Methodological foundations of fundamental and applied acmeology

Acmeology, like any new science in a state of meta-scientific reflection, acquires its paradigmatic status in the system of all three foundations: philosophical, humanitarian, social and scientific. At the same time, the acmeological paradigm is understood not only as its independence, which distinguishes on a qualitative level one scientific knowledge from another, when the existing knowledge about a person cannot explain the problems of his life from the point of view of existing sciences (for example, from the position of anthropology, ethnology, sociology, finally, psychology); this mismatch between the sciences leads to their crisis, as a result of which they are replaced by a new paradigm capable of explaining a new system of scientific facts, theories, methods. One can speak of the paradigm independence of acmeology from the point of view of the criteria for distinguishing scientific knowledge.

Ontological criterion, according to which specific objects of science, various manifestations, incarnations, interactions of an object in the sphere of social reality are distinguished. Such a main object of acmeology is the professional activity and personal development of specialists. This object is equally innovative for modern domestic science, and relevant, requiring the solution of a whole range of applied, practical problems.

The epistemological criterion testifies to the theoretician — the cognitive possibilities of acmeology, its differences from other sciences that study man and the professional aspects of his activity.

Institutional - organizational criterion: forms of institutionalization and organization of acmeological scientific, practical, educational, publishing, associative (scientific communities, interdisciplinary and international recognition, etc.

Ethical criterion, which is perhaps the least in the field of view of acmeology. On the one hand, according to this criterion, it is necessary to deal with the determination of professional and moral qualities, values, norms, rules of conduct, which the acmeologist himself should be guided in his activities. On the other hand, he must develop moral principles, values, professional ethics and mentality, spirituality at his main object - civil servants.

So, the paradigmatic status of acmeology is the recognition by the scientific community of emerging ideas about the subject and object of acmeological science, its fundamental theories, specific methodological principles and research methods, various kinds of concepts, approaches and technologies. The interdisciplinary, complex, integrative nature of acmeological knowledge, which incorporates a combination of philosophical, humanitarian, socio-scientific foundations, allows acmeology at the level of its metatheory to develop in three main paradigmal directions: psychotechnological, sociocultural and thought activity, each of which has its own specific technologies, methods , techniques focused not only on research and teaching functions, but also on solving specific urgent problems. This systematic metatheoretical development of acmeology allows us to see in the future its problem (subject-object) field is much wider and deeper than the three acmeological paradigms that have already taken shape: the professional competence of workers, their social and communicative competence and personal development.
