Testing and implementation of research results

The main provisions and results of the study were discussed at meetings of problem groups and the chair of acmeology and psychology of professional activity of the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration, the department of personnel management of the faculty of social psychology of the Humanities University (Yekaterinburg), at methodological, methodological seminars, round tables at Moscow State University . The research materials were reported at international, all-Russian scientific and scientific-methodological conferences, including: at the International Symposium "Safety Psychology in the Modern World" (Yekaterinburg, 2010); conferences "Power and Management in the Modern World" (St. Petersburg, 2005); “Social Psychology of the 21st Century” (Yaroslavl, 2005); “Information Security” (Taganrog, 2004); “Actual problems of life safety” (Yaroslavl, 2004); “Political Communications of the 21st Century: Humanistic Aspects” (Moscow, 2002); “Modern psychotechnologies in education, business, politics” (Moscow, 2001), etc.

The theoretical and practical results of the study were used in the development of training courses “Management Psychology”, “Professionalism of Activities”, “Psychology of a Professional Career", "Organization Theory", compilation of curricula and teaching materials, preparation of training aids for ensuring corporate security of the organization in the Humanitarian University (Ekaterinburg).

The research results were introduced into the practice of management activities, as well as used in corporate training courses and corporate security expertise, personnel audits in the following organizations: Gazprom Transgaz Yekaterinburg, Concern Kalina, UMMC - Uralelectromed, Russian Railways, Koltsovo Airport, Maxi Group, etc. .
(2004-2010).

The applicant is an international business coach, a member of the Interregional Public Organization "Corporate Security Auditors", the winner of the regional contest "Manager of the Year" in the field of business education (Yekaterinburg, 2006).

The results of the practical studies were used in the preparation and conduct of election campaigns at the regional (election of heads of administrations, deputies of the State Duma, deputies of regional assemblies - Tyumen, 2007, Sovetsky, 2008) and municipal levels (Yekaterinburg, 2004, 2006).

The applicant, as the head of the structural unit of the educational institution and business coach, carries out experimental and innovative activities within the experimental sites: Ural Center for Emergency Psychological Aid EMERCOM of Russia, Center for Assistance to Entrepreneurship, etc. Separate structural units have been created at the Humanities University (Yekaterinburg) - a program of professional of retraining “Actual management: personnel management”, “Psychology of corporate security” and Stud I career monitoring.
