Changes in the global internal climate

The human body is a real miracle. At every moment, trillions of chemical reactions take place in it, and it is impossible to affect any of them without affecting many others. However, modern medicine has so far developed in a different direction, not wanting to see this single picture of mutual relations. In the West, doctors-specialists were always appreciated by more generalists. One doctor specializes exclusively in diseases of the throat, the other - on lung diseases, the third - on heart diseases and so on. We should shift the focus to the overall picture of health and create the conditions for all these chemical reactions that are insignificant at first glance to proceed as they should. This is what my purification program aims at. I represent it myself as molecular acupuncture according to the definition of Jeffrey Bland, the father of functional medicine: a small action in one place, for example, restoring a balance between inflammatory and anti-inflammatory fats or shifting the acid-base ratio, causes a cascade of positive effects throughout the body.
When a butterfly wings its wings in Japan, a cause-and-effect chain may end in a tornado in Argentina. Similarly, the failed chemical reaction of several molecules in the liver can respond to a tumor in the brain. Everything is interconnected.
The causes of many of these problems persist and worsen over time, as modern medicine focuses on the diagnosis, not on finding out what is behind this diagnosis. What is the diagnosis behind all other diagnoses?
Many years ago we began to celebrate the growth of the number of natural disasters - hurricanes, floods, forest fires, melting of glaciers. Previously, they seemed to be separate events, not related to each other. Gradually, the relationship began to appear. All these catastrophes had one reason - global warming. Inside the human body such crisis is brewing.
Acid rain
Just as in an aquarium or in a lake with clear water, where, in order for the fish to live, acidity must be maintained at a certain level, the environment inside our arteries must have acidity, the changes of which are in a certain range, otherwise the cells circulating there will die.
Meditation helps to control the formation of excess acid in the body

Wastes of normal metabolism are almost exclusively acids, so neutralizing acids is a daily function of the body. Nature is the main supplier of restoring the balance of alkaline molecules contained, for example, in green leafy vegetables. However, modern basic products, such as sugar, dairy products, meat and coffee, have an oxidizing effect, like drugs, as well as stress, since the accelerated metabolism and elevated levels of adrenaline and cortisol accelerate the oxidation process. Thus, we can say that modern life is the process of acid formation.
Excessive acidity contributes to damage to the arteries, which leads to heart attacks, and joints, which leads to arthritis. It undoubtedly causes disturbances in such important processes as oxygen exchange in red blood cells, inflammation, blood clotting, hormone production and transmission of excitation through nerve cells.
I can not name any chemical reaction taking place in the body, on which increased acidity would not have an effect. During the detoxification program, you will reduce the level of acidity, excluding from your diet products that promote oxidation, reducing stress and eliminating toxins.
Drought
The current phenomenon of nutrient deficiency undermines our health. All the processes occurring in the body - digestion, healing, communication between cells - are carried out through chemical reactions.
These chemical reactions require a certain supply of ingredients of natural origin. The lion's share of these ingredients we get from food.
If they are absent, chemical reactions simply do not occur, resulting in imbalances, and with time develop disorders and diseases.
It has long been known that omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) should be added to the diet, but recently there has been a shortage of three more important substances, which is not well known.
MAGNESIUM
This mineral stabilizes and calms the nervous system, and also relaxes the muscles. It is poorly absorbed (only 10% of the amount received), but its deficiency contributes to high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, depression, dropsy, weakness and memory impairment.
VITAMIN D
This vitamin takes part in a variety of vital processes. It promotes deposition in the bones of calcium and regulates the activity of the immune system, so its deficiency leads to bone and infectious diseases. Vitamin D plays an important role in chemical reactions that determine mood, and is key to heart health.
Deficiency of vitamin D arises, among other things, also because it requires sunlight to absorb it, and we spend much of the time in the shadows, in houses and cars and, in addition, cover the surface of the body with clothes and lubricate the skin with sunscreen. In view of this, further increase in the scale of the disorders and diseases associated with the deficiency of this wonderful vitamin should be expected.
IODINE
This is the main building material for the production of thyroid hormones, which support the fire in the furnace of our metabolism. Their deficiency entails an increase in weight. This is just one of the consequences of lowering the level of thyroid hormones, resulting from iodine deficiency. Modern science associates iodine deficiency with many other diseases, such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases and depression. With a deficiency of thyroid hormones, which I especially often see today in women, there is a disorder that my colleague Dr. Frank Lipman brilliantly diagnoses and treats as a component of a syndrome invisible to modern medicine and called "exhaustion." This syndrome is described in Chapter 7.
The success of detoxification depends on the chemicals that the body receives from a balanced diet consisting of nutrient-rich foods. A large amount of work on detoxification is performed by the liver, which needs a whole range of vitamins and minerals contained in natural, whole foods, as well as in a good supply of antioxidants. It's like having a cabinet with a whole arsenal of cleaning products for cleaning the apartment. But with a lack of nutrients, the liver, despite all the efforts, is not able to perform its detoxification function. My cleansing program restores the body's reserves, adding to the diet certain nutrients that could not be present in it. In addition, it fills the lack of antioxidants in the standard American diet.
70% of the Earth's surface is covered with water; the human body is also 70% water. This is one of the most vital substances. Without sufficient water, cells can not function properly. Water plays a huge role in the detoxification process, as the body takes out most of the slag with it - with urine, feces and sweat.
Today, most people have a lack of water
in the body not only because they drink it a little, but also because many foods and drinks, especially those that contain caffeine, and also carbonated and alcoholic, have a dehydrating effect.

Another important material, absent in the modern diet, are plant fibers. They are not used by the body as nutrients, but toxins are expelled from the colon when they enter there after treatment in the liver. With a lack of fibers, toxins can settle in the intestines, irritating it and re-absorbing the body.

Changes in the global internal climate

  1. GLOBAL TOXICITY
Ever since my first consultation with a psychiatrist in New York, I've been constantly asking myself: "How and why did my brain cells forget how chemical reactions are produced?" The low serotonin level, which, I was told, was the cause of my health problems, in fact was only their manifestation, and the real reason was precisely that the neurons forgot how
  2. Hygienic significance of climate and weather
Hygienic importance of climate. Climate is the average state of meteorological conditions characteristic of a given locality during long-term observations, in other words, it is a statistically stable state of meteorological conditions in a certain geographic area. Meteorological conditions, or climatological indicators, include temperature, humidity,
  3. Climate and health
Natural climatic factors always accompany a person: the activity of the Sun, the phases of the moon, magnetic storms and other cosmic phenomena. Now many people listen to medical weather forecasts. In the course of historical development, man has adapted to a certain rhythm of life, due to rhythmic changes in the natural environment and the energy dynamics of metabolic processes. Central
  4. The concept of climate and weather, their classification and characteristics. Acclimatization of athletes
Weather - a set of physical properties of the surface layer of the atmosphere in a relatively short period of time. Weather is a temporary state of meteorological conditions in a given locality. Allocate the weather of the moment, the weather of the hour, the weather of the day and so on. The climate is a long-term, regularly repeating weather regime inherent in this area. Climate - the average state of meteorological
  5. Global environmental pollutants
The most common pollutants that pollute almost all environmental objects: air, water, soil, food, are called "super toxicants". Pesticides (from Latin pestis - infection, cide - kill) - plant protection products, pesticides. At one time, the discovery of the insecticidal properties of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) was evaluated by the Nobel Prize. Later it turned out that he
  6. Countries in which human cases of avian influenza have been documented and WHO's global plan for influenza control
To date, human cases have been reported in seven countries, most of which are located in Asia: Vietnam, Indonesia, Iraq, Cambodia, China, Thailand and Turkey. In the first patients registered in Vietnam, the symptoms of the disease appeared in December 2003 during the current outbreak, and the H5N1 infection was confirmed on 11 January 2004. Reports from Thailand
  7. Influence of the moral and psychological climate in the team on the psychological readiness of employees of special units
Practice shows that along with the individual there is also a collective willingness to act actively. The readiness of the service team is not a direct consequence, not a mechanical amount of readiness of its individual members. In addition to mobilizing individual qualities, it is necessary to attract public opinion, the traditions of the collective, to create a common attitude and a collective mood for the fulfillment of the task. 9. INTERNALITIES
One of the basic properties of life of any organism is the metabolism with its surrounding environment, as well as reproduction. Therefore, in any organism there are various structures that provide these processes. In a complex organism, these processes are performed by means of special open tube-shaped or derived from them compact organs located inside the animal's body, but
  10. INTERNAL ORGANS
Internal organs, or entrails, are organs located in the region of the head, neck, and cavities of the human body (thoracic, abdominal and pelvic cavities). Combined according to the topographic feature, the function, the structure, the internal structures are divided into groups that make up the systems or apparatus of organs. These organs form the digestive, respiratory, urinary and reproductive systems. Nutritional,
