Dispensary observation

Patients with tissue helminthiases are subject to clinical observation by an infectious disease specialist at the place of residence. Patients operated on for echinococcosis and cysticercosis are monitored by a surgeon, neurosurgeon, or ophthalmologist at the site of the operation.

In toxocariasis, after completion of etiopathogenetic therapy, control clinical blood tests and ELISA with toxocar antigens are performed with an interval of 3-4 months. Clinical observation was recommended for at least 6 months before receiving two negative control results. The appearance of clinical and laboratory signs of toxocariasis after the specified time and two negative results of ELISA indicates reinvasion.

With trichinosis, dispensary observation is carried out for 6 months. Inspection of convalescents by an infectious disease specialist and a pediatrician, a study of a clinical blood test (in severe form - ECG) is performed 2 weeks, 2 months, 5-6 months after discharge from the hospital. In cases of trichinosis myocarditis and in the presence of residual manifestations of invasion, the observation period is extended to 1 year. According to indications, specialist consultations (neurologist, cardiologist, orthopedist) and rehabilitation measures (massage, physiotherapy exercises, physiotherapy, balneotherapy) are prescribed.

Patients with echinococcosis are subject to clinical observation for 5 to 10 years.
They undergo an examination, including general blood tests, urine tests, determination of bilirubin, AlAT, AsAT in the blood serum, proteinogram assessment, serological examination (ELISA or RNGA), ultrasound, and CT scan if indicated. The frequency of the examination is determined by the nature of the clinical manifestations and the course of the disease. In the absence of signs of relapse and persistently negative serological tests, patients can be deregistered.

Patients with alveococcosis are subject to life-long medical examination. The frequency and volume of control examinations are the same as with echinococcosis. If there are clinical signs of relapse or an increase in titers of serological reactions, an examination in a hospital is indicated.

With cysticercosis, the frequency and volume of observation of convalescents is determined individually, depending on the state of function of the affected organs.

Dispensary observation

  1. Dispensary observation
Clinical supervision is carried out for children from the high-risk group and patients with iron deficiency anemia. Clinical observation of children with a risk of developing iron deficiency anemia The risk group for developing iron deficiency anemia is composed of children: • with an unfavorable antenatal history (iron deficiency in a pregnant woman, chronic fetoplacental
  2. Clinical observation of patients
{foto6} Clinical examination is the organization of medical activity, which is based on constant, active monitoring of people's health, the detection of diseases in the early stages, the study and elimination of the causes of their occurrence, the targeted conduct of social, medical, sanitary, hygienic and economic activities aimed at improving
  3. DISPENSARY SURVEILLANCE
"D" registration with a pediatric hematologist and pediatrician with acquired forms 5 years before persistent remission and with hereditary anemia - up to 15 years of age or are removed from "D" registration with a hematologist 2 years after splenectomy; • monthly examination by a pediatrician, once every 3 months - by a hematologist; • preventive vaccinations are contraindicated for the entire “D” period, with the exception of epidemiological indications; • blood analysis
  4. DISPENSARY DYNAMIC OBSERVATION OF PATIENTS WITH OTORINOLARYNOLOGICAL PROFILE AND SANATORIORAL TREATMENT
When organizing a dynamic follow-up clinic, the physician should be strictly guided by the relevant orders and instructions on the aircraft. The most common diseases of the ear, throat, nose among the military are chronic tonsillitis, acute and chronic rhinitis, sinusitis and otitis media. Primary prevention of these diseases includes: - implementation of measures to
  5. ORGANIZATION OF WORK OF WOMEN'S COUNSELING DISPENSARY MONITORING OF PREGNANT WOMEN
Women's consultation (LC) is a subdivision of a polyclinic, medical center or maternity hospital, which provides outpatient treatment, prophylactic, obstetric and gynecological care to the population. The main tasks of the antenatal clinic are: providing qualified obstetric and gynecological care to the population of the attached territory; conducting preventive measures,

  7. Clinical observation of children with diseases of the urinary system and digestive tract. Protection of medical history
Questions for repetition: 1. Rules for collecting urine. 2. The physiological role of bile. Control questions: 1. Rehabilitation of children in outpatient settings with: gastritis, gastroduodenitis, peptic ulcer of the stomach and 12 duodenal ulcer, diseases of the biliary tract, chronic eating disorders. 2. The frequency of observation by a pediatrician and narrow specialists. 3. Anti-relapse treatment
  8. Observation

It is a purposeful and systematic study of actions, deeds, behavior in general, attitudes towards service and various phenomena of the surrounding reality in order to detect, register and analyze those facts that can characterize the orientation, character, abilities and other personal

  13. Part 6. Providing regular medical supervision
Children with AD and their families need regular medical supervision and support. Constant monitoring of the patient's condition will allow us to evaluate the effectiveness of the measures taken. If asthma is under control, the patient should be examined regularly and continuously at intervals of 1 to 6 months. During the examination, a condition assessment, a review of the treatment plan should be carried out

This section of the medical history is in the form of a diary. The existing form contains four headings: date, body temperature, the actual text of the diary (course of the disease) and the purpose. Diary entries - medical art. (see also
  17. Dynamic observation
    - Circulatory system: first, blood pressure measurement after 15 minutes, then hourly monitoring of heart rate, central venous pressure. Determination of peripheral circulation. (With a central venous pressure of 12-15 cm of water. Art. Infusions stop!) - Diuresis: control hourly (permanent catheter). At least 50-100 ml of urine and sometimes more should be allocated per hour
