Macrobiotic recipes



The main list of recipes - the basis of Macrobiotic cuisine - can be found in the book that adjoins this book, "Cooking Zen." Please contact there. It can be used as a textbook for cooking your daily food, enjoying the endless variation of charming dishes and at the same time achieving health and well-being.
1. UNPOLATED BROWN RICE
Ideally, it should be cooked until the bottom of the rice grain is slightly burned. The yellow part of the grain is very Ian and is the best, because it is exceptionally rich in minerals. 3. RAW RICE
For a few days, eat one handful of raw rice at breakfast. This will expel all parasites from the intestine, especially in the duodenal departments. You will be amazed to see how many of them will be released. I do not know of a more effective means. Of course, every serving of rice should be chewed at least a hundred times.
4. FIRE FIGHTING
Fry the rice in a frying pan until brown. Use it without subsequent cooking. This rice is good for hyperinsulinism and rheumatism.

Sprinkle seeds with salted water and warm them well. Or fry in a pan with a very small amount of vegetable oil, with a small addition of salt.

6. SUBSOLIDATED DRAIN
The Japanese salted plum persists for at least three years. It is harvested every year, according to tradition in Japanese families. It is used in all macrobiotic centers.
7. WHITENED OAT Kasha KUZU

11. PIE WITH SWEET POTATOES AND CHESTNEYS

Allowed by patients (see "KD").
13. APPLES AND CHILDREN Patients are not allowed (see "KD").
14. GUZOZ'S DISH
For patients it is prepared from buckwheat flour (see "KD").
15. CHAPATI
Good for patients or Yin-people, as the main food (see "KD"). Dishes made from buckwheat, flour from horse grass, millet flour, very Yan and are useful for all patients.
