Iron


Numerous studies are currently underway to determine the feasibility of using combinations of different substances in order to exclude the opposite effect of them on the body. For example, it is believed that iron salts are inappropriately introduced in combination with dietary fibers, which, when binding iron, do not allow it to manifest its activity. The body is also unable to metabolize iron with a deficiency of vitamin C. This must be remembered, first of all, for pregnant women and women who lose a lot of blood during critical days. For them, it is especially important to normalize and maintain an appropriate level of iron in the body.

I can give a simple advice: if for lunch - red meat instead of the usual tomatoes, put a plate of cleaned kiwi or squeeze a lemon. Kiwi - one of the record holders for the content of vitamin C. Just do not cut it beforehand. In contact with the air, this wonderful vitamin is rapidly oxidized and after only 5 minutes, the sense of kiwi will be of little use. In addition, vitamin C (ascorbic acid or as it is also called "ascorbic acid"), promoting the absorption of copper, zinc and iron, oxidizes itself and subsequently loses its pharmacological activity.
