyngeal
  7. Prevention and treatment of "cytokine-induced" vasculitis
To reduce the damaging effect of inflammatory mediators on the capillary endothelium, it was shown already in the first hours of treatment: 1. Use of glucocorticoids that inhibit the activity of phospholipase A „, which reduces the formation of arachidonic acid from phospholipids of cell membranes damaged by hypoxia. Dozadexazone is 40-60 mg, for prednisone - 300-450 mg per day in a decreasing dose during
  8. Breast refusal: baby says no
Let's try to imagine what will happen if a cub of a mammal, for example, a bear, an elephant, a gorilla, suddenly takes it and thinks about sucking mother? The answer is simple: in nature, such a baby will not survive. Therefore, he does not suck his mother only in two cases: either he is weak and not viable, or trouble has happened to his mother, and his mother is no more. In all other cases, the cub sucks mother. So
  9. Specific problems of the "maintenance" stage of treatment
Good interaction between the patient and the respirator can be disrupted by failures in the ventilator system, worsening cardiopulmonary mechanics, or by factors completely unrelated to ventilation. 1 Increased resistance in the open state of the PDKV valve is not its principal property {Note. per.). Damage to the machine impairs adequate ventilation or oxygenation and usually
  10. How to cure a "dependent"?
It is easiest to cure an “addict” in the world under one condition: to find something more interesting than a subject on which he depends. You can cure any alcoholic, if you can find something that interests him more alcohol. Until now, no one has managed to find a substitute suitable for all cases. The most important thing here is that an alcoholic is rarely with someone in
  11. "Twisting" the lung
"Twisting" the lung is a rare result of severe injuries to the chest that cause the lung to rotate around the root. The X-ray picture is mirrored in relation to the normal location of the bronchi, with the main pulmonary vessels directed toward the head rather than down. Due to overflow of blood vessels, edema and atelectasis in the affected lung, the corresponding half of the diaphragm
  12. The syndrome of "trampling" children
The scope of the survey 1. It occurs in extreme situations with large crowds of people and the emergence of panic among them. 2. The mechanism of development: rollover and trampling of children in a crowd. 3. The leading in the clinic are polytrauma of varying severity and mechanical asphyxia due to prolonged (10-I5 minutes) intermittent compression of the chest. 4. Complaints are polymorphic, depend on
  13. Pulmonary edema caused by pulmonary edema, damage to the lungs and "volumatal injury" (volume trauma)
Pathogenesis Even in the absence of an alveolar rupture, the use of excessive regional volumes undoubtedly damages the alveoli, regardless of whether the introduction of such volumes is caused by positive or negative pressure. Patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome appear to be at the highest risk: the prevalence of barotrauma in these conditions may exceed 50%. Have
  14. On the "serum of truth."
At all times, various medications were used in order to relax the emotional blockade and give a person the opportunity to feel and speak more freely. Now, as a result of military experience, psychiatrists began to use in some cases two new drugs: in America, sodium amine (barbamyl) is usually used, often prescribed for oral administration as a hypnotic powder; in England many
  15. "Laughter culture" of the Middle Ages
Then everything collapsed. On the fragments of antiquity, suffocated with laughter, the Middle Ages prevailed with its strict hierarchy of values. At that time, to laugh at God, or at the king, was literally deadly. Stray buffoon was somehow allowed to make fun of human vices with the same "triumph of virtue" at the end. In the depiction of medieval theologians, laughter is invariably

  17. Strategy and tactics in the organization of the movement
A certain (biological or social) motivation is at the heart of the strategy of movement, and each specific motor act is a step towards satisfying this motivation, i.e. solves some intermediate task or goal (A.S. Batuyev, OP.Tairov, 1978). Under the tactics understand the specific plan of movement, the program of movement and the method of its implementation, taking into account the signal significance

The construction of acmeological systems of testing, the study of personality is based on a number of theoretical concepts and concepts. The most important of these is the concept of cumulative-factorial causes and the situational-personal-activity concept. The connection between them is very close. The concept of cumulative-factorial reasons comes from the fact that determinism in psychology is based on cumulation
