Kremlin diet


This diet is more suitable for men who can not imagine life without meat. It is also suitable for athletes who need a lot of protein to keep their muscles in good shape. Probably, the Kremlin’s diet is harder to cope with the sweet tooth, so they do not withstand carbohydrate-free nutrition, explaining the weak will of the weak organism.
