MACROBIOTICS AND PHILOSOPHY OF EASTERN MEDICINE

The path to health and happiness is open to all, one has only to practice as hard as the theory. Any theory, whether scientific, religious or philosophical, is of little use if it is difficult to understand, or unsuitable for practice in everyday life. On the other hand, any art, work or practice can have undesirable, dangerous consequences if not supported by a solid theoretical foundation.
Macrobiotics has never been empirical folk medicine, neither mystical nor lightening, nor religious, nor purely scientific, nor only spiritual or symptom-less practices.
It has always been the biological and physiological application of oriental medicine and philosophy, the dialectical concept of an infinite universe. It has been applying for 5000 years and points the way to happiness through health. Her practice is very simple, anyone can apply it to his personal life always and everywhere, if only he wants to really be free of all physiological or mental difficulties.
That's why Macrobiotics was taught by Lao Tzu, San Zu, Wu, Confucius, Buddha, Nagarajuna, Shintoists and many before them. The sages-creators of the great medical science of India, with the help of which millions of people of the East for thousands of years achieved freedom and prosperity, culture and relative peace. They, together with the ancient Greeks, knew that a ringing, pure mind can not exist in a tense, harassing body.
Despite this, everything that has a beginning has an end. Today all these teachings have left the everyday life of people, now they are impregnated with mysticism, superstition, are considered to have a very narrow application.
So I decided to give a new interpretation to the macrobiotic way of life. It is designed to help understand something in the philosophy of the East.

MACROBIOTICS AND PHILOSOPHY OF EASTERN MEDICINE

  1. Comment on macrobiotics
The principles of nutrition have always been reflected in the philosophical teachings and medical practice of the peoples of the East. Among them is the original system of recovery, created in the first half of the 20th century by the Japanese physician George Osawa. Built on the connection between spirit and matter, it differs significantly from European health systems based on the principles of natural hygiene. Name
  2. Macrobiotics and advanced age
Macrobiotics believes that the old age begins with 70 years. For those who are young, in middle years and at a later age living in accordance with the laws of the universe, do not need a special diet. They can eat anything. 7. Eastern woman and the "graphic circle of the veil"
The term "hedonism", taken from the ancient Greeks, means enjoyment, bliss. In the Muslim world, the hijab (veil, thin veil) and its spatial symbol - the walls of the harem, as it is not surprising - are closely related to the notion of hedonism. In the Middle Ages, the hijab performed the protective functions of a woman against the hedonic aggression of other men. At the same time, the hijab also delineated the hedonistic

  9. The category of the meaning of life in Russian philosophy of the late XIX - early XX centuries
When you reflect on the problem of the meaning of life, it turns out, according to Mark L.N. Tolstoy that we are not talking about exact knowledge at all, but about some kind of faith "some believe that life does not make sense, while others do not believe in it and, on the contrary, consider it to be meaningful." It is possible to trace how these alternative points of view develop in the philosophical literature. To the first
  10. Do you think that the philosophy of life that you preach is the best way to help spouses who have problems?
How can you confirm this? I completely trust this philosophy of life, otherwise I would just not have allowed myself to preach it. I myself apply it in practice with my second husband for nine years now and rightly can say that I see positive results every day. Compared with the first marriage, which lasted fifteen years, the difference is enormous! Happiness, which I
  11. On the definition of medicine
Abu Ali ibn Sina (Avicenna) (980 - 1037) I affirm: medicine is a science that knows the state of a person's body, because it is healthy or will lose health, in order to preserve health and return it if it is lost.
