How to increase self-esteem


We give a definition. Self-esteem is a set of opinions of a person about himself, his capabilities, the conformity of his human qualities, the norms accepted in a given society.
If self-esteem is adequate, all is well. A person sets real goals, chooses real ways to achieve them. And most importantly, they can help a person cope with a problem without actualizing it, without directing the person’s attention to the fact that “he is not well with his psyche”. But in our society with an extremely low psychological culture, people are often afraid to have personal problems (although who does not have them?), Believing that the existence of such problems is almost an obligatory sign of terrible mental illnesses.

Especially good non-psychological effects help those who have decreased self-esteem for the second time, due to repeated unsuccessful attempts to lose weight. It is simply helpful to note here that your failures are not your fault. Failures are the fruit of mistakes, wrong tactics, high expectations and so on. And if now you are not in a hurry, understand the problem, correctly set the task, determine the ways to solve it, and consistently implement them, then the result will be sure.
The human body is designed according to its own laws. Most people experience greater hunger in the evening than in the morning. For most people, trying to refuse dinner is painful and painful.
