CONCLUSION

In conclusion, I give an answer to another question that you, of course, ask yourself:
Why are there so many feelings of guilt on our Earth, if we only suffer from this?
Guilt appeared on the planet simultaneously with the separation of the sexes. In the past, we simply were without concepts of good or evil, because these concepts, generated by the mental sphere, did not exist at the very beginning of human history.
Along with the feeling of guilt, free choice emerged, which we realized only with the further development of the mental plane. Now we know - in the very depths of our soul - that we always have the right to choose. In addition, we are the only living creatures possessing this privilege. We also know that we must return to our essence and that the shortest path to it is the path of love. Whenever in a hectic situation that forces us to react, we do not choose the path of love, we know that we are delaying this return, and this knowledge gives us a feeling of guilt. Guilt makes us suffer, because it’s not our inner GOD that declares us guilty. It makes the intellect. We let our intellect decide for us. We constantly listen to him. He became our GOD, our false master. Since the intellect, or the lower mind, consists only of memories, he blames us, based on what the past has taught him. Here is the main source of our suffering. Our inner GOD knows only love and the present moment. Whatever we do, our inner GOD always forgives us and considers every situation as an experience to learn and return to our source.
At one time, we believed that the feeling of guilt is a highly useful tool that helps us recognize our mistakes and no longer repeat them. Our intention was good: to improve ourselves. However, it should be recognized that this tool never gives the desired results. The more we blame ourselves, the harder we repeat our mistakes and the more we feel guilty. This is a vicious circle from which the vast majority of people suffer. Moreover, due to feelings of guilt, a person is ill, is aging prematurely and dying. Love and forgiveness are wonderful tools that help us improve ourselves. When we are sufficiently aware of the great love of our inner GOD, we will be freed from this feeling of guilt, for it is never beneficial.
Together again we repeat what was said in this small book:
• Being responsible is the quality of who is responsible for the consequences of his decisions, his actions, his words and his reactions.
Making a commitment is to bind yourself verbally or in writing with a promise given by yourself to yourself or to someone else.
• Being guilty is wanting and being able to harm oneself or someone else, be aware of it and still decide to do it.
• Feeling guilty is considering yourself guilty based on your own moral values, which are derived from our own beliefs.
For those who find it difficult to decide on the concept of responsibility, I will give a few examples that will help in this matter.
I noticed that, as a rule, in a married couple one of the two considers himself responsible for the happiness of the other, and the other places the responsibility for his happiness on the spouse. Both have a somewhat distorted view of what responsibility is.
A person who considers himself responsible for the happiness of another constantly feels guilty towards the other. He is justified every now and then, explains everything with the smallest details, even repeats several times to be sure that he has been understood. He is very afraid of accusations, as he himself already sufficiently blames himself for not acting quite correctly in relation to another. He often keeps his guard up. He believes that he is being accused, although in reality the other person only gives an opinion.
He is very dependent on the happiness of another - he needs it for his own happiness. Thus, it refers to those people who are looking for physical dependence, trying to fill their emotional hunger.
Now consider a person who believes that the other is responsible for his happiness. This person has a pronounced fear of being wrong; besides, he is very picky about himself. He is worth his success. And since they rarely meet his demands, in case of failure he prefers to convince himself that the fault lies with his wife. He likes compliments, but it is difficult for him to accept them, much less trust them. He rarely compliments himself, as he is “right” only when everything “does” excellently. He does not value himself for what he really is. In the eyes of others, he looks selfish and soulless, since he does not reveal the fears sitting in him. He prefers to make himself believe that he is well, just not to suffer too much. He is also a dependent person, because his happiness depends on external success.
An excellent means for developing the concept of responsibility is to treat everyone with whom we communicate as our reflection. This approach is described in detail in my book "Intimate Relations". Remember also that others perceive from you only what comes from you. Your thoughts about yourself are felt by the people around you. Thoughts are like the signals you send. People push your buttons - the way they react or respond to these signals. Therefore, you are solely responsible for thinking about yourself. And your loved ones are perfectly responsive to the image that you yourself created. Change your inner image, and what will come from you will immediately change. Watch yourself in full force - and people will respond and respond to you with love.
Just as we are responsible for our decisions, we are responsible for our desires. We want and demand a lot from life, such is the nature of man. But not always we know the consequences of our desires. Having not yet learned to enjoy life and believe that we have the right to success, abundance, love, we too often do not know how to clearly define what the consequences of our desires will be and how they will affect our lives.
So, before you look for or start a spouse, job, child or wealth, slowly check what the consequences of this step may be. Are you ready to answer for them? If the internal response is positive, if you are able to answer for all the consequences, without falling into panic or illness and not demanding that someone else help you to endure the burden, then experience this experience. If the answer is negative, give yourself the right not to go immediately to meet your desire: you know that because everything that lives on this planet is temporary, then your desire is probably transient.
As for commitments, before taking on such, it is important to know your own limits. In the beginning, while you still do not know yourself well enough, you will often have to disengage. But through various experiences, you will gradually learn to choose commitments more wisely, and you will have less and less need to get rid of them.
In conclusion, I repeat once again that the feeling of guilt is one of the most serious causes of troubles, misfortunes and illnesses in a person. So you want to blame yourself or others for the rest of your days? Does this setup bring you joy? I am sure that the answer will be negative. Then what do you do? Others can do nothing for you. Only in your power to transform the feeling of guilt into love, that is, allow yourself and others to do what you have previously condemned. Knowing that everything is temporary, you know another thing: sooner or later you will be able to achieve what you prefer.
