Organization of the study of the life of the military team

Officers of the units are obliged to exercise daily control over the implementation of the daily routine, the performance of service by the internal outfit. Everyone knows that mockery and bullying take place in the evening and at night, the leading role in this period is assigned to sergeants and squad leaders. But, unfortunately, the sergeant staff of the units has lost its role and is not fulfilling its official duties to prevent violations of the charter rules of relations between military personnel.

In all divisions, it is necessary to establish clear control over the service in daily work, over the even distribution of workloads for all military personnel, over the organization and conduct of economic work.

The main efforts of management structures should be concentrated where there was a significant shortage of junior officers in the units. They should evaluate their activities through the prism of the state of affairs in these collectives.

To carry out successful work on the prevention of violations of the statutory rules of relations in units, it is necessary:

- objectively and principally evaluate negative phenomena in the team and take operational measures to suppress them;

- not to leave without a corresponding impact a single fact of mockery and bullying of colleagues;

- to conduct an uncompromising struggle with the facts of concealment, fraud, and to exclude the use of anti-pedagogical methods of education.

The successful solution of tasks for the prevention of violations of the statutory rules of relations to a decisive degree depends on the psychological and pedagogical training of unit officers.

It is advisable to conduct classes on the prevention of violations of the statutory rules of relations with sergeants at least once every 2 months. It is equally important to organize the study of relationships in the team unit.

The study of intra-group and inter-group relations is carried out using a well-developed methodology, which includes observation, study, individual conversation.

The basis of the basics of studying relationships in a military team is an individual conversation.

Systematic individual work conducted by unit officers allows you to:

- identify motives of behavior, the attitude of a soldier to his duties, colleagues, to himself;

- more fully and more specifically analyze the moral and psychological state of personnel;

- take into account individual psychological characteristics, personal qualities, physical development, military affiliation, etc .;

- constantly influence the moral and psychological climate in the team, identify informal leaders in microgroups, more deeply know national customs, mores and traditions;

- predict and prevent conflict situations in the relations of military personnel;

- choose the most effective forms and methods of influence on each soldier in order to form his skills of statutory relationships with colleagues.

Important to remember! Individual work should not be carried out occasionally, but systematically.

The main task is to determine the microgroups, their orientation and composition in a short time, to establish the positive core of the military collective and the specific carriers of negative relations.

In the course of studying a serviceman it is necessary:

- analyze the nature of the military personnel’s communication with each other, strictly monitor the mood of the military personnel, their attitude to the service, the manifestation of alienation and discontent;

- to study the behavior of military personnel in a situation of disagreement and conflict, ways of resolving conflict situations and the direction of aggression of military personnel;

- master the receptions and skills of behavior in complex socio-psychological situations, analyze the features of adaptation of military personnel to their environment;

- constantly evaluate the moral and psychological climate of the unit, study the circle of the most authoritative people whose opinion is crucial for the individual;

- analyze cases of uneven distribution of workloads, performance of household chores, especially on weekends and holidays, personal time;

- observe the placement of military personnel in the dining room, when watching movies and television shows, the appearance, the presence of uniforms;

- take constant care of the life, rest and social protection of servicemen who have shortcomings in general development, physical attitude, as well as persons with a high level of neuropsychic instability.

Summarizing the above, it should be noted that the new processes taking place in the army require a deep and comprehensive analysis and forecasting of their development trends.
With all the acuteness, there was a vital need for focused work in military collectives with the goal of eliminating the facts of violation of the charter rules of relations between military personnel.
