The aim of the study is to develop a concept for the development of a professional in the acmeological environment.

The object of research is the acmeological environment of professional development.

The subject of the study is the interaction of the processes of professional development and the acmeological environment that transforms it.

Research Hypothesis

The development of a professional in the acmeological environment will be effective if: the development process is provided by accompaniment on the basis of an integrative approach, allowing to cumulate the effects of personal, professional growth and transformation of the environment on the basis of the identified prerequisites and mechanisms of akmeologization of the environment as a necessary means to achieve a high level of professionalism; the acmeological essence of the interaction of the transforming environment and development of the professional is defined; a methodology for assessing the dynamics of development using indicators, criteria and levels of professional development in the acmeological environment; acmeological regularities reflecting the characteristics of stable links, relationships and trends of movement to high professionalism associated with the transformation of the environment are taken into account; the content of the acmeological author's program reflects the activity of a professional in the transformation of the environment through acmeological technologies and the gradual self-improvement of professionalism with the participation of the acmeological environment; development is achieved through a combination of traditional and accesmedic technologies, which can be trained through a complex of trainings and techniques for assessing achievements.
