Goals and objectives of the cabinet

In educational institutions, where children spend most of their time, the question is urgently needed to create special conditions for the provision of psychological assistance. And first of all, this is the organization of the workplace of a practical psychologist, which is part of a developing subject environment.

The office is the workplace of a teacher-psychologist who creates rational conditions for the implementation of the main activities of the service of practical psychology of education and contributes to its success. This is a rather complex part of the entire system of work of the teacher-psychologist, closely connected with all the structures of the educational institution. The office of a practical psychologist, its organization and equipment are of great importance in improving the effectiveness of the psychological service and remove many of the difficulties of professional adaptation of beginning psychologists. It is from a competently equipped workplace of a psychologist that largely determines how quickly and professionally psychological assistance will be provided.


The main tasks of a specially equipped and equipped cabinet of a practical psychologist (CPT) are:

? assistance in the implementation of the set professional goals and objectives of the teacher-psychologist;

? creating the prerequisite for the creative application of the most effective methods and techniques of the work of the teacher-psychologist;

? providing ample opportunities for organizing preventive measures aimed at relieving psychoemotional stress in children and adults.
