1. UNPOLATED BROWN RICE
Ideally, it should be cooked until the bottom of the rice grain slightly burns. The yellow part of the grain is very Yang and is the best, because it is exceptionally rich in minerals. 2. WHOLE RICE KEY
Cook rice in 5-7 hours of water with salt. Useful for sick people who have no appetite.
3. RAW RICE
For a few days, eat one handful of uncooked rice at breakfast. This will expel all parasites from the intestines, especially in the duodenal regions. You will be amazed to see how many of them will be released. I do not know a more effective means. Of course, each serving of rice should be chewed at least a hundred times.
4. FRIED RICE
Fry the rice in a pan until brown. Use it without subsequent cooking. Such rice is good for hyperinsulinism and rheumatism.
5. PUMPKIN SEEDS FROM HOKKAYDO
Sprinkle the seeds with salted water and heat them well. Or fry in a frying pan on a very small amount of vegetable oil, with a little salt.
It can be used as a dessert, as is customary in China. This is an effective method of expelling parasites, especially tapeworms.
6. POWDERED DRAIN UMEBOSH
Japanese salted plum lasts at least three years. It is harvested every year, according to tradition in Japanese families. It is used in all macrobiotic centers.
7. WHEATED OATED PORK BODY
