CONCLUSION

In conclusion, I give an answer to another question that you, of course, ask yourself:
Why is there so much guilt on our earth, if we only suffer from it?
Feelings of guilt appeared on the planet at the same time as the separation of the sexes. Previously, we simply were without concepts of good or evil, since these concepts, generated by the mental sphere, did not exist at the very beginning of the history of mankind.
Along with guilt, a free choice appeared, which we realized only with the further development of the mental plane. Now we know - in the very depths of our souls - that we always have the right to choose. In addition, we are the only living creatures possessing this privilege. We also know that we must return to our essence and that the shortest path to it is the path of love. Whenever in a troubled situation that makes us react, we do not choose the path of love, we know that we are delaying this return, and this knowledge makes us feel guilty. Feeling guilty makes us suffer, because it is not our inner GOD who declares us guilty. It makes intelligence. We let our intellect decide for us. We constantly listen to him. He became our GOD, our false master. Since the intellect, or lower mind, consists only of memories, he blames us based on what the past taught him. This is the main source of our suffering. Our inner GOD knows only love and the present moment. Whatever we do, our inner GOD always forgives us and considers each situation an experience for learning and returning to our source.
At one time, we believed that guilt was a highly useful tool in helping us acknowledge our mistakes and not repeat them again. Our intention was good: to improve ourselves. However, it should be recognized that this tool never gives the desired results. The more we blame ourselves, the more we repeat our mistakes and the more we feel guilty. This is the vicious circle that the vast majority of people suffer from. Moreover, due to guilt, a person is sick, prematurely ages and dies. Love and forgiveness are wonderful tools that help us improve ourselves. When we are sufficiently aware of the great love of our inner GOD, we will be freed from this feeling of guilt, for it is never beneficial.
Together, we repeat what is said in this small book:
• Being responsible is the quality of one who is responsible for the consequences of his decisions, his actions, his words and his reactions.
To make a commitment is to bind yourself with an oral or written promise made by yourself or to someone else.
• To be guilty is to desire and be able to harm yourself or someone else, be aware of it and still decide to do it.
• Feeling guilty is to consider yourself guilty based on our own moral values, which themselves stem from our own beliefs.
For those who find it difficult to determine the concept of responsibility, I will give a few examples that will help in this matter.
I noticed that, as a rule, in a married couple, one of the two considers himself responsible for the happiness of the other, and the other blames his spouse for his happiness. Both have a somewhat distorted view of what responsibility is.
A person who considers himself responsible for the happiness of another, constantly feels guilty in relation to another. He justifies himself every now and then, explains everything with the smallest details, even repeats several times to be sure that he was understood. He is very afraid of accusations, since he already sufficiently accuses himself of not doing the right thing with respect to another. He is often on his guard. He believes that he is accused, although in reality the other person only expresses an opinion.
He is very dependent on the happiness of another - he needs it for his own happiness. Thus, he refers to those people who are looking for physical dependence, trying to fill their emotional hunger.
Now consider a person who believes that the other is responsible for his happiness. This person has a pronounced fear of error; he is also very demanding of himself. He makes a price for his success. And since they rarely find themselves at the height of his demands, in case of failure, he prefers to convince himself that the fault lies with his spouse. He likes compliments, but it’s hard for him to accept them, much less believe them. He rarely gives himself compliments, since he is “right” only when he “does” everything perfectly. He does not value himself as he really is. In the eyes of others, he looks selfish and soulless, since he does not reveal to them the fears that are sitting in him. He prefers to force himself to believe that he is well, if only not to suffer too much. He is also a dependent person, because his happiness depends on external success.
A great way to develop the concept of responsibility is to consider everyone with whom we communicate as a reflection. This approach is described in detail in my book Intimate Relationships. Remember also that others perceive from you only what comes from you. The people around you feel your thoughts about yourself. Thoughts are like signals you are sending. People click on your buttons - this is how they react or respond to these signals. Therefore, you are the only one responsible for thinking about yourself. And your loved ones respond very well to your image that you yourself created. Change your inner image, and what will come from you will immediately change. Give yourself full power - and people will react and answer you with love.
Just as we are responsible for our decisions, we are responsible for our desires. We want and demand a lot from life, such is the nature of man. But far from always we know the consequences of our desires. Still not learning how to enjoy life and believe that we have the right to success, abundance, love, too often we are not able to clearly determine what the consequences of our desires will be and how they will affect our lives.
So, before you seek or start a spouse, job, child or wealth, slowly check what the consequences of this step may be. Are you ready to answer for them? If the inner answer is positive, if you are able to answer for all the consequences without panic or illness, and without requiring anyone else to help you bear the hardships, then experience this experience. If the answer is no, give yourself the right not to go straight ahead to meet your desire: you know that since everything that lives on this planet is temporary, then your desire is probably transient.
With regard to obligations, it is important to know your own limits before undertaking such obligations. At first, while you still don't know yourself well enough, you will often have to be discharged. But through various experiences, you will gradually learn to choose obligations more wisely, and you will need to be freed from them less and less.
In conclusion, I repeat once again that guilt is one of the most serious causes of troubles, misfortunes and illnesses in humans. So, do you want to blame yourself or others for the rest of your days? Does this kind of installation bring you joy? I am sure that the answer will be negative. Then what do you do? Others cannot do anything for you. It is only in your power to transform guilt into love, that is, to allow yourself and others to do what you previously condemned. Knowing that everything is temporary, you know another thing: sooner or later you will be able to achieve what you prefer.

And instead of a conclusion, I would like to quote Rudolf Zagainov: “Many years of thinking about my profession give reason to consider it not only difficult (by technology, efforts and other components), but also cruel, ruthlessly weeding out psychologists who can’t cope with those tasks for which by the will of fate they had to take, not corresponding to them.
