Diet on green peas


A varied and healthy diet, during which you can drink unsweetened tea and mineral water in any quantity. Breakfast and two snacks suggest three dietary options for the whole week, and the main course for lunch is different every day. Almost all recipes are given in 2 servings. It means that the rest can be eaten for dinner.
Breakfast
Option 1. 30 g of muesli, 100 ml of milk, an apple (finely chop and mix with muesli).

Lunch, 2 day. Omelet with green peas
Mix 2 eggs with two tablespoons of water, beat, salt, pepper and pour into a pan, greased with 3 g of vegetable oil. When the omelette starts to harden, pour 150 g of green peas on it. Optional: 20 g ham.
Lunch, 3 day. Pea cream soup
Peel the leek to clean, cut the bright part into rings. Fry the onions with 10 g of butter in a thick-walled pot, add 200 g of green peas, pour in 50 ml of broth and cook for 10 minutes. Using a mixer, make mashed potatoes, add 40 g of sour cream and another 100 g of green peas. Warm up the soup, salt and pepper, sprinkle with basil.

Lunch, 4 day. Green Peas Salad with Corn
