Participants are invited to play the plot on the topic "Interview", in which there is any kind of discrimination.

Possible stories

Plot 1. Discrimination in a situation of recruitment. The role of the leader (men). During the interview, when applying for a job, the employer informs the girl applying for the vacancy that her candidature is rejected, since the position of the head of the department for which the competition is announced must be occupied by a man. In the ideas of the employer, a young girl (25 years), single, even with a good education and experience in the specialty, cannot cope with the work of a manager. In addition, the employer fears that she will marry and go on maternity leave, which is economically unprofitable for the organization.

The role of the candidate for the vacancy (women). In such a situation, the interviewer builds her answer based on her own experience, a system of ideas and a desire to resolve the situation in her own favor. In the interview process, she tries to change the employer's prejudice.

Plot 2. Discrimination in a situation of promotion. The role of the leader (men). He calls a subordinate (woman), a potential candidate for the position of deputy. Plots are given schematically, so students who volunteered to play the interview participants themselves offer specific features of the organization and characters. The role-playing game usually takes place in a lively form, and the participants display their creative abilities.

Prior to the start of each storyline, participants receive small leaves on which the content of their role is written, and discuss them for 2-3 minutes: think up a place and time where events take place; give names to characters; discuss the outcome of the interview.

It is advisable to enter a time limit on plot playing - no more than 15–20 minutes. At the discretion of the leader of the lesson or by decision of the group, not all the plots can be played out or the plots proposed by the group itself can be added.
