Identification of micro- and macro-acme achieved by people in individual, personal and subjective development

Therefore, the next task that acmeology solves is to find out the characteristics that a person must have formed in preschool childhood, at primary school age, in the years of adolescence and youth, so that he can successfully prove himself in all respects at the maturity stage.

At the same time, it is clear that although the characteristics of a person as an individual, as a person, and as a subject of activity, noted in him at the stage of maturity, are always associated with cause and effect dependencies with his features at the previous stages of development, but at the same time both the one and the third always turn out to be determined by general and particular circumstances in which a person’s life proceeded.

Therefore, acmeology follows step by step the mechanisms and results of the impact of macro-, meso-, microsociums (state, society, educational and labor collectives, family, etc.) and natural conditions on a person, setting and solving the problem of developing such a strategy for organizing his life , the implementation of which would allow him to objectify himself optimally in all respects at the stage of maturity.

It has already been said above that the nature and level of manifestation in a person of individual, personal and subjective characteristics throughout the maturity stage cannot be imagined in the form of, so to speak, a flattened plain. Passing this stage, a person experiences ups and downs. This applies to his state of health, and to his personal manifestations, and to his manifestations of himself in different types of activities.

Very often, outwardly imperceptible, slow-going changes in the body of an adult, in his mind when he cognizes the surrounding reality and himself in it, the accumulation of communication experience and the implementation of activities have as a result a greater or lesser increase in indicators of his physical condition, in social significance of it actions in the productivity of his activities.
Some people have such noticeable leaps in the individual, personality, subject-activity characteristics of the manifestations of their being, there are several, while others have only one. And they express the man’s highest level of citizenship, ability to work, humanism.

And this highest level for each person in his development, which falls on some time period of his maturity, is his “acme”, its peak. How high is this “top” of his, how rich is the many-sided and rich, how socially great and innovative are the results of his actions when reaching acme, this, of course, depends on the characteristics of the life path that a person went to his “acme”, on social , economic, political, legal, socio-psychological situation in which he falls, having risen to the stage of maturity. But no less quantitative and qualitative indicators of his “acme” are determined by what kind of outlook a person has formed, a general and special intellect has formed, what a moral core has developed, and the creator’s abilities have developed.

People are very different from each other in their ability to withstand adverse circumstances and, contrary to them, carry out their plans. And their “acme”, evaluated taking into account the specific conditions of its manifestation, always shows what they stand as individuals, as individuals and as subjects of activity.

The aforesaid reveals to us the following group of problems that acmeology solves: it is the scientific coverage of the acne phenomenology, the objectification of the general and different in it among different people, the tracking in action of factors that determine the qualitatively-quantitative characteristics of acme. The latter actually means the importance of revealing patterns and mechanisms, the presence of which is necessary for a full-fledged acme to be achieved by a person and really take place.

As you know, in psychology there is a widespread understanding of the psychological essence of personality as an “ensemble of relations”.
