How much can you eat?
American Donna Simpson became famous in 2008, when she told journalists about her dream of being the most fat woman on the planet. At that time she weighed 290 kg and planned to recruit at least 160 more. Then the round figure would be 1000 pounds, five times heavier than the average American. For the sake of her goal, Donna had to absorb 12,000 kcal per day. She spent 750 dollars a week on food.
To pay for food, Donna maintained a website where anyone could watch for just $ 19 a month as she eats.
Today Donna's website no longer has video broadcasts. In her message to the readers, she tells that she recently broke up with her fiance Philip and now plans to lose weight in order to live a full life and take care of her children. Philip preferred thick women, so he had to match his taste.
This story seems surprising to us only because the woman tried to get fat, and not lose weight for the sake of her love. In fact, we are all in the same boat: our ideas about the ideal weight most often do not correspond to medical norms, but correspond instead to real or imaginary aesthetic representations of our beloved.
The correspondence of height and weight is usually assessed using a value called the body mass index. This is the weight in kilograms divided by the height in meters, squared. For example, if your height is 165 cm and your weight is 60 kg, then the body mass index is 22:
I = 60 / 1.652 = 22.
According to the World Health Organization, at a normal weight, the body mass index ranges from 18.5 to 25. This means that with an increase of 165 centimeters it is recommended to keep its weight within the limits of 55 to 65 kg. If you have barely gained 50 kg with this growth, then, from the doctors' point of view, it is a deficit of body weight and you should be well. But try to inform the lover that you are planning to get fat by 10 kg to be in the very center of the recommended rate. The likelihood that he will not discourage you is very small.
Nevertheless, the problem of real, and not imaginary, obesity today - for the first time in the history of mankind! - more urgent than the problem of malnutrition.

How much can you eat?
- What can I say about special creams from nipple inflammation? How can I get them during an emergency?
Unfortunately, sometimes, along with humanitarian aid, creams and aerosols for nipples are sent. Do not use them. Most of these products exacerbate the inflammation of the nipples, destroying the natural protective fats in the areola. Sucking of the breast can not worsen the inflammation of the nipples, if the child has properly grasped the chest. Inflammation and nipple cracking begin to heal within 24 hours after
- Is it possible to LOSE Fast, and HOW CAN QUICK LAST?
I know from experience that this question is asked one of the first at each lecture. We are always in a hurry somewhere. The "speed" of weight loss always depends on several factors. From age, the general hormonal background, type of obesity and concomitant pathology, etc. I developed a comprehensive methodology based on personal experience, as well as using the latest achievements and discoveries in the field of biochemistry
- Part 2: "how much"
Meanwhile, with Part 2, something very different is happening. If part 1 shows what an object represents, then the "how much" part measures how much: how much do we have, and how much? This seems to be little, but this is much more. ↑ In the segment "how much" is determined the number of objects that we see: four one, three others and many others
- Picture 2: "how much" - graph
Problems like "how much" are directly related to numbers. How many items did we sell? Do we have enough money to hold out until the end of the quarter? What happens in the stock market? Such kinds of questions that load our way of seeing "how much" are compelled to constantly count (or at least try to calculate) the objects around us. Examples of problems like "how much": I'm a financial analyst,
- How much should we eat
The question of how much to eat, attracted the attention of many thinking men and women. But the answer was never given. The so-called scientists calculated our calorie needs. As I have already shown, this is a fraud. People are called to eat what appetite is calling for. But the appetite is created by habit and can be worked out so that it will require either little food, or very much. Excessive appetite
- Step 2: answer the question "how much"
After we identified the players and understood what they were doing, we went back to the documents to find quantitative data about each - something that would change the "how much". Having studied the masses of data, we decided that the first question "how much" that we intend to study will be related to the size of each company in terms of annual revenue. Here are the results of seven companies with
- How much can a person live
Why do some people live longer than others? Are there "secrets" of longevity and can we use them? These questions are often asked not only by young people, but also by older people. A systematic study of the duration of human life began in the late 17th century, and the beginning was laid by the English astronomer Edmund Halley, the same one that Halley's comet discovered,
- Calories: to whom to how many?
Once I saw one science film about a healthy diet, produced, it seems, by the BBC. The journalist asked passers-by the same question: "What is a calorie?", And no one could answer. Everyone said: it's something that is in the products. There are a lot of them in chocolate, but no one knew exactly what it really was. I admit, I also learned a scientific definition only when I began to be seriously interested
- Well, how many times did the world
Fable! What Russian ear does not get excited at the sound of this word! Ivan Andreevich Krylov, in the assembly of monkeys, bears and donkeys! It would seem that he has exhausted this gold vein so much that after him no one seriously wrote fables. Well, except, perhaps, Sergei Mikhalkov, but who knows those fables? But Krylov knows everything. But let us, after all, in order. As was to be expected, the inventor or
- How many sources of energy and matter does the human body have?
It is too early to speak about the creation of the prerequisites for the development of a complete theory of human nutrition, for a core has not been found that would allow to unite into the harmonious system countless untold data accumulated by biochemists, biophysicists, physiologists and psychologists. In my view, any theory of nutrition can be considered as such if it answers the main question arising from the very
