1. UNPOLATED BROWN RICE
Ideally, it should be cooked until the bottom of the rice grain is slightly burned. The yellow part of the grain is very Ian and is the best, because it is exceptionally rich in minerals. 3. RAW RICE
For a few days, eat one handful of raw rice at breakfast. This will expel all parasites from the intestine, especially in the duodenal departments. You will be amazed to see how many of them will be released. I do not know of a more effective means. Of course, every serving of rice should be chewed at least a hundred times.
4. FIRE FIGHTING
Fry the rice in a frying pan until brown. Use it without subsequent cooking. This rice is good for hyperinsulinism and rheumatism.
5. SEEDS OF PUMPS FROM HOCKKAYDO
Sprinkle seeds with salted water and warm them well. Or fry in a pan with a very small amount of vegetable oil, with a small addition of salt.
Can be used as a dessert, as is customary in China. This is an effective method of expelling parasites, especially tapeworms.
6. SUBSOLIDATED DRAIN
The Japanese salted plum persists for at least three years. It is harvested every year, according to tradition in Japanese families. It is used in all macrobiotic centers.
7. WHITENED OAT Kasha KUZU
Stir the oatmeal with water: one

When in cold weather the appetite decreases, the porridge porridge kuzu shows its amazing properties. This flour is used in all macrobiotic centers.
8. THE PUMPKIN CREAM

9. PIECE OF OGURA
