Types of methodological orientations in acmeology

The natural science orientation is expressed, in my opinion, in the fact that, firstly, striving to become an independent science, it methodologically largely follows disciplinary standards (in the form of studying facts, mechanisms, laws, their mathematical reliability, etc.) n.), which were formed in classical science. Secondly, when analyzing a series of acmeological problems (the nature of giftedness, genetic and psychophysiological components of abilities, psychological prerequisites for the formation of professional skills, etc.), there is an appeal to natural science from the field of age-related physiology, psychogenetics, and psychophysiology of work.

The humanitarian orientation is manifested even more diverse. Belonging to the human sciences, acmeology gains its ontological certainty, on the one hand, on the basis of genetic interaction with these sciences in the course of historical development, and on the other, in the subject separation from them as an emerging independent discipline.

Of course, even before the advent of acmeology, psychologists, sociologists, and teachers studied issues of professionalism, creativity, adult education, which are largely similar to acmeological issues. However, it is precisely the special emphasis on the study of the maturation of craftsmanship, on the cultivation of its highest acme forms that led first to the emergence of specific acmeological problems, and then to the conceptual and methodical construction of original acmeological technologies and. further, to the emergence and design of a special science with its own specific subject and methods.

Technological orientation is not so much a direct interaction with technical sciences (cybernetics, systems engineering, information theory, etc.), but the use of their algorithmically clear standards of practically oriented applied knowledge. It is important to keep in mind that, on the one hand, the interconnection of acmeology with technical disciplines is not carried out by itself, but is mediated, in particular, by ergonomics [13], which is aimed at optimizing the human factor in technology (for example, in automated human machine control systems, etc.). On the other hand, it is necessary to take into account the impact on acmeology of modern praxiology in the form of a two-way process of technologizing humanitarian knowledge, for example, in the form of psychotechnics and game technology [14], innovation [15] and reflexics, and the humanization of technical sciences (the emergence of bionics, socionics, synergetics and etc.).

The modern praxiology of T. Kotarbinsky (like her predecessors - the tectology of A. Bogdanov, the scientific organization of production by R. Taylor and others) seeks to highlight the positive principles of rational organization of activities in various areas of social practice, not only from the standpoint of the general theory of systems - biological, social, psychological, technical (L. Bertalanfi, A. Malinovsky, E. Yudin, etc.), but also taking into account the data of human studies (B. Ananyev, V. Nesmelov, A. Pechchei, T. de Chardin, I. Frolov and etc.) and social science.

Types of methodological orientations in acmeology

  1. General methodological and specific methodological approaches and principles in acmeology
Plan 1. General methodological approaches in scientific research (integrated, systemic, subjective). 2. General methodological principles of scientific research (determinism, development, humanism). 3. The specific methodological principles of research in acmeology (subject of activity, vital activity, potential and relevant, operational-technological, feedback). Key

  3. Scientific and methodological orientations of acmeological research and development
Acmeology, like any other field of scientific knowledge, has not only general scientific principles that constitute it categorically methodologically as a science, but also specific disciplinary features that characterize it as a specific branch of subject-methodological knowledge. Since it is an emerging scientific discipline, the definition of its subject-specific specificity and

  5. Scientific orientations of acmeology, its connection with other sciences
As noted, at present, the need for acmeological knowledge has become increasingly relevant. This stage in the development of our society has posed difficult tasks for each person, for which, probably, there are no standard ready-made solutions. According to the current state of society in the face of uncertainty, risk and “blurred” moral norms of social regulation of behavior

  7. Methodological foundations of acmeology
Methodology is the doctrine of scientific principles and the method of cognition. Initially, methodology became the subject of philosophical reflection and acted as a system of socially tested principles and rules of cognition in their correlation with the laws of objective reality. Although the methodology has close ties with theory, it is not identical to it. It is generally accepted that theory is
  8. Methodological Positions of Acmeology and the Education Process
In the multidimensional activity of creating a modern integrative educational system, where a person is formed that is most relevant to the age of information civilization, acmeology takes the most active part, along with other areas of knowledge. At present, she possesses knowledge both at the level of theory, and at the level of an accumulated solid array of experimental facts, and at
  9. Methodological support of acmeology
The holistic vision of a specific person in all its dimensions and interconnections required the creation of a methodology adequate to the multifaceted nature and multidimensionality of human life. A special fundamental role for acmeology is played by psychology, within the framework of which it has gained recognition and is successfully developing. The essence of the acmeological approach is to carry out a comprehensive study
  10. Methodological foundations of fundamental and applied acmeology
Acmeology, like any new science in a state of meta-scientific reflection, acquires its paradigmatic status in the system of all three foundations: philosophical, humanitarian, social and scientific. Moreover, the acmeological paradigm is understood not only as its independence, delimiting on a qualitative level one scientific knowledge from another, when the existing knowledge about a person cannot
