Ulcers of the testicle, penis and anal canal
Ulcers, when they appear in this place, are malignant and creeping, because these organs are arranged in such a way that rottenness hurries towards them, because they are closed from the air, somewhat hot and humid, and, moreover, are close to the places where the excess is passing. Such ulcers are in some respects similar to ulcers in the internal organs and in the mouth, and the most malignant of them are those that need strong drying, and their sensitivity is acute and significant. Sometimes it is necessary [even] to cut off the most member when the ulcers on it rot and spread.
The ulcers on the head of the penis need more drying medications than the ulcers on the foreskin and on the skin of the penis, for the head is more dry in nature. Such ulcers are either new or old; some of them are malignant. For fresh ulcers, there is nothing like sabura; sabur is similar to [in its action] lead oxide, iklimiya, washed in wine, and tutia; pearls are also close to this. Burnt cowries are wonderful [help], ash of alum and tutia in the form of powders or ointment with cold water - [too]. If the ulcers are too fresh for these [drugs] and have already festered, then you need something stronger, for example, burnt copper. The bark of the pine tree with small nuts is a proven product in this respect, and if you need to increase the meat, then add incense to it.
A description of complex drugs for ulcers that need strong drying and healing. Tatia, sabur, anzarut, frankincense, krovavik, burnt laurel of laurel, Yemen alum, burnt vitriol, galls, flowers of a grenade launcher and akakiyu are taken in equal parts, one and a half pieces, petioles of a sweet garnet are one part.
From [all] this with rose oil make a plaster.
Another recipe. Iron oxide, lead oxide, dragon's blood, burnt tissue paper, burnt alum with rose oil. From [all] it prepare a medicinal bandage, or plaster, or lozenges. If the ulcer is old, then incense and its powder and sabur are put in equal parts into [the medicine]. When there is corrosive, then it helps, among other things [the following]: to take the ashes of human hair, asafoetida and mountain lentils and prepare powders and medicinal dressings from it. Another remedy is stronger than this. Take each of both arsenic - seven and quicklime in the form of stones - twenty [parts] and [more] akakiii - twelve [parts]; all this is kneaded on vinegar and squeezed out on the juice of fresh plantain bloshnoe, turned into shadows into pellets and consumed. [More] stronger [such medicine]: both arsenic, acacia, verdigris, larkspur, dill ash, pepper. From [all] it prepare flatbread. If [the ulcer] has become malignant and has turned black, then it is best to cut and remove the rotting place and use it with meat-enhancing plasters until it becomes overgrown.
Internal ulcers of the penis
They are treated the same way as ulcers in the bladder are treated; sometimes it is necessary medicine from burnt papyrus paper.
His recipe. They take burnt papyrus paper, burnt alum, Kalimia washed after burning, pine bark with small nuts, blood and incense, are made from this whole cake and used in a syringe.

Ulcers of the testicle, penis and anal canal
- EGG CANCER
Mark B. Guernick (Mage V. Garnick) Testicular carcinoma can serve as a prime example of curable solid neoplasm. Patients with localized forms of germinal cell carcinoma of the testicle are cured after surgery or radiation, advanced stages of the disease (metastatic forms), which were considered lethal in the recent past, are also potentially curable. In 1977, testicular cancer ranked 3rd.
- Acute epididymitis (acute inflammation of the epididymis)
Acute inflammation of the epididymis (epididymitis) is one of the common inflammatory diseases of the genital organs in men. Acute epididymitis is most often unilateral. The differential diagnosis is carried out with a torsion, a tumor and a testicle injury. Torsion of the testicle most often occurs between the ages of 10-30 years and is manifested by sudden pain in the scrotum. The testicle in the scrotum is raised, the appendage is palpated
- Diseases of the male penis
The distal part of the penis normal urethra, which is most often affected, is lined with stratified squamous epithelium. This character of the epithelium is found in the urethra only at a distance of 2-4 cm from the external opening (Fig. 19.1). Inflammatory (balanoposthitis, i.e. inflammation of the skin of the glans penis and the inner layer of the foreskin) and fibrosis (phimosis, i.e.
- IMPORTANCE OF THE BACK FRONT OF A PULSE IN THE EFFECT OF HEART DEFIBRILLATION
The effect of electrical defibrillation of the heart is considered as a result of the synchronization of the excitation process under the influence of the irritating action of the current. According to the idea of the role of the exciting action of the current in defibrillation, it seemed possible to increase the efficiency of the defibrillating pulse by increasing the steepness of its leading edge, since it is commonly used for defibrillation of the heart
- Causative agent of anthrax
In Russia, this disease was called anthrax due to the large epidemic described in the Urals at the end of the XVHI century. S. S. Andreevsky. Bacillus anthracis is the causative agent of anthrax in humans and animals. Morphological and cultural properties. B. anthracis - large sticks, in smears arranged in pairs or in short chains. Motionless, out of the body form spores, very resistant during
- APPLICATION OF ORGAN-PRESERVING OPERATIONS IN COMBINED TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH INVASIVE PLANECULAR CELL CANCER
Belova E.A., Odintsova M.V., Lisitsyn I.Yu., Karlov PA, Shkolnik M.I., Karelin M.I. Federal State Institution Russian Research Center for Radiology and Surgical Technologies of the Federal Agency for High-Tech Medical Care; City Oncologic Dispensary, St. Petersburg Introduction: Penile cancer (RBC) is a rare malignant tumor. - Features of clinical symptoms depending on the top of the ulcer
Ulcer pyloric canal. Intense epigastric pain, more to the right; hungry, night, with irradiation in the back; pains are relieved by soda and other antacids, M-cholinolytics. Persistent nausea, vomiting, weight loss. Palpable tenderness in the pyloroduodenal zone. Radiodiagnosis: deformation of the pyloric canal, its narrowing due to edema; niche is detected with difficulty.
- Blockade of the lower (back) branching of the left leg
Complete blocking of the impulse movement in the wide and short posterior branch of the left leg is reflected on the ECG by signs that M. Rosenbaum et al. (1968) not without reason called "colorless, deceptive and non-specific." Indeed, the diagnosis of such a violation of intraventricular conduction is based mainly on the deviation of the electrical axis of the QRS to the right and down, which is normal and
- Ulcers in the lungs and chest, among which is consumption
General reasoning Such ulcers are either in the chest, or in the pectoral system, or in the lungs; this latter species, that is, [the ulcer] in the lungs, is also a consumption. Or ulcers are in the tube, but we have already mentioned them. The most prosperous of such ulcers are ulcers in the chest, and this is because the vessels in the chest are smaller and their parts are denser, so the cracks in them are not very large, and also because
- Opening of the spinal canal
Opening the vertebral canal is much easier on the corpses of fetuses and newborns than on the corpses of adults, without the need for special tools other than strong scissors. The spinal canal can be opened in two ways: from behind, dissecting the arms of the vertebrae, or from the front, cutting off the vertebral bodies. Most often, the first method is used, i.e., the spinal canal is opened at the back. This way
- Common anal canal cancer
As part of a study of the possibility of organ preservation in 13 patients suffering from locally spreading anal canal cancer, treated with RT, as well as CT combined with WGT, presented at the 18th National Congress of the Italian Association of Oncology LT (IALTO), a report was presented level of DFS over 5 years, equal to 54%. Thanks to the optimal level of BRV and good
- Suspected carcinoma (vascular atypia - exophytic - ulcers)
In the initial stage of carcinoma development, especially in group Ia microcarcinoma and cervical Ic carcinoma, vascular atypias attract particular attention during colposcopic examination. The appearance of the vessels is very diverse. Coarse mosaic and dotted structures can be seen, in addition, entangled and torn blood vessels, convoluted capillaries and hair needle capillaries are visible. Special
- CERCAL CHANNEL EXPANSION AND CURRENT
The expansion of the cervical canal and curettage, not related to pregnancy, is best done under general anesthesia, which simultaneously allows the gynecologist to perform a more thorough study of the pelvic organs. The objectives of the operation are the removal of the maximum number of hyperplastic, proliferative and necrotized endometria for subsequent histological examination;
- Cervical Canal Polyps
Rarely give significant bleeding, more often it is minor bleeding. The decidual polyp is a proliferation of decidual tissue, and its excess goes down into the cervical canal. Such a polyp most often disappears by itself, or it can be removed carefully unscrewing. Bleeding polyp should be removed, but without curettage of the uterus, with hemostatic therapy, and preserving pregnancy
