The objectives of the thesis: To consider the essence and specifics of military activity and on this basis to determine the content and features of its motivational-semantic sphere; To carry out a theoretical and methodological analysis of the main incentives for military activity, the totality of which is the military professional orientation of the personnel of the army and navy: To study the state, dynamics of changes and ways to improve the management of the motivational-semantic sphere of military activity. |
