Improving the style of professional activity, optimizing the relationship between individual groups of professional skills, increasing the number of "degrees of freedom" of the subject of professional activity

This performance criterion is a unique criterion for acmeological training program-oriented, since this training is aimed at fulfilling the task of improving professional skills as a whole and has sufficient methodological potential to solve it.

In addition to increasing the level of possession of individual skills and psycho-correction of the current state of the motivational-need sphere of the subject of professional activity, the training methodology, influencing all groups of professional skills, is found to be able to optimize the general structure of professional skills and improve the style of his activity.

The appropriate indicator of the effectiveness of the training allows us to introduce the presence in it, as in a complex acmeological project, of a methodology for building a model of acme space, which allows us to correlate the style of professional activity with the "form" of acme space, and the number of degrees of freedom of the subject of professional activity with the number of factor axes.


The presence of a large number of negative correlations revealed in the process of building an acme space among the groups of skills that make up one factor is understood by us as the presence of a negative relationship between them that impedes the harmonious development of professional skill.

This circumstance poses before the training the task of removing this negative relationship and “breeding” negatively correlating groups of professional skills, which would mean an increase in the number of factorial axes, dimension of acme space, and hence the emergence of new degrees of freedom in the subject of professional activity in choosing and implementing solution methods professional tasks.
