WHY IN NOVEMBER IS SO DIFFICULT TO LIVE AND WORK

For the past ten years, it is absolutely impossible to gather a company to celebrate the New Year: most of the friends dumped them to Thailand or India for the winter. The option “go to parents” also does not work: they have long moved to Montenegro, where twenty degrees Celsius is considered cold weather. You open “Facebook” - there are solid photos from Israel or at least from Egypt. You write off with former colleagues - it turns out that they have found a job in Kiev or in Odessa; they are motivated by the fact that there is also a Russian-language press there, and the climate is still better. In general, all normal people live in warm sunny countries, and in the ten-million Moscow only severe Siberian workaholics remain (about Siberian ones, by the way, not an exaggeration: in our editorial office only a third of employees came to Moscow from St. Petersburg, a couple more people lived in the capital since childhood , and all the rest have grown beyond the Urals).
It is clear that we are all happy in warm sunny countries - just in contrast with the cold and darkness in which we grew up. But you can often find allegations that the indigenous people of warm countries are happier than those who managed to be born in the cold. This is only partly true. Basically, such conclusions are made on the basis of the most popular worldwide study of people's happiness, Happy Planet Index (in the generally accepted translation - the International Index of Happiness). Indeed, the top ten most prosperous countries according to this 2012 rating1 are Costa Rica, Vietnam, Colombia, Belize, El Salvador, Jamaica, Panama, Nicaragua, Venezuela and Guatemala. The happiest region of the world, therefore, is Central America. This is a particularly amusing conclusion, given that many of these countries are world leaders in the number of murders. For example, in Jamaica, according to the UN, the victims of the killers are 52 people per 100 thousand
residents per year, and in El Salvador - 66 people (with a global level of 6.9 people per 100 thousand per year).
The crime rate is not taken into account when compiling the rating. The Happy Planet Index is based only on three factors: the subjective assessment of happiness, life expectancy and the so-called ecological footprint is the scale of the harmful effects of people on the nature of the country and the planet. It is obvious that the agrarian economy typical of the states of Central America makes a relatively small contribution to the pollution of water and air, and it is this factor that makes the countries “the happiest”, despite dubious achievements on the remaining points. If you sort the countries in this rating only by the level of subjective assessment of life satisfaction, eliminating the remaining parameters, the top 10 leaders will look completely different: it will include Denmark, Canada, Norway, again Venezuela, Switzerland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Israel , Finland and Australia. No noticeable influence of climate is no longer visible, otherwise the Scandinavian countries would never be on this list.
However, in the alternative rating created by the companies WIN and Gallup, a dozen of leaders looks different: it includes Colombia, Malaysia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, the Philippines, Finland, Azerbaijan, Peru, Switzerland and Iceland. Here, only the ratio of people giving different answers to the question was taken into account: “From your point of view, do you personally feel happy, unhappy, or neither in your life as a whole?” The set of leaders turned out to be, to put it mildly, unexpected, but Nevertheless, it seems that the residents of two categories of countries can be happy: either there is a prosperous society and the state, or, damn it, there is simply a normal climate.

WHY IN NOVEMBER IS SO DIFFICULT TO LIVE AND WORK

  1. SO WORKS THE MAPPING OF THINKING
Mapping thinking does not relieve thinking itself, but makes it easier. Practice aligning your thoughts with flowers and
  2. Why do some pictures work and others not?
Over the years, helping people solve problems with pictures, I was often surprised that some types of pictures helped clarify the situation, while others only worsened understanding. This is not related to the quality of the pictures. For example, people in diagram A were drawn more accurately than the outlines of the figures in diagram B, but this did not help make diagram A easier to understand. It did not have
  3. Formulate correctly, or Why OK'SUMORON does not work
There are such situations when the Wizard wanders into a dead end, as it were, and struggles with the solution of some task, but the task is not persistently solved. The task remains the same unsolvable, despite all the magic tricks. What's the matter? It is very difficult to find a solution if the question is incorrectly formulated. The task must be set constructively, that is, when setting the task, you must leave sufficient space
  4. SO WHY ALL-SUCH GREETER?
A curious detail to our conversation about the diet of Dr. Laskin, which is given by the writer Viktor Yerofeyev in his book “The Good Stalin”. Once between Molotov and the father of the writer, Vladimir Erofeev, Stalin's personal translator from French, such a conversation took place. I quote: "He (Molotov. - Ed.) Loved long walks in nature, skated, drank narzan with lemon, and adored buckwheat
  5. Why is breast feeding so important?
Everywhere and everywhere breastfeeding is important because it creates the best conditions for a child to be healthy, grow well and develop. By its quality, breast milk surpasses all other products that are given to the baby. It contains the ideal ratio of nutrients and anti-infective factors, specifically, as if ordered for each
  6. Why does a person act and feel that way and not otherwise?
People act and feel not in accordance with real facts, but in accordance with their ideas about these facts. Everyone has their own specific image of the world and the people around them, and a person behaves as if the truth are these images, not the objects they represent. Some images of almost all normal individuals add up to one pattern. Man represents
  7. Why is it important to breastfeed?
The unique biological properties of breast milk ensure harmonious growth and development of the child, protect it from gastrointestinal diseases and respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, ear infections (inflammation of the middle ear), and also reduce the risk of developing allergies and asthma, diabetes. Breastfeeding provides long-term protection and reduces the risk of developing an irregular shape.
  8. Why is the sucking action of a child so important?
The sucking action of the baby stimulates milk flow. The earlier and more often the child is applied to the breast, the faster breastfeeding is established. Sometimes women cannot control these actions immediately after childbirth. Even if the child could not be near you, but if you were given even a little help and you have a sense of confidence, your child can again stimulate
  9. People say that stress stops the release of milk, so how can we breastfeed in difficult times, full of stress?
In societies where women never doubt their ability to breastfeed, mothers breastfed their children throughout the ages during famines and wars and saved their lives. In those societies where artificial feeding has become widespread, and faith in breastfeeding has fallen, women are breastfed even less often during emergencies. Humanitarian workers,
  10. Can you explain to me why relationships develop so well at the beginning and get worse with time?
In the period of love, people notice each other only those features that they admire. Thanks to a new partner, our best facets are revealed. When this initial period passes, we are confronted with a reality that we already hardly perceive. We begin to notice those features of our spouse, which we have not noticed before, everything is aggravated when the spouse begins to reflect some of our
  11. In my family, I do everything: home, buying food, children, their upbringing, their education. I do not understand why only I should deal with all this. My husband says that when a woman does everything, it is in the order of things. But then he is responsible for this, isn’t he?
It depends on the commitments that you made together before the birth of children. Did you discuss the consequences of having children in your family? Who wanted them? Suppose you really wanted to have children, but your husband told you: “I don’t want to have children, but if it’s so important to you, then fine. You can have children, I do not mind, because you will be engaged in them. " If between you was achieved
  12. HOW TO LIVE FURTHER
Ending the program - about nutrition. As you have already understood, we have restored normal metabolism - the basic functions of the body have also been restored. The usual diseases and problems with the skin and hair have disappeared somewhere. If something is left - the program is passed through carelessly - that's all. You can, of course, do this the second time at your leisure, but now I’ll reveal a secret: the effect will be five times lower.
