Before you begin the exercise, carefully read its description.

Sit on a chair, sit back. Hands on knees, back straight. The whole body and facial muscles are relaxed. There is peace in the body, in the soul. We only breathe through the nose. Now let's get started.
Observe how you breathe through your nose. When you inhale in your nose and nasopharynx, you feel cool, while exhale - warm.
In any case, the inhaled air is cooler than the one we exhale. This is a slight temperature fluctuation, we need to learn how to catch the eyes.
Now imagine that you are breathing in and out through the nose, and shift your attention to the eye area. Try with your eyes to catch the movement of air, temperature fluctuations. You can perform this exercise with open, with your eyes closed, do it the way you find it easier.
Such breathing gives excellent results, especially when you present your eyes as healthy.
When you inhale, your eyes begin to see clearly, begin to see more clearly, and with each exhalation the veil leaves, the “flies” disappear, the tension, fatigue, that is, everything that causes discomfort to your eyes, disappears.
So, remember: a feeling of coolness (on inspiration) gives the eyes all the best, and a feeling of warmth (on exhalation) carries away everything that prevents them. You can “breathe” with your eyes anytime, anywhere. So “breathe” to your health!

Absolutely no matter where you put your attention, the mechanism for establishing communication is one. It applies to the eyes.
I especially want to emphasize only that the focus of attention has a limited radius of action. Here is a little experiment for you.
Go to the mirror and look at the chest. Now, without looking away, try to see the face with peripheral vision. Question: is the face visible as clearly as the chest? Not!
The field of view and focus have a limited radius. Therefore, when you turn your attention to a certain area, it is there that changes occur, blood flow increases, small vessels expand and a sensation of warmth appears or a pulsation appears. The vessels widened and the receptors woke up.
When you feel cool, this is an indication that the vessels have narrowed. Coolness must be called up just as much as heat. She captures the result.
We will mentally direct the sensations of heat, tingling, cold from the back of the head to the eyeballs and back. This exercise is simple, but with some subtleties that are required to be performed. Examine it carefully before proceeding.
Sit comfortably, take a “muscle corset,” close your eyes. Let's start with the feeling of warmth.
Imagine that you are sitting with your back to the sun, and its rays gently touch the back of the head. The nape heats up nicely. We continue to accumulate heat.
By no means bring the feeling of heat! It is also impossible for the heat to "spread" inside.
Heat is collected in a lump in the neck. Then “let go”, disperse, lose it.
Once again, we collect and disperse the sensation of warmth. It is enough to do so two or three times.
After that, we collect heat in a lump and slowly on a mental level we begin to pull it in a straight line from the back of the head to the eyeballs and back to the back of the head.
Attention! Safety precautions! Lump of sensation of eyeballs "does not apply"!
We make several such passes in one direction and the other. At the same time, as if with a mental eye we see the movement of a lump of heat from the back of the head.
After you have done the exercise with your eyes closed, open your eyes and perform it similarly several times with the same lump of heat. How? Mastered?
If the answer is yes, ONLY IN THIS CASE, you can begin to study the exercises with a feeling of cold.
Now how to create a feeling of cold. We keep attention in the back of the head and just try to catch the movement of air, easy; a draft, and still additionally cause a feeling of lightness.

Now that you have learned to catch the cool, we collect a lump of coolness in the back of the head and do the exercise similarly to the previous one.
A small addition, required. Try to add a tingling sensation to the sensation of warmth and, accordingly, coolness. How to call him?
Remember, for example, how, getting from a frost into a warm room, you begin to “thaw”. What do you feel? Remember these sensations, and then mentally transfer them to the back of the head and continue to work as described above.
Now move on to the second part of this exercise. The task is a little more complicated. Lumps of heat with tingling (cold with tingling) will be moved in a spiral from the back of the head to the eyeballs and back.
The direction of movement is arbitrary clockwise or counterclockwise.
Let me remind you that all the lumps of sensations that we move from the back of the head do not touch the eyeballs !!!
