Macrobiotic Recipes

1. UNPOLATED BROWN RICE
Ideally, it should be cooked until the bottom of the rice grain is slightly burnt. The yellow part of the grain is very Yang and is the best, because it is exceptionally rich in minerals. 3. RAW RICE
For a few days, eat one handful of uncooked rice for breakfast. This will expel all parasites from the intestines, especially in the duodenal regions. 4. FRIED RICE
