EXPRESSMETICA OF PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT BY ITS BIOGRAPHIC DATA BASED ON QUANTITATIVE ASSESSMENT OF ACHIEVEMENTS, ACTIVITY OF A SPECIFIC PERSON AND ITS REFERENCE REAL AND CONDITIONED GROUPS

The use of biographical data in the study of personality should be subject to certain principles.

The most important of them are:

Correlation of the most important (biographical) results of an individual’s activity in various types of activity: labor, educational, socio-political, sports, household, etc.

The experience of applying the biographic method shows that often insufficiently high indicators in one or several types of activity are explained by a high level of self-realization of a person in other (other) types of activity. So low school results can be explained by an excessive concentration of an individual’s activity in sports, in some form of creative activity. At the same time, there are individuals who have not shown themselves in any way in any of the main activities. The development of personality traits, its success in changing leading activities is very controversial.

Correlation of the results of an individual’s activities with the socio-economic conditions of their upbringing. After analyzing the main results of the personality’s activity, it is important to establish in what conditions the personality realized in them. Let’s say that the average mark in the certificate of 4.2 differently characterizes a young man who grew up in a large family without a father with a primary education in the mother and, if necessary, constant help with her housework, and a young man who is the only child in the family of highly educated parents in a family with a high level of material support.

Correlation of the results of the activity of a particular person with the results of the activities of family members, immediate relatives, analysis of the conditions for the development of the person in the family. For example, a combination of a high average mark in a certificate with a low educational level of parents serves as a very good sign of perseverance of the person being examined and her determination. The opposite combination (a high educational level of parents and low learning outcomes) serves as a good sign, suggesting the presence of any other strong factors that overlap the influence of parents.

The high level of social achievements of the next of kin can greatly oppress a particular person with its relative failure in life.

Correlation of the results of various types of activities of an individual with the results of the activities of their peers, colleagues, with the social conditions of development. This analysis shows how much a person copied achievements, social stereotypes of behavior, achievements of his peers, colleagues, whether she was able to show her EGO to a greater extent than others.

Correlation of life path, achievements of a particular person with his life goals, motives of behavior, life plans. One person considers it a success to obtain a degree, but, alas, did not reach it. Another set a goal in his youth to graduate from a secondary specialized educational institution, but he graduated from a university. And it differently characterizes a person, his inner satisfaction, his EGO.

These are the basic principles of non-contact study of a person based on the facts of her biography. These principles are implemented in appropriate techniques.

As was shown, there are many biographical methods, approaches, the implementation of which provides the study of personality with sufficient depth and accuracy. Some biographical techniques are extremely time-consuming, some simply cannot be applied without a computer. However, practice urgently requires relatively simple and objective methods of biographical study of personality, aimed not at the diagnosis of individual qualities of a person, but some kind of integrative indicator, quite predictive of various types of professional activity. This indicator can serve as an EGO personality.

The term EGO itself belongs to psychoanalysis and characterizes nothing more than the strength of the personality, its ability to achieve goals in any conditions, to realize one's self. According to N. Amosov's concept, the most powerful personalities (10% of the total number of people) are three times stronger than weak ones (also 10% of the total number of people).

The methodology for correlating real biographical achievements with the average for this type of personality allows you to measure the strength of the personality of a particular person. To do this, the expert gives an answer to the following points of the questionnaire.

1. ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE PERSONALITY IN THE BASIC ACTIVITY (the main type of activity is more often a professional activity, for students it is a training activity, although for some people it may not be work, but activity not related to work, let's go in for sports, etc. In the main form of activity, a person most fully realizes himself, his goals, meaning-forming motives of activity):

5 - exceptionally high achievements in the main activity for this professional, social group

4 - high achievements in the main activity

3 - achievements typical for a given social, professional group in the main, often professional, type of activity

2 - low achievements of the person in the main (s) activities

1 - extremely low achievements in the main (s) activities

2. ACHIEVEMENTS OF PERSONALITY IN ANOTHER KIND OF ACTIVITY (where the given person is most fully realized as much as possible - creative, athletic, domestic, parenting, etc., etc.)

5 - exceptionally high achievements in this particular type of activity

4 - high achievements in this type of activity

3 - typical for persons engaged specifically in this activity

2 - low achievements of the personality in the non-primary form of activity in which it is included and in which it has realized itself most fully

1 - extremely low achievements of the personality in the non-primary form of activity in which it is included and in which it has realized itself most fully as a personality

3. RELATIONSHIP OF ACHIEVEMENTS OF PERSONALITY WITH SOCIO-ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF ITS EDUCATION

5 - personal achievements are significantly higher than the socio-economic conditions of their education, development

4 - personality achievements above the socio-economic conditions of its upbringing, development

3 - personality achievements typical for the given socio-economic conditions of its upbringing, development

2 - the achievement of personality "below" the socio-economic conditions of its education, development

1 - personal achievements are much "lower" than the socio-economic conditions of their education, development

4. RELATIONSHIP OF PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS WITH ACHIEVEMENTS OF ITS PARENTS (for men - the FATHER, for women - the FAMILY where she was raised)

5 - personal achievements are significantly higher than the social, creative achievements of the father at the time of his equal age with the assessed personality

4 - personal achievements above the social, creative achievements of her father at the time of his equal age with the assessed personality

3 - personal achievements are the same type of social (creative) achievements of the father at the time of his equal age with the assessed personality

2 - personal achievements “below” the social (creative) achievements of the father at the time of his equal age with the assessed personality

1 - personality achievements are much "lower" than the social (creative) achievements of the father at the time of his equal age with the assessed personality

5.
RELATIONSHIP OF PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS WITH THE ACHIEVEMENTS OF ITS BROTHERS, SISTERS (if they exist, otherwise - with the achievements of relatives of close age)

5 - personal achievements are significantly higher than the social, creative achievements of brothers and sisters

4 - personal achievements above social, creative achievements of brothers and sisters

3 - personal achievements are the same type of social (creative) achievements of brothers and sisters

2 - personal achievements “below” the social (creative) achievements of brothers and sisters

1 - personality achievements are much "lower" than father's social (creative) achievements

6. RELATIONSHIP OF ACHIEVEMENTS OF PERSONALITY WITH ACHIEVEMENTS OF ITS COLLEAGU, PEER

5 - personal achievements are significantly higher than the social, creative achievements of colleagues, peers

4 - personal achievements above social, creative achievements of colleagues, peers

3 - personality achievements are the same type of social (creative) achievements of colleagues, peers

2 - personal achievements “below” the social (creative) achievements of colleagues, peers

1 - personal achievements are much "lower" than the social (creative) achievements of colleagues, peers

7. TYPICALITY OF BIOGRAPHY OF PERSONALITY, ITS LIFE-WAY

5 - the personality biography is positive, preferably differs from the typical development of people in the given conditions, data of social, professional groups

4 - personality biography is more preferable than the biography of her peers

3 - personality biography is typical for a given age, social, professional environment

2 - personality biography is characterized by less social achievements, less logic than typical biographies of representatives of a given age, social, professional environment

1 - the personality biography “falls out” of typical biographies of representatives of a given age, social, and professional environment: it differs in inconsistency, inconsistency, and life failures

8. LEVEL OF INCOME

5 - much higher than the average income in the same age group

4 - higher than the average income in the same age group

3 - similar to the average income in the same age group

2 - less than the average income in the same age group

1 - much less than the average income in the same age group

9. RELATIONSHIP OF REAL ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE PERSONALITY WITH ITS PLANS, LIVING GOALS, SENSE-FORMING MOTIVES OF ACTIVITY

5 - the person not only realized his life plans, but also achieved much more in his development

4 - the person has realized his life plans, moreover, has achieved more in his development

3 - life plans and real achievements of the personality as a whole correspond to each other

2 - the person has achieved less in life than he wanted

1 - the person has achieved much less than expected in accordance with his life plans, goals

Not for all points of the methodology an expert can give sufficiently reliable, verified answers. Some items are left blank. Therefore, when calculating the results, it is important to find not just the total score, as is often done with classical testing, but the arithmetic average of the number of points for which reliable results were obtained.

Interpretation of arithmetic mean:

X cf.> 4.5 - exceptionally high EGO. A person is able to achieve a lot in various types of activities (for this, sufficient motivation is necessary). Autonomous in its development, improvement. Reliable if taken for some business.

Able to overcome significant obstacles to achieving this goal.

4 <X cf. <4.5 - high EGO. A person can achieve a lot in various types of activities, but at the same time, promising types of social activity are usually distinguished. It can overcome considerable obstacles to achieving the goal. The personality is strong enough, reliable in the chosen type of activity.

3.2 <X cf. <4 - EGO is slightly above average. The personality is quite dynamic, persistent, consistent, although it is not without some flaws that prevent it from achieving more in the leading type of activity.

2.8 <Xsr. <3.2 - the average level of development of an EGO personality. This is a typical person in whom the pros and cons are intertwined, the motivation of which to perform certain actions, for one or another activity requires the skill of a leader, constant monitoring, help.

2 <X cf. <2.8 - the level of development of EGO is below average. A person is far from always consistent in his development, may fall under the influence of others, success in a particular activity does not come immediately, but over time, if there are favorable conditions for development.

1.5 <X <2 - the level of development of EGO is low. Personality is dependent on others, more often falls under their influence. Achievement of certain goals by a person requires “pushing”, constant monitoring, help. Not active enough, dynamic, mobile in achieving set goals. The goals of activity, development are rather unconscious and change spontaneously. The person is not reliable enough in various activities.

X <1.5 - the level of development of EGO is low. A person does not have a sufficient pivot for autonomous development, advancement and real achievement of life goals, life goals. Not enough energy to overcome obstacles along the way. The results are low, usually in various activities. It falls under the influence of other people, often just "goes with the flow."

Despite the simplicity of this technique, it should be noted that its validity is not stable enough. When analyzing people from different age, social, and professional groups, its validity can be 0.4–0.5; when analyzing people from homogeneous groups, it can drop to 0.

EXPRESSMETICA OF PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT BY ITS BIOGRAPHIC DATA BASED ON QUANTITATIVE ASSESSMENT OF ACHIEVEMENTS, ACTIVITY OF A SPECIFIC PERSON AND ITS REFERENCE REAL AND CONDITIONED GROUPS

  1. Correlation of the ideal "peak" of personality development, its real state and method of improvement as an acmeological model of personality
The subject of acmeology is the improvement of the personality in life, activity (profession, communication), leading to the maximum self-realization of the personality and the optimal method of implementation - the strategic nature of life, high professionalism, competent implementation of activities as a subject. Perfection of the essence of personality is achieved by the optimal integration of its psychological

  3. Quantitative Assessment Methods: Expert Assessments
Quantitative assessments, for example, the business and organizational qualities of an employee, are usually made using expert assessments. At the same time, to characterize the candidate for the position, they first establish (taking into account the specifics of production and working conditions) 6-7 criteria. For example: 1. the ability to organize and plan work; 2. professional competence; 3. consciousness
  4. ABOUT METHODS OF EMPIRICAL FIXATION OF THE INFLUENCE OF BIOGRAPHIC FACTORS ON PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
A biographical analysis of a personality can have at least three main aspects: objective, subjective, and subjective. The first aspect involves the study, understanding of the personality based on the typical "life schedule" of representatives of a particular social or some conditional group to which the subject belongs. For this, individual biographical events are important.
  5. BIOGRAPHIC METHOD IN ACMEOLOGICAL SYSTEMS "COMPRESSING" INFORMATION ABOUT PERSONALITY ON THE EFFECT OF CUMMULATIVE REASONS
In the process of psychological, acmeological research, in principle, two conflicting tasks are solved: the compression of information about the person (for example, in a selection situation) and the "unfolding" of information about the person to an acceptable level (for example, in order to choose the best ways of psychocorrection). And for both of these tasks more and more often in foreign and domestic psychology
  6. Identification and quantification of ventricular arrhythmias
Holter monitoring is the main approach in identifying and quantifying ventricular arrhythmias, especially premature ventricular excitations. Intensive studies of recent years have shown extraordinarily clearly that spontaneous fluctuations in the frequency of occurrence of premature ventricular complexes are so significant that registration of heart activity for short
  7. Highest achievements - "acme" in the life path of a person
The concept of “acme”, as is known, was put forward by B. G. Ananiev, and only decades later, thanks to the development of acmeology, it became not a metaphor, but a scientific term. In "Fundamentals of General and Applied Acmeology" A.A.Bodalev comprehensively analyzed its multi-parameter nature, general, special and individual characteristics, the "starting" (in the words of B.G. Ananyev) prerequisites for its achievement, factors contributing to

  10. THE FIGHT FOR A SPECIFIC PSYCHOLOGY AND INTEGRATED STUDY OF PERSONALITY
    1. The emergence of educational psychology and its crisis. The history of psychological science shows what a long and difficult path it took a child and pedagogical psychology before it could at least partially help pedagogy in solving issues that were relevant to it. And even now, this assistance, especially in the development of problems of education, remains extremely insufficient. Very long like
  11. Reference Groups and Identification
Almost every group to which we belong — beginning with the family and ending with society as a whole — has an explicit or implicit set of beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that it considers correct. Any group member who backs away from them runs the risk of being isolated and receiving social disapproval. Thus, through social rewards and punishments, the group to which we belong achieves
  12. Positive achievements and negative education in personality development
Conditions for the moral development of the personality of the child. The moral development of a child’s personality is determined by the following generators: knowledge of norms, behavior habits, emotional attitude to moral standards and the internal position of the child. Of paramount importance for the development of the child as a social being is knowledge of the standards of behavior. During early and preschool age

In order to diagnose latently occurring latent forms of inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and urinary tract, when clinical and laboratory signs are absent or only slightly expressed, in nephrological practice, methods of quantitative calculation of red blood cells, leukocytes and cylinders in the daily volume of urine are widely used (Kakovsky-Addis method), in 1 ml of urine (according to Nechiporenko) and in 1 min (according to
