MACROBIOTICS AND PHILOSOPHY OF EASTERN MEDICINE

The path to health and happiness is open to all, you just have to practice as hard as theory. Any theory, be it scientific, religious, or philosophical, is of little use if it is difficult to understand, or unsuitable for practice in everyday life. On the other hand, any art, business or practice can have undesirable, dangerous consequences, if not supported by a solid theoretical foundation.
Macrobiotics has never been an empirical traditional medicine, or a mystical, or slightly lightening, or religious, or purely scientific, or only spiritual or symptom-removing practice.
It has always been the biological and physiological application of Eastern medicine and philosophy, the dialectical concept of the infinite Universe. She, applied for 5000 years and points the way to happiness through health. Her practice is very simple, everyone can apply it to his personal life always and everywhere, if only he wants to really be free from all physiological or mental difficulties.
That is why Macrobiotics were taught by Lao Tzu, San Tzu, Wu, Confucius, Buddha, Nagarajuna, Shinto, and many before them. The sages, the creators of the great medical science of India, through which millions of people in the East for thousands of years to achieve freedom and well-being, culture and relative peace. They, along with the ancient Greeks, knew that a ringing, pure mind could not exist in a tense, disturbing body.
Despite this, everything that has a beginning has an end. Today, all these teachings are gone from the everyday life of people, now they are imbued with mysticism, superstition, are considered to have very narrow application.
Therefore, I decided to give a new interpretation of the macrobiotic path of life. It is designed to help understand something in the philosophy of the East.

MACROBIOTICS AND PHILOSOPHY OF EASTERN MEDICINE

  1. Commentary on Macrobiotics
The principles of nutrition have always been reflected in the philosophies and medical practice of the peoples of the East. Among them is the original system of recovery, created in the first half of the 20th century by a Japanese doctor, George Osawa. Built on the relationship between spirit and matter, it is significantly different from European systems of recovery, based on the principles of natural hygiene. Title
  2. Macrobiotic and advanced age
Macrobiotics believes that the older age begins with 70 years. For those who are young, middle-aged and late in life living in harmony with the laws of the universe, do not need a special diet. 9. The category of the meaning of life in Russian philosophy of the late XIX - early XX centuries
When you think about the problem of the meaning of life, it turns out, with the apt remark of L.N. Tolstoy, that we are not talking about exact knowledge at all, but about a certain kind of faith “some believe that life does not make sense, while others do not believe in it and, on the contrary, consider it fulfilled.” It is supposed to trace how these alternative points of view develop in philosophical literature. To the first
  10. Do you think the philosophy of life you preach is the best way to help spouses who have problems?
How can you confirm this? I completely trust this philosophy of life, otherwise I would not allow myself to preach it. Compared with the first marriage, which lasted fifteen years, the difference is enormous! Happiness that i
  11. On the definition of medicine
Abu Ali ibn Sina (Avicenna) (980 - 1037) I affirm that medicine is a science that cognizes the condition of a person’s body, because it is healthy or loses health, in order to maintain health and return it if it is lost.
