Global Internal Climate Change

The human body is a miracle. At every instant, trillions of chemical reactions take place in it, and it is impossible to affect any of them without affecting many others. However, modern medicine has so far developed in a different direction, not wanting to see this single picture of mutual ties. In the West, medical specialists have always been valued more than universal doctors. One doctor specializes exclusively in diseases of the throat, another - in diseases of the lungs, the third - in diseases of the heart, and so on. We should shift the focus on the overall picture of health and create conditions for all these chemical reactions, which are not essential at first glance, to proceed as they should. That is what my purification program has as its goal. I imagine it as molecular acupuncture in accordance with the definition of Jeffrey Bland, the father of functional medicine: a small action in one place, for example, restoring the balance between inflammatory and anti-inflammatory fats or shifting the acid-base ratio, causes a cascade of positive effects throughout the body.
When a butterfly flaps its wings in Japan, a causal chain can end with a tornado in Argentina. Similarly, a failed chemical reaction of several molecules in the liver can cause a tumor in the brain. Everything is interconnected.
The causes of many of these problems persist and worsen over time, as modern medicine focuses on the diagnosis and not on finding out what is behind this diagnosis. What is the diagnosis behind all other diagnoses?
Many years ago, we began to observe an increase in the number of natural disasters - hurricanes, floods, forest fires, melting glaciers. Previously, they seemed to be separate events unrelated to each other. Gradually began to show the relationship. All of these disasters had one reason - global warming. A similar crisis is brewing inside the human body.
Acid rain
Just as in an aquarium or in a lake with clean water, where in order for a fish to live, the acidity must be maintained at a certain level, the environment inside our arteries must have acidity, the changes of which are in a certain range, otherwise the cells circulating there will die.
Meditation helps control the formation of excess acid in the body.

The waste of normal metabolism is almost exclusively an acid, therefore neutralizing acids is an everyday function of the body. Nature is the main supplier of restoring the balance of alkaline molecules contained, for example, in green leafy vegetables. However, modern basic products, such as sugar, dairy products, meat and coffee, have an oxidizing effect, as well as drugs, as well as stress, because the accelerated metabolism inherent in this state and elevated levels of adrenaline and cortisol accelerate oxidation processes. Thus, it can be said that modern life is the process of the formation of acids.
Excessive acidity contributes to damage to the arteries, which leads to heart attacks, and joints, which leads to arthritis. It undoubtedly causes disturbances in such important processes as oxygen exchange in red blood cells, inflammation, blood coagulation, hormone production and transmission of stimulation through nerve cells.
I can not name a single chemical reaction occurring in the body, on which the increased acidity would not have an impact. During the detox program, you will reduce acidity by eliminating oxidation products from your diet, reducing stress levels and eliminating toxins.
Drought
The modern nutrient deficiency phenomenon is undermining our health. All processes occurring in the body - digestion, healing, communication between cells - are carried out through chemical reactions.
These chemical reactions require a certain stock of ingredients of natural origin. The lion's share of these ingredients we get from food.
If they are absent, chemical reactions simply do not occur, as a result of which imbalances occur, and over time, disorders and diseases develop.
It has long been known that omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) should be added to the diet, but recently there have been a shortage of three more important substances, which is not well known.
MAGNESIUM
This mineral stabilizes and soothes the nervous system, as well as relaxes the muscles. It is poorly absorbed (only 10% of the amount received), but its deficiency contributes to high blood pressure, stress, anxiety, depression, dropsy, weakness and memory impairment.
VITAMIN D
This vitamin is involved in many vital processes. It promotes the deposition of calcium in the bones and regulates the activity of the immune system, so its lack leads to bone and infectious diseases. Vitamin D plays an important role in chemical reactions that determine mood, and is key to heart health.
Vitamin D deficiency occurs, among other things, because sunshine is necessary for its absorption, and we spend much of our time in the shade, in homes and cars, and, moreover, we cover the surface of the body with clothing and lubricate the skin with sunscreen. In view of this, we should expect a further increase in the scale of the disorders and diseases associated with the deficiency of this wonderful vitamin.
IODINE
This is the main building material for the production of thyroid hormones, which support the fire in the furnace of our metabolism. Their disadvantage entails an increase in weight. This is just one of the consequences of reducing the level of thyroid hormones due to iodine deficiency. Modern science associates iodine deficiency with many other diseases, such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases and depression. The lack of thyroid hormones, which I most often see in women today, is associated with a disorder that my colleague, Dr. Frank Lipman, brilliantly diagnoses and treats as a component of the syndrome that is invisible to modern medicine and is called “exhaustion”. This syndrome is described in Chapter 7.
The success of detoxification depends on the chemicals that the body receives from a balanced diet consisting of nutrient-rich foods. A large amount of detox work is performed by the liver, which needs a whole range of vitamins and minerals contained in natural, whole foods, as well as a good supply of antioxidants. It is like having a closet with an arsenal of cleaning products for cleaning the apartment. But with a lack of nutrients, the liver, despite all efforts, is not able to perform its detoxification function. My cleansing program restores the body's reserves by adding certain nutrients to the diet that might not be available. In addition, it compensates for the lack of antioxidants in the standard American diet.
70% of the Earth’s surface is covered with water; the human body is also 70% water. It is one of the most vital substances. Without enough water, cells cannot function properly. Water plays a huge role in the process of detoxification, since the body removes the main part of slags with its help - with urine, feces and sweat.
Today, most people lack water.
in the body, not only because they drink it little, but also because many foods and drinks, especially those that contain caffeine, as well as carbonated and alcoholic, have a dehydrating effect.

Another important material missing in the modern diet is plant fiber. They are not used by the body as nutrients, but are expelled from the colon toxins when they go there after treatment in the liver. With a lack of fiber, toxins can settle in the intestine, irritating it, and again being absorbed by the body.

Global Internal Climate Change

  1. GLOBAL TOXICITY
Since my first consultation with a psychiatrist in New York, I constantly asked myself: “How and why did my brain cells forget how chemical reactions are produced?” Low levels of serotonin, which, as I was told, caused my health problems in reality it was only their manifestation, and the real reason was precisely that the neurons forgot how to
  2. Hygienic value of climate and weather
Hygienic value of climate. Climate is the average state of meteorological conditions characteristic of a given area during long-term observations, in other words, it is a fairly statistically stable state of meteorological conditions in a specific geographical area. Meteorological conditions, or climatological indicators, include temperature, humidity,
  3. Climate and health
Natural climatic factors always accompany a person: the activity of the Sun, phases of the Moon, magnetic storms and other cosmic phenomena. Now many people are listening to medical weather forecasts. In the course of historical development, man has adapted to a particular rhythm of life, due to rhythmic changes in the natural environment and the energy dynamics of metabolic processes. Central
  4. The concept of climate and weather, their classification and characteristics. Acclimatization of athletes
Weather is a combination of the physical properties of the surface layer of the atmosphere in a relatively short period of time. Weather is a temporary state of meteorological conditions in a given area. They distinguish the weather of the moment, the weather of the hour, the weather of the day and so on. The climate is a perennial, regularly repeating weather pattern inherent in this area. Climate - the average state of meteorological
  5. Global environmental pollutants
The most common pollutants that pollute almost all environmental objects: air, water, soil, food, are called “supertoxicants”. Pesticides (from the Latin. Pestis - infection, cide - I kill) - plant protection products, toxic chemicals. At one time, the discovery of the insecticidal properties of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) was evaluated by the Nobel Prize. Later it turned out that he
  6. Countries with reported avian influenza and a global plan of WHO anti-influenza events
Today, human cases have been reported in seven countries, most of which are located in Asia: Vietnam, Indonesia, Iraq, Cambodia, China, Thailand and Turkey. The first patients registered in Vietnam showed symptoms of the disease during the current outbreak in December 2003, and H5N1 infection was confirmed on January 11, 2004. Messages from Thailand
  7. The influence of the moral and psychological climate in the team on the psychological readiness of the staff of special units
Practice shows that along with the individual there is a collective readiness for action. The readiness of a service team is not a direct consequence, not a mechanical sum of readiness of its individual members. In addition to the mobilization of individual qualities, it is necessary to attract public opinion, the traditions of the collective to the task, to create a common setting and a collective mood. 9. INNERNESS
One of the main properties of life of any organism is the metabolism with the surrounding environment, as well as reproduction. Therefore, in any organism there are various structures that ensure these processes. In a complex organism, these processes are accomplished by means of special open tube-like or compact organs that have originated from them, located inside the body of the animal,
  10. INTERNAL ORGANS
Internal organs, or entrails, are organs located in the head, neck, body cavity of the person (chest, abdominal and pelvic cavity). United by a topographic basis, function, structure, entrails are divided into groups that make up the systems or apparatus of organs. These organs form the digestive, respiratory, urinary and genital systems. Pi-digest,
