WHY IN NOVEMBER, SO HARD TO LIVE AND WORK

For the last ten years it is absolutely impossible to gather a company for the celebration of the New Year: most friends for the winter dump to Thailand or to India. The option "go to the parents" also does not work: they have long moved to Montenegro, where twenty degrees Celsius are considered cold weather. You open "FaceBook" - there are solid photographs from Israel or at least from Egypt. You write to former colleagues - it turns out that they found a job in Kiev or in Odessa; motivated by the fact that there is also a Russian-language press, and the climate is still better. In general, all normal people live in warm sunny countries, and in ten-millionth Moscow there are only severe Siberian workaholics (about Siberian ones, by the way, it is not an exaggeration: in our edition only a third of the staff came to Moscow from Petersburg, another couple lived in the capital since childhood , and all the rest grew up beyond the Urals).
It is clear that we are all happy in warm sunny countries - simply in contrast to the cold and darkness in which we grew up. But it is often possible to find allegations that the indigenous people of warm countries are happier than those who managed to be born in the cold. This is only partly true. Basically, such conclusions are made on the basis of the most popular worldwide study of people's happiness, the Happy Planet Index (in the conventional translation - the International Index of Happiness). Indeed, the top ten most prosperous countries in accordance with this 2012 rating1 are Costa Rica, Vietnam, Colombia, Belize, El Salvador, Jamaica, Panama, Nicaragua, Venezuela and Guatemala. The most happy region of the world, thus, is Central America. This is a particularly amusing conclusion, given that many of these countries are world leaders in terms of the number of murders. For example, in Jamaica, according to the United Nations, 52 people per 100,000 are murderer victims,
of the population per year, and in Salvador - 66 people (at a worldwide level of 6.9 people per 100 thousand per year).
The level of crime in the rating is not taken into account, Happy Planet Index is based only on three factors: a subjective assessment of happiness, life expectancy and the so-called ecological trace is the scale of the harmful impact of people on the nature of the country and the planet. It is obvious that the agrarian economy, characteristic of the states of Central America, makes a relatively small contribution to the pollution of water and air, and this factor makes the countries "the happiest", despite the dubious achievements on the remaining items. If you sort out the countries in this ranking only by the level of subjective assessment of life satisfaction, excluding the remaining parameters, the top 10 leaders will look absolutely different: it will include Denmark, Canada, Norway, again Venezuela, Switzerland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Israel , Finland and Australia. No noticeable influence of the climate is no longer visible, otherwise the Scandinavian countries would never have got on this list.
However, in an alternative ranking created by WIN and Gallup, the top ten leaders look different: they include Colombia, Malaysia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Philippines, Finland, Azerbaijan, Peru, Switzerland and Iceland. Here, only the ratio of people who give different answers to the question was taken into account: "From your point of view, do you personally feel happy, unhappy or neither in your life as a whole?" The set of leaders turned out to be unexpected, but to say the least, still gives the impression that the residents of two categories of countries can be happy: either there is a prosperous society and the state, or, damn it, there is simply a normal climate.

WHY IN NOVEMBER, SO HARD TO LIVE AND WORK

  1. THAT THE MAPPING OF THINKING WORKS
Mapping thinking does not get rid of thinking itself, but it makes it easier. Practice harmonizing your thoughts with colors and
  2. Why do some pictures work and others do not?
Over the years, helping people solve problems with pictures, I was often surprised that some types of pictures helped clarify the situation, while others only worsened understanding. This is not related to picture quality. For example, people in diagram A were drawn much more accurately than the contours of figures in diagram B, but this did not help to make diagram A more simple to understand. It did not have
  3. Formulate correctly, or Why OK'SYUMORON does not work
There are situations when the Wizard wanders as if to a standstill and beats over the solution of a task, but the task stubbornly does not dare. The task remains as insoluble, despite all the magic tricks. What's the matter? It is very difficult to find a solution if the question is formulated incorrectly. The task should be structured, that is, when setting the task, you should leave enough space
  4. SO WHY IS EVERYTHING SOIL?
A curious detail to our conversation about the diet of Dr. Laskin, which leads the writer Victor Erofeev in his book "Good Stalin". Once, between Molotov and the writer's father, Vladimir Erofeev, Stalin's personal translator from the French, such a conversation took place. I quote: "He (Molotov - Ed.) Loved long walks in nature, skated, drank narzan with lemon and adored buckwheat
  5. Why is it important to breastfeed?
Everywhere and everywhere breastfeeding is important, as it creates the best conditions for the child to be healthy, grow and develop well. The quality of breast milk is superior to all other products that give a child. It contains an ideal ratio of nutrients and anti-infective factors, specifically, as if ordered for each
  6. Why does a person act and feel so, and not otherwise?
People act and feel not in accordance with actual facts, but in accordance with their ideas about these facts. Everyone has his own specific image of the world and surrounding people, and man behaves as if these images are the truth, and not the objects they represent. Some images of almost all normal individuals are composed of one pattern. The person represents
  7. Why is it important to breastfeed?
The unique biological properties of breast milk ensure the harmonious growth and development of the child, protect it from gastrointestinal diseases and respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, ear infections (middle ear inflammation), and also reduce the risk of allergy and asthma, diabetes. Breastfeeding provides long-term protection and reduces the risk of developing irregular forms
  8. Why is the child's sucking effect so important?
The sucking effect of the baby stimulates the flow of milk. The earlier and more often the baby is applied to the chest, the faster the breastfeeding is established. Sometimes women can not control these actions right after delivery. Even if the child could not be near you, but if you were given at least a little help and you have a sense of confidence, your child can again stimulate
  9. People say that stress stops the allocation of milk, so how can we breastfeed during difficult times, full of stress?
In societies where women never doubt their ability to breast-feed, mothers have been breastfeeding their children during the famine and wars for centuries and saved their lives. In the same societies, where the spread of artificial feeding, and the belief in breastfeeding has fallen, women are even less likely to breastfeed during emergency situations. Employees of humanitarian organizations,
  10. Can you explain to me why the relationship develops so well at first, but deteriorates over time?
In the period of love, people notice each other only those features that are admired. Thanks to a new partner, our best faces open. When this initial period passes, we are faced with a reality that is already hard to perceive. We begin to notice those traits of our spouse who were not noticed before, all is aggravated when the spouse begins to reflect some of our
  11. In my family, I do everything: home, food, children, their upbringing, their education. I do not understand why all of this should be done only by me. My husband says that when a woman does everything, it's in the order of things. But after all, he is responsible for this, is not it?
It depends on the obligations that you took on together before the birth of the children. Have you discussed the consequences of having children in your family? Who wanted them? Suppose you really wanted to have children, but your husband told you: "I do not want to have children, but if it's so important to you, then all right. You can have children, I do not mind, because you will be engaged in them. " If you have been reached
  12. HOW TO LIVE NEXT
Finishing the program - about nutrition As you already understood, we restored the normal metabolism - the basic functions of the body were restored. Caught somewhere familiar diseases and problems with skin and hair. If there is anything left, the program has been passed haphazardly - that's all.
