Where do toxins come from?

Research results indicate that every modern person in the body in measurable quantities there are several hundred synthetic chemicals. These pollutants did not exist until the beginning of the twentieth century and did not play any role in the chemistry of the organism. We can safely assume that we are all burdened by the toxic burden as a result of exposure to synthetic substances - pesticides, phthalates (a chemical substance used in the plastic industry and in the cosmetic industry. - Ed.), Mercury, trans fats, benzene. Exotoxins are names that are scary enough to make people want to avoid them. Today it is already well known: what we do not know is capable of harming us.
To understand how we are exposed to toxins, you need to imagine four layers separating our internal chemistry from the rest of the Universe, as if we had four shells.
FIRST SHELL
The first shell is that which separates our blood, tissues, organs from the outside world; this is the extreme edge of our physical body, the outer layer of cells. It can appear to the naked eye as a reliable barrier and means of isolation, even protection. But under the microscope, the fallacy of this impression becomes obvious, since the first shell is in constant motion, choosing what to reject from the environment and what to seize and absorb. She also throws out what is no longer needed inside. The first shell contains two types of cells that form the integuments of the body, depending on their location.
Epithelial cells. Epithelial cells (dry, hard) are visible under a magnifying glass. They form what we usually call skin. When this part of our first shell gets sick, we go to a dermatologist. The main source of toxins penetrating the body through the skin is the cosmetic and hygiene products we use. Make sure you rub or splash on your skin. Do you read labels on labels? It is necessary to perceive cosmetics as food.
Ideally, it is necessary to use agents that are safe when they enter the mouth and further into the digestive tract, because, like food, they subsequently enter the blood. Choosing these funds, you should be guided by the composition rather than the promised effect. This information is not secret.
Doctors often prescribe creams, gels and ointments with the help of which therapeutic agents are introduced into the body through the skin.
Toxin is something that disrupts the normal course of physiological processes and has a negative effect on body functions.

The composition of cosmetic products often add dyes, flavors, foaming agents, heavy metals as stabilizers, tannins, inks, alcohols and hundreds of other potential poisons. Nail polishes and hair, lipstick, deodorants - all the traditional accessories of your bathroom and cosmetic bags, as well as the nearest beauty salon, contain chemical compounds that do not exist in nature. They can cause irritation, allergies and hypersensitivity in the same way as food products. The group of chemicals that make up the hair and skin care products, called “parabens”, causes disruptions in the endocrine system. Many deodorants contain anti-perspiration aluminum. It causes double damage: promotes the penetration of chemicals into the body and clogs the pores, designed to remove toxins.
The water that we pour ourselves into the soul is absorbed by the skin and enters the circulatory system, just like the water we drink. A significant part of tap water contains chlorine,
which disinfects it, preventing the multiplication of pathogenic bacteria. However, along with pathogenic bacteria, this water kills the intestinal microflora. Recent research suggests that tap water contains increasingly prominent concentrations of drugs, such as antidepressants, antibiotics, hormones and immunosuppressants.
In addition, the skin is in contact with the air of the environment, and the toxins contained in it affect the cells of the first shell, belonging to the second type.

Mucous cells. Mucous cells (wet, soft) form the walls of the first shell in areas inaccessible to the eye without the use of medical instruments. Many of my patients believe that these zones belong to the internal parts of the body, but technically this type of the first shell is separated from the internal parts in the same way as the epidermis.
When we inhale, the air passes through the trachea and bronchi and enters the walls of the alveoli, where mucous cells quickly absorb oxygen, because it is a very valuable product. You probably know about airborne toxins, such as exhaust and industrial gases and tobacco smoke, but did it occur to you that fumes for hairspray can be much more dangerous?
Nail and hair polishes, lipstick, deodorants - all the traditional accessories of your bathroom and cosmetic bags, as well as the nearest beauty salon, contain chemical compounds that do not exist in nature
The surfaces of the urethra, vagina and uterus are also covered with mucous membrane. They accumulate toxins contained in hygiene products intended for these areas.
Of all the first shells, the inner lining of the digestive tract is the largest and most active. Today it is the most vulnerable place for exposure to toxins. Chemicals enter the bloodstream through the mouth. In the not too distant past, dental amalgam fillings were often made with the addition of mercury. Years passed before it leaked into the blood. Toothpastes, rinses, sprays to eliminate bad breath and other oral hygiene products also contain toxic substances.

The intestine, which is an eight-meter tube connecting the stomach to the anus, consists of two sections. The small intestine has a length of about 6.5 m and almost 4 cm in diameter. The large intestine is wider, but shorter (about 1.5 m). When food enters the digestive tract, it breaks down into small pieces and is absorbed by the cells that form the inner walls of the intestine. The surface of these walls has folds that serve to optimize the absorption of nutrients. If you open and fully deploy the tube of the intestine, its surface will cover the tennis court.
It is said that a person who is living for 80 years digests 25 tons of food during his life. Obviously, food is vital as a source of toxins that enter the body through the first shell. We will discuss related problems in detail in the next chapter.
Modern medicines do more harm than good. They are not only toxic substances per se, but also, as a side effect, contribute to a decrease in the body’s ability to absorb nutrients.
Along with food, the intestinal walls absorb and take medications. I watch daily how ordinary drugs have a negative effect on patients. Beta-blockers designed to help with cardiac arrhythmias and hypertension, prevent the body from absorbing the coenzyme Q (necessary for maintaining cardiac activity, normal blood pressure, energy levels). Statins, designed to reduce cholesterol, violate the assimilation of the same coenzyme Q, calcium (necessary to regulate bone strength, blood clotting and cell stiffness) and beta-carotene (which improves vision and strengthens the immune system). Oral contraceptives interfere with the absorption of vitamins B2 (necessary for improving vision, optimizing the nervous system and skin health), B6 (helping to avoid depression, cardiovascular diseases and insomnia), B (prevents anemia and weakness) and zinc (promoting the immune system, improvement of smell and taste).
Pairs of hairspray can be much more dangerous than exhaust and production gases, and even more dangerous than tobacco smoke.
Imagine what would happen to the supply of nutrients in your body if you, like a modern average citizen, took up to 10 medications daily.
Even if you take 2 or 3 medicines a day to control a chronic illness, they interfere with the absorption of important nutrients. (For a complete list of drugs that inhibit the absorption of nutrients, see the appropriate supplement to this book.)
If you take even 2 or 3 medications a day to control chronic illness, they interfere with the absorption of important nutrients.
Drugs play an important role, but for their use there is a time and place. I prefer to prescribe them as a “bridge” that helps the patient in the transitional period, when we are working with him to improve his body's ability to heal itself.

SECOND SHELL
The second shell, I call the layer, located directly on top of the epidermis. It includes clothes and everything we use to clean, process and dye them.
The bulk of chemicals spent on growing cotton, enters our body through food, in which they end up feeding cows with cotton seeds, which are grown with chemical fertilizers

Today, most of the materials from which our clothes are made are treated with pesticides to a much greater extent than food. Cotton accounts for 25% of the global consumption of pesticides and 10% of the worldwide consumption of insecticides that enter the soil, water and air, not to mention chemical fertilizers. Add to this clothing made of synthetic materials based on oil - acrylic, nylon, polyester, and so on, which pollute the environment and contribute to the penetration of toxins into the human body.
Clothing made of synthetic materials still prevents the evaporation of liquids excreted by the skin, and they are absorbed again. In addition, such well-being remedies as the bath and sauna gradually disappear. They have not lost their effectiveness, and I recommend them as part of a cleansing program.
Many fabrics are treated with formaldehyde resins to give them properties such as crushability, water resistance and shrinkage resistance, in particular, bedding made from a mixture of polyester and cotton. Go to bed in a cloud of formaldehyde, and insomnia, not to mention headaches, asthma and skin rashes, is guaranteed. There is even a special law requiring children's sleepwear to contain substances that slow down the burning, which are toxic.
THIRD SHELL
The third shell, a little more distant, is our living space - housing and jobs. It is estimated that one third of the pollution of the planet is accounted for by chemicals used in the production of building materials, and carbon dioxide produced during this production.
One third of the planet’s pollution comes from chemicals used in the production of building materials and carbon dioxide produced during this production.
This includes all that we apply to the finishing, cleaning and repair of our homes. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, the air in the premises is more polluted than outside, mainly due to emissions from insulation and finishing materials, paint, foam, combustion inhibitors, as well as dust, dandruff and sometimes tobacco smoke. Synthetic carpets are also saturated with chemicals.
Asbestos and lead could lead the list of household toxins that need to be identified and eliminated, but there are no less toxic substances, such as used for the manufacture of PVC shower curtains (polyvinyl chloride), whose smell resembles the much-loved smell of the passenger compartment. This is one of the most hazardous materials used in the production of consumer products. The results of a recent study suggest that a high level of toxins scattered in the air from shower curtains may last longer than a month - a good reason for purchasing cotton shower curtains.
Remember all the tools that we use when cleaning our home, workplace and even a car. Much has been written about household cleaners and the connection of the toxins they contain to cancer, disorders of the immune system, liver damage, and many other extremely common health disorders. But you don’t have to study scientific reports to be aware of the fact that bleaching agents negatively affect reproductive function in men, as well as the ability to learn and behavior in children, that the fumes of carpet cleaners cause cancer and liver damage, and that air fresheners spread poisons in the living room. Just use common sense. Any remedy with a smell that can cause headaches disrupts the normal functioning of the cells, and should be avoided. And if all these products are used at the same time? When inhaled, their effects are summed up and cause even greater damage to health: the fact that any harmful product enters the lungs, and not the digestive tract, it does not become safer. Inhaled molecules can enter the blood and through the lungs. Therefore, a long stay in a room with freshly painted walls, in a photo lab or in a workshop where they work with glue and dyes, increases the toxic load on the body.
Highly toxic stain removers damage the liver, kidneys and nervous system, it is better to give them up completely

Toxic cleaners can be replaced by harmless, which are caring for the preservation of the environment companies sell at very reasonable prices. But often we do not take into account the fact that traditional cleaning products that kill “99.9% of microbes”, as their advertising says, and which are called “antibacterial”, also kill the beneficial bacteria that make up the intestinal microflora, which protects our body, what you read on.
FOURTH SHELL
The fourth shell is a giant layer, ending with the surface of the air shell of our planet. It contains an incalculable amount of various toxins, many of which are by-products of agriculture, industry and transport. The exhaust gases of cars and airplanes are released into the atmosphere. People living near highways and large industrial enterprises are exposed to more intense toxic effects. Recent studies have shown that several hours spent in an environment with heavily polluted air increases the risk of a heart attack.
Heavy metals such as cadmium, mercury, chromium and lead compounds, which are released into the atmosphere and penetrate consumer products, can accumulate in adipose tissues and persist there in high concentrations, disrupting many brain functions, since the latter is just 90% from fat.

Some of the heavy metals, such as mercury, can be deposited in the soil and surface waters, from where they enter the plants, which are then eaten by animals. High concentrations of mercury accumulate as they climb the food chain. When people and animals at the top of the food chain eat fish or meat contaminated with mercury, they are exposed to concentrations much higher than those found in water, air, or soil.
In the fourth shell, we encounter toxins in the form of electromagnetic waves. Some academics believe that radiation from power lines, cell phones, computers, and all electrical devices around us causes the same symptoms as chemical toxins. Research results link the effects of even low-frequency electromagnetic radiation with brain cancer and miscarriages.
Today, many argue about the dangers posed by cell phones.
As the consensus in this dispute has not yet been reached, it makes sense to use caution and limit the use of the cellular phone to situations where the landline is not available.

Where do toxins come from?

  1. Where does human energy come from?
To understand an object in this world, we must first ask ourselves what parts the object consists of and how it is composed of them, where its energy comes from and how this energy is supplied to the proper channels. To understand a car, we must first describe its parts and their location, and then consider how its mechanism turns the energy of gas into rotary
  2. Where does this great need for help come from?
The need to help comes from the very depths of our being, from that part of us that is constantly striving for improvement, striving for perfection. In fact, we are already perfect - but not aware of it. We consider ourselves imperfect, because we judge ourselves by appearances, by the outside world, by what we do and say, and by what we know. We believe more of yours.
  3. DAY TWENTY-SECOND - WHERE BY THE KING LEATHER THE SKIN DISEASES OR PERSONS OF PERSONAL TRACTORS
As we have already found out, and directly from our own experience, skin problems are always associated with unhealthy diet, with poor-quality products, with a lack of physical activity. But a fair question arises: why is it so that everyone eats about the same thing, and skin suffering - only among the elect? I will not say anything new to you
  4. What is toxin?
Toxin is something that disrupts the normal course of physiological processes and has a negative effect on body functions. Toxins are divided into many different types, with completely different properties, originating from many different sources and having different destructive mechanisms. Regardless of how you feel about this issue, knowing what is
  5. T-2-TOXIN
T-2-toxin is a product of the vital activity of the fungi of the genus Fusar-ium, therefore, until the end of the 60s, toxicosis caused by this mycotoxin was diagnosed as fusaryotoxicosis. Many authors studied the study of fusariotoxicosis in our country (A. Kh. Sarkisov, 1948; M. I. Salikov, 1956; NA Spe-sivtseva, 1966; I. A. Kurmanov, 1960–1971, and others). Clinic of fusariotoxicosis in large
  6. Diagnosis of defeat toxins
How can you tell if you are exposed to toxins? The symptoms of this effect are manifested individually, but it is quite possible to learn how to identify them. I always carefully consider my patients through the lens of detoxification. Remember the fatigue and allergies Tony? Depression and weight gain Kate? Robert, who is in his sixth decade, complained of unpredictable behavior
  7. BACTERIAL TOXINS
Classification of bacterial toxins. Louis Pasteur in 1887, experiments were conducted proving that the substances that are formed as a result of the activity of microorganisms and are in the nutrient broth, can cause the same clinical signs of the disease, as when infected with the pathogen. E. Ru and A. Yersin in their experiments in 1889 confirmed this conclusion.
  8. Disarming Toxins - Liver Function
Toxins and mucus that are released into the circulatory and lymphatic systems, as soon as the detoxification mode is activated, should be neutralized and removed from the body. Why? Because they contain free radicals - electrically charged molecules, which, upon contact, corrode tissue and damage cells. In addition, they violate various functions - cell division and reproduction,
  9. EFFECTS OF TOXINS ON HEALTH
Each toxic molecule induces a whole cascade of reactions, propagating like circles on the smooth surface of the water of a quiet lake, resulting from the fall of a single drop. These circles diverge as far as the eye can see. Similarly, you can observe the chemical traces of each toxin a long time after it triggers a chain of events. But
  10. Quantum toxins
Toxicity is not limited to the scope of food and chemicals. There is another kind of toxicity that is equally pervasive and has the same effect on health, although this effect is more difficult to measure. Toxic thoughts, toxic relationships, anxiety, which is a byproduct of modern life, are all pollutants that negatively affect our consciousness and
  11. TEST number 1. Check for toxins
Answer the following questions and rate your condition on a ten-point scale: 1 point - categorically not, or almost not, 10 points - happens every day or corresponds to 100%. Circle the appropriate score. The more points you have, the more you need to carry out any detox program. After the program, I will suggest that you pass this test again,
  12. Effects of toxins on children
Sometimes the costs of modern nutrition are manifested in the most disturbing way. Unfortunately, the main victims of toxins are children who, because of the small size of their bodies, receive the greatest number of them. When patients reject the idea of eating organic foods, I tell them about my colleague and friend, Tina, with whom we worked together in Palm Springs. Thanks to her,
  13. Reduced exposure to toxins
Consider all the possible factors of exposure to toxins and stress and make the following changes in our lives for the next 12 months. These are the most important changes that can be accomplished while living in a toxic world. · Replace cleaning products and personal care products containing harmful chemicals with natural ones. · Purchase a water purification system. · Purchase a system
  14. Toxic symphony: exposure to a whole complex of toxins
You need to know the following: 1) toxins accumulate in tissues and cells faster than they are derived from them; 2) toxins act alone and together with each other. Scientists recognize that they do not know anything about how the thousands of chemicals that we are exposed to interact within our tissues and cells. But we know that there is synergy when the effect
  15. DAY TWENTY-FIVE - WHAT IS WRITTEN IN TOXINS
As we say about ourselves: “Toxins have accumulated in my body and the organs of excretion of these toxins do not cope with their number, so the toxins climb outside through the skin.” That's right, the body is not a fool, he tries to save himself from the poison as soon as possible. Self-preservation instinct works. And what is interesting: it turns out that additional information is hidden in containers with toxic waste.
  16. FORTY DAY - ABOUT PROTEINS, TOXINS AND ALLERGIES
Nutrition News On the thirty-sixth day, you chose between shrimp and egg. Today we can introduce into the diet the product that you have left for this occasion. About protein foods We eat protein foods no more often than every other day, preferably less often - once every two or three days. If you have noticed that those who have already disappeared are returning to a complete breakdown in pressure or gastritis, or their skin diseases have intensified, cancel
  17. Defeat Toxins: Diagnosis
Doctors who successfully search for the causes of symptoms are called great diagnosticians. One such doctor once told me: “We usually find what we are looking for, but we are only looking for what we already know.” Now it is completely obvious to me that we are being subjected to a toxic attack. But during my internship in New York, despite the intense suffering and desperate search for solutions, I never heard or read anything.
  18. Tubulo-interstitial nephritis caused by drugs and toxins
Toxins and drugs can cause an interstitial immunological reaction, acute renal failure, progressive damage to the tubules, leading to chronic renal failure. Progressive damage to the tubules develops hidden until significant changes appear. Such cases include analgesic nephropathy, which is usually possible
  20. Detoxification of air by plants
If, being in the audience, you constantly suffer from headaches, distraction of attention or respiratory failure, the reason may not be a healthy microclimate in the office, associated, as a rule, with harmful substances in the air. Such phenomena are observed most often in newly renovated cabinets. In the air, audiences (especially with European-quality repair) are in a certain,
