Game Technology Learning

The game is a complex socio-cultural phenomenon, which is devoted to many philosophical, cultural, psychological – acmeological and pedagogical studies.

To date, there is a fairly well-developed system for classifying training activation methods, their definitions and attributes. The development of game teaching methods takes into account the relationship of individual learning with group methods of thinking and activity, which sets in motion the forces of collective thinking, while more widely used simulation management games and modeling of various real situations and processes.

Distinctive features of game teaching methods:

? provide activation of thinking and behavior;

? increase achievement motivation;

? provide activity in discussions;

? contribute to a freer presentation of an individual point of view on the development of proposals and decision-making;

? increase the quality of interaction between participants and, as a consequence of this, the exchange of experience;

? increase engagement in the learning process and interest in learning elements;

? contribute to the disclosure of individual, intellectual, behavioral skills and skills in a pulsed mode of operation.

In the game model of the educational process, the creation of a problem situation occurs through the introduction of a game situation: the problem situation is lived by the participants in its game embodiment, the basis of the participants' activity is game modeling.


From the position of acmeology, the full deployment of the educational process based on the didactic game suggests a significant effect in the realization of personal and professional potential, creative understanding of the material studied and the application of the knowledge gained in a real life context, the formation of value orientations.
