The essence of autopsychological competence as a way to develop “acme” in the context of personality

One of the main psychological conditions for activating a person’s personal potential is his autopsychological competence, which provides optimal models of self-organization of life and professional activity. The study of autopsychological competence involves obtaining answers to a number of questions. What is the algorithm for knowing yourself, what you need to know about yourself and to what extent? Does the type of profession determine the level of necessary autopsychological competence? What are the barriers to self-improvement?

From the point of view of the reliability and volume of information about oneself, it is possible to distinguish the “I” zones: the open “I” (I know, others know), the hidden “I” (I know others do not know), the blind “I” ( I - I do not know, others - know), the unknown "I" (no one knows).

Autopsychological competence is defined as the willingness and ability to purposeful mental work to change personality traits and behavioral characteristics. This is the ability of a person to develop and use his own mental resources, create a favorable situation for activity by changing his internal state through the acquisition, consolidation, control of knowledge, skills and abilities, overcoming unforeseen circumstances, creating a strong-willed attitude towards achieving significant results.

Autopsychological competence is the result of a special kind of psychological activity for self-development and self-improvement. This type of activity belongs to the class of intrapersonal activity. The subject of this activity is a person, his development, self-improvement. Autopsychological activity can be of an involuntary, arbitrary and post-arbitrary nature. An involuntary nature manifests itself in spontaneous, uncontrolled autopsychological actions, often of an unconscious and spontaneous nature. The arbitrariness of autopsychological actions is characterized by awareness, controllability, motivation.
The post-arbitrary stage in the development of autopsychological activity is characterized by the presence of formed autopsychological skills, their refinement, internal control, i.e., an internal, internalized activity plan. The analysis of autopsychological competence in the paradigm of this approach will allow us to technologize the process of its formation, to make it controllable and manageable.

Based on this, autopsychological competence is considered as the ability to navigate in the intropsychic (intrapersonal) space. The generalization of the data obtained in the course of psychological and acmeological research and the systematization of scientific acmeological developments made it possible to determine the structure of a self-transforming acmeological activity, including the subject of this activity - '^' - developing, realizing the need for self-development and possessing the necessary psychological means of self-help.

An intrapersonal formation acts as an object of internal acmeological self-transforming activity: a part of the I-concept (for example, the managerial “I”), an individual characteristic or character property (managerial, personal qualities, characteristic of memory, thinking) that objectively and subjectively impedes the effective course human life, including in the professional field. At the subjective level, the object of acmeological activity is understood as the presence of an internal problem, the desire to change something, unsystematic attempts to realize this desire.

The subject of internal acmeological activity is a specific psychological formation, to which the action of self-help (acmeological self-action) is directed. For example, if these are relaxing actions, then the muscular system acts as the subject (in case of auto-training and meditative exercises).

  6. The interdependence between the development of autopsychological competence and the development of subjectivity, as a person’s ability to self-development
The most general pattern of AK development reflects its influence and relationship with the development of the subject as the creator of his own activity. This relationship is expressed in the fact that, acting as the subject of the development of the experience of one’s own activity, a person improves and develops his autopsychological competence. On the other hand, AK is a necessary tool and mechanism for the formation of subjectivity.
  7. Understanding of autopsychological competence in the context of subject and personality problems
Despite the fact that the concept of autopsychological competence was introduced into psychological and acmeological theory and practice relatively recently, the circle of related problems (self-development, self-control, self-realization, etc.) was traditionally considered in the context of studying the personality of a professional (N.V. The need to develop a universal technological module for the development of autopsychological competence is based on the following provisions: 1) autopsychological competence is metacompetence, participates in the development of other types of psychological competence (communicative, socio-perceptual, socio-psychological); 2) the formation of a common autopsychological
