HOW MUCH CAN I EAT?


American Donna Simpson became famous in 2008 when she told reporters about her dream of being the fattest woman on the planet. At that moment, she weighed 290 kg and planned to get at least 160 more. The correspondence of height and weight is usually assessed using a quantity called body mass index. This is the weight in kilograms divided by height in meters, squared. For example, if your height is 165 cm and weight is 60 kg, then the body mass index will be 22:
