Settlement instruction Specific indicators of the formation of harmful substances released into the atmosphere from the main types of technological equipment for enterprises of the radio-electronic complex 2006
It acts instead of the methodology "Regulatory indicators of specific emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere from the main types of technological equipment of enterprises in the industry (Kharkiv, 1991)". The archive includes the methodology and letters of the Research Institute of Atmosphere for its explanation. This calculation instruction (methodology) is designed to determine the qualitative and quantitative composition of emissions of harmful substances from the main types of process equipment for various industries of the industry. The methodology includes emissions from the main technological processes taking into account modern technological equipment for enterprises of the industry (production of printed circuit boards, microelectronic production, coating by spraying and in metal melts, foundry, powder metallurgy, production of enamel coatings, plastic production, production of polymer composite materials, manufacture of rubber products, etc.), approved methods for calculating emissions into the atmosphere for ryh currently absent. The methodology is used in the development of the “Environmental Protection” sections in the design documentation to assess the impact on atmospheric pollution for designed and reconstructed enterprises, as well as for existing enterprises when developing draft standards for maximum permissible emissions (MPE), during inventory and control norms of PDV, when full-scale measurements for some reason are difficult. The technique is applicable for all industries with similar production and equipment.
E.I. Goncharuk Community hygiene 2006
The textbook was prepared by an academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, the Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences E.I. Goncharuk and, under his leadership, the staff of the Department of Communal Hygiene and Human Ecology of the National Medical University named after AA Bogomolets, with the participation of leading scientists from Ukraine and Russia. The classical provisions of the hygienic science are highlighted, taking into account the latest scientific achievements of the world hygienic science in recent years concerning the impact on the human body of natural and anthropogenic (physical, chemical, biological, psychophysiological) environmental factors and socio-economic conditions. The principles of hygienic rationing of harmful and dangerous factors of the components of the biosphere — the atmosphere, hydrosphere, lithosphere — have been established, taking into account isolated, combined, complex and combined action and possible long-term effects, in particular: carcinogenic, mutagenic, embryotoxic, gonadotoxic, neurotoxic, etc. Reflected State legislative and regulatory documents on environmental protection, ensuring sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population Iya, etc. For students of higher medical educational institutions of III — IV accreditation levels and practical doctors.
Lectures Sanitation and hygiene 2005

The “Sanitation and Hygiene” study guide consists of two parts (part 1: chapter 1-5, part 2: chapter 6-9). The 1st part of the textbook covers the issues of state sanitary and epidemiological surveillance, outlines the hygienic characteristics of environmental factors, analyzes the sanitary and epidemiological requirements for the improvement of food facilities, the hygienic basics of designing and building food facilities, and the sanitary regime of food facilities. Designed for university students, and may also be useful for professionals working in various food enterprises and engaged in the production and sale of food.
The staff of the Scientific Research Institute of Atmospheric Air Protection (SRI Atmosphere) Methodical manual on the calculation, regulation and control of emissions of pollutants into the air 2005
The manual contains methodological recommendations, explanations and additions on the main issues of air protection activities: - inventory of emissions of harmful (polluting) substances into the atmospheric air and their sources; - rationing of emissions and the establishment of standards for PDV (VSV); - monitoring compliance with established emission standards; - summary calculations of air pollution by emissions from industry and motor vehicles; - technical emission standards. The manual is intended for employees of environmental protection units of enterprises, specialists of research, design and other organizations involved in the protection of atmospheric air, as well as environmental protection agencies of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Atomic Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) and environmental protection administrations of cities and regions of Russia.
Directory Properties of harmful and hazardous substances circulating in the oil and gas complex 2005
The handbook collected, updated and systematized the properties of harmful and hazardous substances, the most frequently used (circulating) at the enterprises of the oil and gas complex in the main, auxiliary production, transport. For each substance (material), properties are presented that determine its potential hazard to humans, the environment, and an industrial object. The handbook is intended for engineers and technicians and specialists involved in the provision of industrial, environmental and explosion-fire safety of oil and gas facilities.
