The training manual examines the organizational and psychological foundations of the formation and functioning of military collectives and the basic elements of collective psychology. The author outlines the concept of the collective in general and military psychology, the essence and structure of collective psychology, as well as the methodology for studying and managing the main socio-psychological phenomena in military collectives. The manual reflected the views on the problem of collective (group) psychology, both of leading Russian psychologists and of the main foreign psychological schools.
It is intended for students of the military training faculty of NSTU who are studying under the program of training specialists in the military specialty “Psychology”, as well as for the permanent staff of the university who are interested in the theory and practice of Russian military psychology and pedagogy. |
