Tasks of Acmeology

Plan

1. A comprehensive study of human development at the stage of adulthood. Tracking the dependencies between the individual, personal and subjective characteristics of an adult and the features of his formation and development at the stages preceding his adulthood, as well as the impact on them of his own life creation.

2. Identification of micro- and macrooptimums (or macro- and microacme) achieved by people in their individual, personal and subjective development, and tracking and determining their general, special and individual characteristics.

3. Studying the process of mastering a person by a profession and achieving mastery in it as one of the forms of his “acme”. Identification of the general, special and individual in professionalism and the ways to achieve it among people employed in different fields of activity. Theoretical substantiation and practical development of technologies that optimize the process of formation and development of professionalism in people representing various fields of work.

4. Tracking the general, the special and the single in achieving small and large communities of their “acme” and the description and classification of the main characteristics of these “acme”. Creation of methodological tools to identify the objective and subjective prerequisites for the achievement of “acme” by a person and small and large communities of people, as well as determine the main features of these “acme”.

- personal characteristics - formed in a person's relationship to various aspects of reality, including himself;

- subjective characteristics - all the qualities of a person on which his activities depend;

- "acme";

- professionalism - consistently successful in terms of the results obtained, a high level of solving problems that make up the content of the specialist’s activity in a particular field of labor.
