That is, you do not follow the line! Look at the line, and follow the internal state, give your eyes a kind of advance, and they begin to adjust.
If you stand passively and wait for your vision to improve, get a huge cookie! There will be nothing but disappointment! There should not be a consumer approach !!!
In order not to mentally count and not be distracted, turn on the tape recording of the account up to 30 nine times: we will do three approaches 3 times for 30 seconds each.
If you raised your emotions to a sufficient level, then glimpses of improved vision will not take long. As soon as the first fleeting “flashes” of brightness and sharpness of the image begin to appear, from this moment try to keep the mood at the same level and continue to work on the same rise for the next 30 seconds.
Happened? Excellent! Create a wave of gratitude and self-respect inside, a surge of joy and pride for the fact that you are working on yourself! Just beg, do not forget to blink so that your eyes do not pop out!
If while the work goes unchanged, then we add a new gamut of sensations and so on until the first glimpses of improvement! Follow the internal mood, do not forget - you are a five-year-old child who openly and with curiosity looks at the world with surprised eyes. Get into the role, become a child.
Or just remember in the colors the most beautiful and vivid episodes from life: first love, first feeding, bathing a child, tenderness of his touch, beautiful sunset or sunrise, etc. Immerse yourself in pleasant memories so that your heart becomes light and light! ..
So, the first thirty seconds worked. Blink your eyes easily.
The next 30 seconds work similarly. Do not forget to blink!
