Acmeological service as a form of ensuring personal and professional development of a person

The acmeological service is included as part of the system of acmetechnological support of personal and professional development of a person. It is a specially organized and structured set of means aimed at developing a person as a subject of professional activity.

The legal basis for the activity of the acmeological service is provided by the Code of Labor Laws of the Russian Federation, federal laws and legislative acts of the department in which the given acmeological service was created and operates (for example, in the educational system - the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", etc.), the charter of the institution , organizations in whose structure the service is located, as well as all their normative documents, and, finally, the Regulation on the Acmeological Service.

The acmeological service can be created at various levels of agency functioning: federal (as part of the activities of various federal government structures); regional (in the structure of institutions at the regional level); municipal (under the municipalities themselves or their functional units); and primary (directly in institutions and organizations).

Thus, the acmeological service can be considered as a structure that ensures, through various means, the success of professional activity and the development of its subject by updating personal potential, preserving and replenishing the reserve capabilities of the subject in unity with the activation of the potential of the environment, aimed at creating psychologically comfortable conditions activities.
