Applied acmeology in the structure of acmeological knowledge

Acmeological knowledge, regardless of its level, is characterized by two functions: explanation and transformation of the corresponding complex of problems (object - subject).

The division of acmeology into theoretical and empirical is related to the level of knowledge (theoretical and empirical). The division into fundamental and applied theories - with the orientation (function) of acmeology: does it solve scientific or practical problems. Empirical research can be carried out in the framework of both fundamental and applied acmeology. If the goal of empirical research is the construction of a theory, then it refers to fundamental acmeology; if his goal is to develop practical recommendations, then it refers to applied acmeology.

Research, being empirical in terms of the level of acquired knowledge, can be applied in the nature of the problem being solved — the transformation of reality. The same applies to theoretical research (in terms of knowledge). Thus, applied research does not form a special level. These are the same theoretical and empirical studies (in terms of knowledge), but with a practical orientation.

Methodological research refers to any level of knowledge and is carried out in the framework of both fundamental and applied acmeology.

Fundamental theories are focused on solving scientific problems, associated with the formation of psychological and acmeological knowledge, conceptual and categorical apparatus, copyright and collective concepts. They answer two questions: "What is known?" (object, subject, problem) and "How is it known?" (method), i.e., these issues are related to solving cognitive problems.

Applied theories are focused on solving actual practical problems, on transforming the studied object and answer the question "Why is it known?"

In other words, fundamental and applied theories differ not by object or method, but by purpose: cognitive or practical tasks are solved.

Applied theories set as their task the search for means to achieve the practical goals outlined by society. Their task is to find ways and means of using laws and laws recognized by fundamental theories. Applied theories directly relate to certain practical branches of human activity and directly respond, which requires, for example, the personal and professional development of civil servants.

The applied (practical) nature of psychological-acmeological theories is determined by the contribution that he makes to the theory, directly related to solving development problems (improvement, transformation, etc.).
P.).

The sign of "fundamentality" does not coincide with the sign of "theoreticality", and vice versa, although the second term is often used as a synonym for the first. “Theoretical” means not only the theoretical level of scientific knowledge in contrast to empirical, but also its theoretical, fundamental orientation, in contrast to the practical, applied.

Theoretical knowledge as fundamental appears in comparison with applied, rather than empirical knowledge and does not exclude a practical orientation. Such characteristics as the "practical aspect", "applied function" are quite applicable to the theoretical level of knowledge. Its antithesis is not applied knowledge, but empirical.

Thus, the division of theories according to orientation is rather arbitrary, since any of them directly or indirectly makes a certain contribution to the solution of both scientific and practical problems. In the strict sense, we should only talk about the predominant orientation of a particular theory: scientific, fundamental or practical, applied, which gives reason to be assigned to one or another category.

The same applies to empirical acmeological research: they can be focused on solving scientific problems, for example, on the formation of a special acmeological theory, or practical. In fact, two aspects of acmeological knowledge are continuously interconnected through two of its functions: cognitive and practical.

So, the terms “fundamental” and “applied” denote the direction of acmeological knowledge as a whole and are not identical to the terms “theoretical” and “empirical” denoting its levels. In the first case, the basis of division is the target setting, in the second - the level of abstraction.

The division of theories into levels and types for various reasons (by object, level of abstraction, conceptual approach, goal setting, etc.), i.e., the construction of their typologies, ultimately their well-founded hierarchy, reflects the complex structure of the subject of acmeology, the way its division into levels, spheres, structures. The issues of the structure of the subject of acmeology and acmeological knowledge are closely interrelated, and this, in turn, means that an adequate image of the subject of acmeology requires constant improvement and development of methodological concepts, technologies and methods associated with the description of the structure of imaging knowledge.

  4. The phenomenon of collective knowledge: coordination of individual cognitive structures or the formation of supra-individual psychological structure?
    S. L. Rubinstein is one of the first psychologists to formulate the most important methodological position on the social nature of the psyche, concerning not only the phylogenetic aspect, but also the sociality of the ontogenetic origin of psychological phenomena. For the first time these ideas were formulated by him in his work “The principle of creative initiative” (Rubinstein, 1997). They formed the basis in principle
  5. Criteria for the selection of applied areas of acmeology
Analysis of the development of acmeological knowledge allows us to distinguish the following criteria-based approaches to the formation of applied areas of acmeology: 1. The construction of the object-field of acmeology in the system of social and social relations speaks of the legitimacy of economic, political, pedagogical, managerial, social, sociocultural, etc. acmeology, where for all of these

  7. Applied scientific directions of acmeology
Like any other new science, two trends are clearly visible in the development of acmeology - towards the integration of acmeological knowledge and its differentiation. The manifestation of these tendencies is logical: the same thing happened about a quarter of a century ago with psychological science, when some of its theoretical provisions were revised on the basis of a systematic approach. Integrative
  8. About other areas of applied acmeology
In applied acmeology, the development of other areas has also begun. There are many difficulties along this path, which were discussed above, but we can already confidently talk about some areas as having declared themselves. Among them, first of all, medical acmeology should be called. It is at the junction of acmeology and those areas of medicine that are associated with improving professional
  9. Methodological foundations of fundamental and applied acmeology
Acmeology, like any new science in a state of meta-scientific reflection, acquires its paradigmatic status in the system of all three foundations: philosophical, humanitarian, social and scientific. Moreover, the acmeological paradigm is understood not only as its independence, delimiting on a qualitative level one scientific knowledge from another, when the existing knowledge about a person cannot

  11. Acmeology as a highly organized field of knowledge about a person
The theoretical foundations of acmeology were laid in Russian philosophy, and experimental in domestic medicine, sociology and psychology. Ideas of Akmic can be found at N.I. Pirogov, V.M. Ankylosing spondylitis, P.A. Sorokina et al. Especially vividly the Akmic is presented in the literature (N. Gumilev, A. Akhmatova, S. Gorodetsky). A. Akhmatova wrote: “I became an acmeist ... because we felt like people of the twentieth

Consideration of an acmeologist as a subject of activity within the framework of an acmeological service involves an appeal to his duties, responsibilities, rights, as well as personal and professional characteristics. In his professional activity, an acmeologist is obliged: - to be guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, government and regulatory documents regulating the activities of relevant structures,
