  7. Resuscitation and IT in acute cardiovascular failure.
Lecture 2 Acute cardiovascular insufficiency is a pathological condition caused by inadequate cardiac output to the metabolic needs of the body. In this condition, the heart does not provide organs and tissues with enough blood, and therefore oxygen, and energy substances. In medical practice, there is the term "low release syndrome", which can be
  8. Treatment of AV blockade of the III degree and its complications
Acute full AV blockade. It is obligatory to ascertain the cause of the conduction disturbance. Etiological or etiopathogenetic therapy of heart disease, such as myocarditis, may be decisive for the removal of the transverse heart block. Drug treatment of the AV blockade itself, although it is not of decisive importance, but they should not be neglected. Break conduction in

CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS Progressive loss of cerebral activity - over 10 days (in the first 12 hours
  10. Emergency care and treatment for heart failure

  14. Anterograd AV blockade of III degree, or complete AV blockade
The loss of communication between the excitation of the atria and ventricles is the most important feature of the transverse heart block. The atrial rhythm (P teeth) is more often ventricular (QRS complexes), unlike AV dissociation, in which the independent ventricular rhythm exceeds or is equal to the atrial rhythm. Electrocardiographic and clinical signs of complete AV blockade largely depend on the level
  15. Determination of the severity of respiratory failure
Determining the severity of DN is extremely important for the choice of rational therapy. Numerous studies are devoted to this issue [Dembo A. G., 1957; Malyshev V. D., 1982; Zilber A. P., 1986; Bondarenko A. V., 1995, etc.]. However, the problem cannot be considered finally resolved First, many authors approach the assessment of DN only from the position of the hypoventilation syndrome, and second, in general
