Requirements for the development of an educational program

The maximum student workload should not exceed 54 hours per week, including all types of classroom and extracurricular activities.

The volume of compulsory classroom studies of students, determined by the university, taking into account the specialty, the specifics of the organization of the educational process, the equipment of the educational and laboratory facilities, information, educational and methodological support, should be set within 24-36 hours.

The hours allotted for independent work on academic discipline include the time provided for preparing for exams.

When developing the curriculum (Clause 7.4), the university has the right to change the number of hours devoted to the development of educational material: for cycles of disciplines within 5%, for disciplines included in the cycle - within 10% without exceeding the maximum weekly load of the student and while maintaining the content requirements specified in this standard.
