These recommendations are systematized provisions that will help the practitioner in making decisions. This document can be adapted, modified or revised in specific hospitals and does not replace hospital hospital standards. Since the level of equipment in obstetric hospitals may differ, anesthesiologists are responsible for the correct adaptation of the approaches outlined in the recommendations to their practice. The purpose of this document is to improve the quality of anesthesia care for women in childbirth, increase their safety by reducing the likelihood of complications, increasing patient satisfaction. Application area. The principles and approaches outlined in the recommendations can be used in any hospitals providing obstetric care throughout the territory of the Russian Federation. This document discusses the use of regional analgesia for pain relief of labor, pain relief for interventions in the third stage of labor (examination, manual examination of the uterus, manual separation of the placenta, etc.).
