The complex of required exercises


I remind you that all exercises are performed without glasses!
How to become a Martian in love with eyes on the stems?
This exercise can be performed both sitting and standing at the window. Immediately decide for yourself how you will do it.
On a glass, just below eye level, stick a small stamp or picture, 3 x 3 cm or 4 x 4 cm in size. The picture should be cheerful, clearly drawn and best in green colors. Green is healing for the eyes. Look at living greens as much as possible.
Behind a window in the distance, select an object with blurry outlines.

In the course of restoration of vision, we change the object, but always select it at such a distance that it is not clearly visible. But the distance between the picture on the window and the eyes (20-25 cm) do not change !!!
And we begin to train the apparatus of eye accommodation. Duration of work is 10 minutes. Do not think about time!
It is best to put light, calm, pleasant music.
Within 3-5 seconds, we examine the picture in the picture, and then we look at the selected object outside the window, and look at it over the brand glued to the glass. Then we look at this object for 3-5 seconds and again smoothly translate the look at the picture.
Make sure that your eyes do not come out of their sockets! If tension has arisen to relax muscles, easily blink easily, pat eyelashes on cheeks!
This exercise should be performed 2 times a day during daylight hours, but the time interval between sets should be at least two hours.

Since ancient times, people in the East have been able to treat any eye disease with the help of the sun. But how?
1. It is useful to look at the sun with two eyes to tears, not blinking, but with strict observance of certain rules.

The first week of exercise is performed every day for one minute. During the second week, the duration of the exercise is gradually brought to two minutes. In the future, its execution time is increased to 10 minutes, but not more than that.

2. Stand in the shade so that one half of the face is in the shade and the other in the sunlit area. For stability, spread your legs wider than your shoulders.
Start making light turns with your head so that your face appears in the sun or in the shade.

When you turn your head to the left, you mentally say: “The sun is coming!” When you turn your head to the right, you mentally say: “The sun is leaving!” It is very important not to “cling” with your gaze to the sun, because even with eyes closed for centuries you cannot “look” in the bright sun.
Increase the duration of the exercise to 10 minutes gradually, starting with one.
After that, be sure to perform “Nachihatto-Naplevatto” Relaxation we perform at least twice as long as the exercise itself did.

3. Now leave this shadow and go out into the sun. Exercise can be performed during the day up to 11 hours and after 15 hours. Place your legs comfortably and begin to make slight turns of the body in place around the axis.
