The role of public opinion in the military team

The ideological principles of the collective have a decisive influence on the formation of public opinion, moods and relationships in it, which together constitute a socio-psychological climate. His legal capacity depends on them. The sources of healthy opinions, moods, relationships in military groups should be sought in the level of educational work carried out at school. The military commander must have certain information about the nature of the structural components of the collective psychology.

Public opinion, being a system of rational and appraisal, shared by members of the collective, has a regulatory influence and significant incentive force. Credibility, publicity, emotionality, continuity, the exactingness of public opinion began to affect the mind, feelings and will of everyone (give an example)

Moods are the emotional-evaluative group responses of the collective to people's behavior, events, phenomena, facts. Favorable general moods of the collective induce working energy among soldiers or students, increase their activity, and also turn out to be on their moods. Therefore, the military instructor, in a word, by personal example, always seeks to maintain a high emotional mood among his subordinates and students, tries to prevent the occurrence of passive moods.

Traditions are important in the structure of the psychological climate of the collective and in its cohesion.
Each warrior joining a military team, becomes heirs and a successor of its traditions. Traditions in their content, spheres of appearance and belonging are very diverse, but their mobilizing and educating influence is always enormous. The active use of traditions in the educational process contributes to the growth of ideological maturity of personnel, their combat skills, strengthening military discipline, rallying the team, and preventing the emergence of negative phenomena.

The relationship between people is an indicator of their cohesion, firstly because they have fixed the nature of objective, socially determined interpersonal relationships (give an example).

In the structure of relationships, several areas are usually distinguished: service, socio-political, interpersonal, psychological relations.

Official and socio-political relations are the basis for the interaction of personnel in the performance of official duties. These relationships are enshrined in the organizational structure of any military collective, in military manuals, manuals. They are the prescribed rules and norms of behavior that encourage the warrior and volitional mobilization; self-control in actions, self-order, presentation of demands on oneself.

These circumstances are often the cause of underestimation of their significance.
