Citizenship and professionalism. Acmeological conditions and factors of the civil formation of personality

As you know, the fundamental category of acmeology, at this stage of its development, is the category of professionalism. According to the famous scientist A.A.Bodalev, a professional is “a subject of activity possessing such characteristics of the mind, will, feelings, or, if you want to look more generally, such mental properties that represent a stable structure, allow him to perform that an activity in which he established himself as a great specialist "3. N.V. Kuzmina is also oriented in the definition of professionalism to the activity component1. At the same time, it is true that there is no activity, as such, it is always performed by someone, and the very direction of activity matters. Already A. Adler argued that only work involving social interest and benefiting people deserves approval. The citizenship of professional activity, the citizenship of work in general, is a determining factor for its acceptance or rejection in society. This premise suggests that in acmeology, along with professionalism, an important category of the further development of science should be the category of citizenship, the statehood of a professional.

In acmeology, the conditions and factors that contribute to the formation of a professional are defined (E.N. Bogdanov, A.A. Derkach, V.G. Zazykin, A.K. Markova, etc.). According to scientists, "in the case when certain conditions and factors contribute to the development of professionalism, they are called acmeological" 2. Currently, operational definitions of these basic acmeological categories have developed, which may be in demand for studying the formation of the personality as a whole:

- Acmeological conditions - significant circumstances on which the achievement of high professionalism of a person and activity depends;

- Acmeological factors - the main reasons that are in the nature of the driving forces, the main determinants of professionalism.

The difference between these categories is determined by their objective component (in relation to conditions) and subjective (in relation to factors).

In psychological and acmeological studies, the inclinations, general and special abilities of the subject of labor, the state of society during its formation, the conditions of family upbringing and education, access to cultural values and so on, which are the content of the conditions of the so-called pre-launch period of development of professionalism, are called as significant acmeological conditions (A.A. Bodalev, A.A. Derkach, N.V. Kuzmina). According to N.V. Kuzmina, acmeological factors can be subjective (individual prerequisites for measures of success in professional activity - motives, orientation, interests, competence, skillfulness, etc.) and subjective-objective, related to the organization of the professional environment and interactions, the quality of management, professionalism of managers. The most important acmeological factors also determine the desire for self-realization, high personal and professional standards, a high level of professional perception and thinking, the prestige of professionalism, as well as everything subjective that contributes to the growth of professionalism.

It is important that A.A. Derkach defines the acmeological invariants of professionalism as "the basic qualities and skills of a professional (or, in some cases, the necessary conditions) that ensure high stable activity efficiency" 1. The civic maturity of the individual, in our opinion, is also one of such important invariants of professionalism, regardless of the content and specificity of the specialist. In this regard, the problem arises of studying the acmeological conditions for the development of citizenship.

The problem of formation in psychology is treated ambiguously. There is no unambiguous definition and differentiation of the concepts of "formation", "formation" and "development". In general, the formation is considered as a change in the qualities of a person, involves the development of its functional mechanisms of the psyche and the assimilation of experience. K.A. Abulkhanova writes: “A person objectifies himself in a certain way, creates his relations with the world ... The formation of a personality is the formation of its basic relationships. The measure of their formation is the measure of a person’s maturity” 2. If you agree with this definition, then the formation of the civic personality of a professional is the formation of a system of his relations with the state, civil society, civil rights and obligations, etc. E.O. Smirnova, having studied the concept of "attitude", believes that the word " the relation "in Russian is a verbal noun (from the verb" wear "), the meaning of which means the action of the relation. This action assumes that someone is referring something to someone. The specificity of this action lies in the fact that it is not a thing or object, but something ideal that can live only in the consciousness of the subject (representation, appreciation, feeling, thought, etc.).
e.) Therefore, it is possible to attribute only that which is own (or assigned) 3. What can be your own? What does civic maturity imply as a system of relations? A study of the works of B.I. Dodonov, V.N. Myasishchev, and V.V. Stalin4 suggests that the fundamental components of the development of civic maturity, as a system and program of relations, are: needs, motives, interests, assessments, emotions, beliefs. Such a “program of relations,” in the words of B.I. Dodonov, “encourages the individual to actively seek or create life situations in which the relationships he designed could be realized and are actually being realized. His activity in these situations is a source of objective values. On the other hand, with these same programs of relations, a person constantly checks his situationally emerging feelings and thoughts and, if they turn out to be different from what they are programmed, seeks to suppress them, preventing the formation of a “vicious” intention and breakthrough to take motives that are unacceptable for him to act. ”1 A scientifically based approach to the study of the formation of citizenship, civic maturity as a system and program of personality relations, in our opinion, is of actual interest to acmeology.

The study of the development of citizenship can be based on a justified and strictly categorically conceptual apparatus of science developed by scientists (O.S. Anisimov, A.A. Bodalev, A.A. Derkach, V.G. Zazykin, N.V. Kuzmina, I.N. .Semenov, S.Yu. Stepanov and others). As a result of theoretical and methodological studies, acmeology has developed a system of methodological principles that can be applied in the interests. In this case, one of the most important will be the methodological principle of studying a person in his movement to this property as an individual, person, subject of civil society, subject of labor and individuality. This principle involves the study of the formation of citizenship in a variety of manifestations.

As acmeology develops, a study of citizenship will undoubtedly be based on the implementation of the above principle in the study of three equivalent objects: a person, a state, and activity. Of course, in the course of the study of the phenomenon, other specific methodological principles of acmeology can be applied: personality, subject, activity, life activity, activity, potentiality, unity of personality and activity, psychosocial, optimization, pragmatism, realism (A.A. Derkach, G.S. .Mikhailov, A.S. Ognev and others).

Taking into account certain provisions and conclusions of well-known studies of acmeological conditions of professional formation of a personality (A.A. Bodalev, A.A. Derkach, I.A. Zimnaya, N.V. Kuzmina, A.K. Markova and others), we can assume the following acmeological conditions for the development of citizenship:

- education of a person of social and state interest, the formation of an up-to-date system of values and beliefs in relation to natural phenomena and the world of things, to people and social phenomena, to the subject-personality itself2 starting from early childhood (in a family, school, university, etc. .);

- sound civil and state orientation of general and vocational training;

- the cultivation of "social and state interest" in the environment;

- assignment and reinforcement by civil society of the desired role models;

- personal access to universal cultural and civic values.

In this case, the following should be considered as acmeological factors:

- the correlation of the "I-concept" of the personality with the "We-concept" 1;

- the system of relations of an individual, its orientation, interests, motives, beliefs;

- competence, abilities, knowledge and skills;

- complexes of "mental inferiority" (A. Adler) and the corresponding leading personality trends;

- self-esteem of personality.

The need to study the formation of citizenship corresponds to the scientific paradigm that dominates in acmeology, according to the figurative expression of K. A. Abulkhanova, "coming from reality." Acmeological studies of citizenship, taking into account the experience gained in acmeology, may involve the solution of several key tasks:

- acmeological analysis, i.e., determination of acmeological conditions and factors;

- a forecast of the grounds, possibilities and prospects of the formation of citizenship among members of society to the level of acme;

- development of acmeograms and implementation of acmeographic descriptions;

- Development of a civic education program based on the acmeogram;

- selection of relevant methods and acmeological technologies for solving the problems of civic education;

- implementation of plans and programs with the necessary monitoring.
