Ulcers of the testis, penis, and anus
Ulcers, when they arise in this place, are malignant and creeping, because these organs are so arranged that putrefaction hurries to them, since they are closed from the air, somewhat hot and humid, and also are close to the places where the excess passes. Such ulcers in some respects are similar to ulcers in the insides and in the mouth, and the most malignant of them are those that need strong drying, and their sensitivity is acute and significant. Sometimes you have to [even] cut off the penis itself, when the ulcers on it rot and spread.
The ulcers located on the head of the penis need more drying drugs than the ulcers on the foreskin and on the skin of the penis, because the head is drier by nature. Such ulcers are either new or old; some of them are malignant. For fresh ulcers, there is nothing better than Sabur; like Sabur [in its effect] lead oxide, iklimiya washed in wine, and tutium; pearls are also close to this. Burnt kauri are wonderful [help], ash of alum and tutium in the form of powders or ointments with cold water - [too]. If the ulcers are too fresh for these [drugs] and have already faded, then you need something stronger, such as burnt copper. The bark of a pine tree with small nuts is a tried and tested remedy in this respect, and if you need to grow meat, then add incense to it.
Description of complex drugs and for ulcers requiring strong drying and healing. Tutia, sabur, anzarut, frankincense, bloodsuck, burnt bast of laurel, Yemeni alum, burnt vitriol, galls, pomegranate flowers and acakia, yar-coppers - one and a half parts are taken in equal parts, one part.
Of [all] this, a patch is made with rose oil.
Another copybook. Iron oxide, lead oxide, dragon blood, burnt tissue paper, burnt alum with rose oil. From [all] this a medicinal dressing, or patch, or lozenges is prepared. If the ulcer is chronic, then put incense and its powder and sabur in equal parts in the [medicine]. When there is erosion, it helps, by the way [the following]: take the ashes of human hair, asafoetida and mountain lentils and prepare powders and medicinal dressings from this. Another remedy stronger than this. They take each of both arsenic - seven and quicklime in the form of stones - twenty [parts] and [another] Akakiyi - twelve [parts]; all this is kneaded with vinegar and squeezed juice of fresh flea plantain, turned into shadows into flat cakes and consumed. [More] stronger [such a medicine]: both arsenic, akakiya, yar-coppers, larkspur, ash of dill, pepper. From [all] this make cakes. If the [ulcer] has become malignant and blackened, it is best to cut out and remove the rotting place and use it with meat-enhancing plasters until it grows.
Member internal ulcers
They treat them the same way they treat ulcers in the bladder; sometimes a cure for burnt papyrus paper is necessary.
His copybook. They take burnt papyrus paper, burnt alum, Kalimiya washed after burning, bark of pine trees with small [her] nuts, blood and incense, prepared from [all] this flat cake and used in a syringe.

Ulcers of the testis, penis, and anus
- Testicular cancer
Mark B. Gernik (Mage V. Garnick) Testicular carcinoma can serve as a striking example of curable solid neoplasms. Patients with localized forms of germ cell cancer of the testis are cured after surgery or irradiation, the advanced stages of the disease (metastatic forms), which in the recent past were considered lethal, are also potentially curable. In 1977, testicular cancer ranked third.
- Acute epididymitis (acute inflammation of the epididymis)
Acute inflammation of the epididymis (epididymitis) is one of the most common inflammatory diseases of the genital organs in men. Acute epididymitis is most often unilateral. The differential diagnosis is carried out with torsion, tumor and testicular injury. Torsion of the testicle most often occurs between the ages of 10-30 and is manifested by sudden pain in the scrotum. The testicle is elevated, the appendage is palpated
- Male penis diseases
The distal part of the penis of the normal urethra, which is most often affected, is lined with stratified squamous epithelium. This type of epithelium is found in the urethra only at a distance of 2-4 cm from the external opening (Fig. 19.1). Inflammatory (balanoposthitis, i.e. inflammation of the skin of the glans penis and inner sheet of the foreskin) and fibrous (phimosis, i.e.
- VALUE OF THE REAR FRONT OF THE PULSE IN THE EFFECT OF HEART DEFIBRILLATION
The effect of electrical defibrillation of the heart is considered as a result of synchronization of the excitation process under the influence of the irritating current. According to the idea of the role of the exciting action of current in defibrillation, it seemed possible to increase the efficiency of a defibrillating pulse by increasing the steepness of its leading edge, since it is usually used for defibrillation of the heart
- Causative agent of anthrax
In Russia, this disease was called anthrax due to the large epidemic described in the Urals at the end of the XVI century. S. S. Andreevsky. Bacillus anthracis is the causative agent of anthrax in humans and animals. Morphological and cultural properties. B. anthracis - large sticks, in smears are arranged in pairs or short chains. Stationary, form spores outside the body, very stable during
- APPLICATION OF ORGANIC PRESERVING OPERATIONS IN THE COMBINED TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH INVASIVE Squamous cell carcinoma of the penis
Belova E.A., Odintsova M.V., Lisitsyn I.Yu., Karlov P.A., Shkolnik M.I., Karelin M.I. Federal State Institution Russian Scientific Center of Radiology and Surgical Technologies of the Federal Agency for High-Tech Medical Care; City Oncology Center, St. Petersburg Introduction: Penile cancer (RCC) is a rare malignant tumor. The incidence varies from 0.1-0.9 to
- Features of clinical symptoms depending on the topics of the ulcer
Ulcer of the pyloric canal. Intense pain in the epigastrium, more on the right; hungry, nocturnal, radiating to the back; pains are stopped by soda and other antacids, M-anticholinergics. Persistent nausea, vomiting, weight loss. Palpation tenderness in the pyloroduodenal zone. X-ray diagnostics: deformation of the pyloric canal, its narrowing due to edema; a niche is identified with difficulty.
- Blockade of the rear-lower (back) branching of the left leg
Complete blocking of the movement of the pulse in the wide and short posterior branches of the left leg is reflected on the ECG by signs that M. Rosenbaum et al. (1968) not without reason called "colorless, deceptive and nonspecific." Indeed, the diagnosis of such an intraventricular conduction disorder is based mainly on the deviation of the QRS electrical axis to the right and down, which is normal and
- Ulcers in the lungs and chest, which include consumption
General reasoning Such ulcers occur either in the chest, or in the abdominal obstruction, or in the lungs; this last variety, that is, [an ulcer] in the lungs, is consumption. Or there are ulcers in the tube, but we have already mentioned them. The most successful of these ulcers are chest ulcers, and this is because the vessels in the chest are smaller and parts of them are denser, so the cracks in them are not very large, and also
- Opening of the spinal canal
Opening the spinal canal on the corpses of fetuses and newborns is much easier than on the corpses of adults, without the need for special tools, except for strong scissors. The spinal canal can be opened in two ways: from behind, dissecting the arches of the vertebrae, or from the front, cutting off the vertebral bodies. Most often, the first method is used, i.e., the spinal canal is opened from behind. This way
- Common Anal Cancer
As part of the study of the possibility of organ preservation in 13 patients suffering from locally advanced cancer of the anal canal, treated with RT, as well as chemotherapy combined with RHT, presented at the 18th National Congress of the Italian Association of Oncology RT (IALTO), a report was presented on the level of DBD for 5 years, equal to 54%. Due to the optimal level of CVD and good
- Suspicion of carcinoma (vascular atypia - exophyte - ulcers)
In the initial stage of development of carcinoma, especially with group Ia microcarcinoma and cervical carcinoma Ib, vascular atypia attracts special attention during colposcopic examination. The appearance of blood vessels is very diverse. Rough mosaic and dotted structures can be seen, in addition, tangled and torn vessels, convoluted capillaries and hairy needle capillaries are visible. Special
- CURVAL CHANNEL EXTENSION AND CURES
Expansion of the cervical canal and curettage, not associated with pregnancy, is best done under general anesthesia, which at the same time allows the gynecologist to perform a more thorough examination of the pelvic organs. The objectives of the operation are to remove the maximum amount of hyperplastic, proliferative and necrotic endometrium for subsequent histological examination;
- Cervical Canal Polyps
Seldom give significant bleeding, more often it is minor bleeding. Decidual polyp - the growth of decidual tissue, and its excess descends into the cervical canal. Such a polyp most often disappears by itself, or it can be removed by carefully unscrewing. A bleeding polyp should be removed, but without curettage of the uterine cavity, with hemostatic therapy, and preserving pregnancy
