The presence of certain and effective motives, which lead to a change in one's position (motivational component)

Motivation - caused by the actualized need of the excitation of certain nerve structures (functional systems) that cause directed activity of the organism. Motivation of behavior is always emotionally saturated. All motivational states are a modification of the need states. A motive is a conscious motivation to achieve a specific goal, understood by the individual as a personal necessity, the personal meaning of the action. Human activity is usually motivated by several motives - the hierarchy of motives. At the same time certain motives acquire the leading importance. Leading motives give personality, meaning, meaning to activity, its objects and conditions.

Example - purposeful and motivated behavior - choice of the future action option, decision making, realization of intent and evaluation of the results of the performed action at the stage of choice of option - generalization of information flows, selective search and retrieval of information from memory, at the decision-making stage, the choice of the future action option reduces the number of degrees freedom, brings certainty into action.
Based on the chosen course of action, a model of its results is formed and a program is a representation of what has been achieved and how (by what means). During the execution of the action and after its completion, the implementation process and the result are compared with the program and the acceptor of the action.
