SOCIO-PSYCHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTIC OF CONFLICT

In the process of joint life activity, military personnel constantly interact with each other not only during the collective fulfillment of combat training tasks, but also in the dining room, on the TV, on the sports ground, during joint leisure activities, etc. In the process of constant interaction between members of the military team between a variety of contradictions cannot but arise by them. However, the conflict is an extreme form of resolution.
