The concept and essence of the military team

The writings of the classics of pedagogy contain provisions that the greatest opportunities for the development of the individual abilities of the individual are the collective.

A collective is a concept of Latin origin, meaning "collectedness", i.e. integrity, preserving the integrity of the individuality. The concept of the same group is identical to the meaning of the old Russian word "circle". At the heart of both is the connection that connects people. The spirit of the team well reflects the concept of "partnership", "military fraternity." As a result, in national military psychology, a military team is understood as an organizational association of servicemen based on the commonality of their ideological and moral positions, joint service and combat (official, watch, etc.) activities under the leadership of a single leader. Consequently, its distinguishing features are the fact that it is:

- a highly organized group of ideologically convinced and disciplined servicemen capable of independently (autonomously) performing service, combat, service, training, and other tasks;

- a specific social community designed to protect

fatherland, characterized by the unity of understanding of military duty, common collectivist psychology.

However, depending on the nature and direction of functioning, each of the collectives is endowed with the corresponding features that characterize this group as a military one.

The military collective differs from other types of collectives by the goals, objectives, armed defenses of the Fatherland. A unit of a unit is truly military if all its members are deeply aware of its tasks and assignments.

The peculiarities of the military team are related to the fact that the solution of the tasks at the forefront is achieved by using weapons, military equipment and armed violence against the enemy, in accordance with this true military team is one whose all members have developed not only courage, perseverance, endurance, but also profound skills and skills masterfully use equipment and weapons. The current military team is also distinguished by the fact that with the listed signs, already well-known connections, creating a strong psychological potential, a number of other moral and psychological forces are also manifested in it. This refers to the spiritual, moral, business principle, the content of the inner world of each member of the team, which unites them, binds, "attracts" to each other. It consists of the following components:

- community of moral norms by which people are guided in their behavior (these norms are enshrined in military regulations);

- joint activities of national importance;

- the presence of all members of the team of military skill or the desire to acquire it, etc. [7, p.224]

The core idea of ​​the collective of the military unit is the idea of ​​interpersonal relations of servicemen. It is the mutual connections between people that are the decisive factor (condition) that determines the cohesion of the unit, the activity and the vitality of the association, of which they become members.
In turn, the spiritual ties between military personnel depend on how they perceive each other, how they relate to the common goal of military professional activity, etc. In this regard, in the national military psychology, there are two approaches to understanding the conditions of the formation of a collective.

According to the first approach, the team unit is represented as a social entity, something independent, not reducible to the totality of its constituent individuals. This approach is called "anthropomorphic", because in this case the unification of military personnel is considered as an integral social object, whose life and activity reproduces the activity of each of its members, due to which he himself exists.

From the position of the second approach, the team is perceived as a socio-psychological environment of life and activities of military personnel, an environment that they create for each other. Proponents of this approach prefer to speak not about groups and groups, but about the “personality in a group”. This concept expresses the personal and orienting point of view of the collective.

Both positions are not free from extremes of both theoretical and practical order. The first position, as the domestic experience of military construction of the Soviet period shows, can lead to an underestimation of the personality, absolutization of “unity”, which is dangerous by leveling human individuality and its personal values, by striving to ensure that all team members not only act in the same way, but also “ all as one. Meanwhile, it is known that it is in the team of the unit that the personal differentiation necessary for the full development and natural for the serviceman takes place. With the formation, development and functioning of the collective, certain socio-psychological roles are assigned to its members, coordinating the needs of the collective and the individual. Each person brings his own views on current problems into joint activities, offers his own ways of solving them. He places his skills at the disposal of the collective and seeks help in connection with his own difficulties. All this is very individual. Therefore, unity, without which there is no team, no group,

is achieved not by leveling the members of the collective of the military unit, but on the basis of reconciling differences, finding psychological compatibility, maximally taking into account and encouraging interpersonal likes. AT

As a result, the structure of the military unit has two interrelated, complementary, but different in content psychological complex. One of them is focused on the general activity of the team, related to the solution of its service, combat and other tasks, the second - on its internal, social and psychological sphere. There is no doubt that both of them are necessary, since they have an objective nature and are interdependent. However, these are only the conditions that are necessary to unite people into social groups.
