Keeping the body clean

Saving the results after the program is no less important than preparing for it. For three weeks, you achieve great success. You have brought your body into a more natural state, revived its natural ability to self-defense, self-healing and even rejuvenation. Eliminating the toxic load and resuming the flow of nutrients, you have corrected its normal functioning. You began to look, feel, think and sleep better and increased your resistance to various diseases.
It was previously assumed that bacteria and viruses infect the body with toxins and cause disease. It is the same as saying that mice and cockroaches are responsible for filling the dustbins - a rough, but fairly accurate analogy. The real reason that mice and cockroaches settle in the garbage cans is because they are attracted to garbage. In the same way, bacteria and viruses fill areas of the body that are already affected by toxins. After a detox program, you emptied and cleaned your dustbin. Lovers dig in the trash will be disappointed, once in your body, and go in search of the usual food to a neighbor.
Of course, you want to keep this new for you, a healthy state of the body: so that seasonal allergies and winter colds do not pursue you, your skin glistened, the digestive system functioned normally, sleep was deep and calm, you maintained vigor and energy until the end of the day. It is more than possible. This state of health is natural because it is provided by nature, and therefore the body is fully capable of maintaining it, provided that you support it and periodically carry out appropriate activities. You just need to be guided by common sense.
If you built a magnificent new building, it would be foolish not to keep it in good condition. If you purchased a new car, you will monitor and care for it in accordance with the instructions, so that it will reliably serve you as long as possible. For some reason, we are not so caring about our own health. It is easier for us to let everything run dry until problems arise, then to search for their solution.
Today, the “magic pill” approach dominates in society: ignoring the disorders until they become unbearable, and then resorting to all sorts of diets, surgery and other means that promise healing the next day. Magazines, movies and television shows strongly support this approach. The magazine covers featured celebrity photos and headlines that tell what they are doing to look 10 years younger. This tool is instantly in fashion. And what if you look at this celebrity after a few months or years? Often, it is only a pale shadow of that brilliant, healthful image. Usually the reason is the lack of support that the body needs.
Detoxing gives great results, but do not imagine that this is your magic pill. Consider it as a powerful start to a balanced lifestyle. After the start, you should maintain a balance if you want to keep your achievements. When planning a diet and lifestyle that you can follow daily, be guided by the principles you already know. I always explain to my patients that this approach does not provide for a complete revision of the usual way of life. Now that you know which way to eat and which habits contribute to a better functioning of your body, changes will be made easier for you. This is how long-term well-being is formed. It depends on how well you know your needs. There is a lot of information that you can use in maintaining and improving your health.
Keeping on a rotational diet when you eat harmful foods only occasionally is a simple way to avoid the negative effects of food allergies and sensitivity.

Representatives of Western medicine are just beginning to realize that the “one size fits all” approach does not work.

The facts show that miracle cures do not help everyone, because we are genetically different from each other. Someone due to his genetics in the body may not have the enzymes necessary to remove a certain drug, as a result of which a dangerous concentration of it is formed in the blood.
According to research results, most drugs, regardless of what diseases they are designed to cure, bring effect only in half of the cases. The enormous costs and concern about the potential dangers associated with their unreasonable prescription caused a new era of personalized medicine in our allopathic (drug-based) healthcare system. Within this medicine, diagnostic technologies, such as the study of genetic characteristics and the determination of vitamin D levels before prescribing expensive medications, become more important.
Representatives of Eastern health traditions have always known that one size does not fit all. They practice an individual approach. Initially, the doctor recommends removing toxins from the body and restoring the balance of the internal environment - what you have done after the program. These activities give impetus to the healing process. If this is not enough, the doctor assesses the constitution, personality characteristics and preferences of the patient in order to select the most appropriate treatment method. In contrast, a Western doctor can give the same diagnosis to ten patients with similar symptoms and give them the same treatment.
A Chinese medicine doctor can give 7 different diagnoses to the same patients, after which he will prescribe an individual treatment for each of them according to their individual needs.
Western and Eastern approaches are combined in integration medicine. Counseling patients about how they should stay healthy, I recommend using a very effective tool - a plan to maintain results after the program - with which any resident of a modern large city with its frantic pace of life can maintain the conditions necessary for healing.
A plan to maintain results after the program is not a strict regime, but a way to draw attention to four important aspects that, if you control them, will allow you to feel and look as good as you can at your age.

Like a house with four columns, the after-program sustaining plan is based on four aspects:
1. Proper nutrition: how to eat after the program.
2. Periodic detoxification: how often and when should the program be implemented in the future.
3. Reducing exposure to toxins: how to effectively cleanse your environment of toxins, including quantum stress toxins.
4. Maintaining health: how to work with your doctor in improving health and avoiding drugs, medical interventions and diseases.
Let's look at these aspects in more detail.
1. Proper nutrition
As a rule, returning to normal life, people first of all ask themselves the question: “How should I eat now?” So many books are devoted to the ideal nutrition that my head is spinning. Often, people choose a particular theory and blindly follow its principles to one day make sure that they are unwell. I myself have tried many different methods and made sure that most of them contribute only to the achievement of specific goals. Some of them allow you to quickly lose weight, others - to build muscle mass. I believe that if weight loss is the only purpose of the technique, it will not bring health to any patient.
You have begun to create an internal environment that protects itself not only from pathogenic bacteria and viruses, but also from many diseases of modern civilization. Protect this environment, take care of it, and access to it for pathogens will be closed
Instead of finding out which of the books on diets contains the truth, I study the book of nature. The same thing, only a little differently, you did during the program.
Even a simple return to the fact that nature has provided for us initially, and nutrition, similar to how all other animals eat, starts the healing process. This simple idea seems to be radical if you stick to the concept that dominates American society, according to which the only goal of a healthy diet is to lose weight.
The debate over which of the diets, measured by the number of calories and kilograms of weight dropped, is optimal, is accompanied by the appearance of fashionable fadings (described in previous chapters) that quickly replace each other, whose adherence entails dangerous consequences. Having witnessed how many patients, including me, got rid of depression after the restoration of the normal environment in the intestines, I do not doubt the existence of a definite connection here. If you are a scientist or a doctor, excuse me for grossly simplifying such a complex issue. And yet it needs to be considered, both literally, through an understanding of the metabolic function, and philosophically. What have we done, having lost the ability to listen to our real needs and follow our instincts, by joining market-oriented nutrition? How do we expose ourselves to toxins, deviating so far from the establishments of nature?
After analyzing my experience at Lenox Hill Hospital and Wellness Center, I came to the conclusion that today's increase in the number of people suffering from cardiovascular diseases, cancer and depression is directly related to high-protein madness, which contributes to increased meat consumption. Perhaps the diet that many people follow to lose weight is one of the main factors affecting their toxins.

The question arises whether animal products are beneficial or harmful. Personally, I think that in order to be a healthy vegetarian, you need a doctoral degree in nutrition. In my opinion, if the decision to switch to a vegetarian diet is made for reasons of health, morality or ecology, this transition should take place gradually, under the guidance of a specialist or at least wise books, like the book of Dr. Kuzens.
It is not necessary to follow a strictly defined diet and live according to a strictly established procedure. You need to do what best suits your interests and preferences, enjoy life and constantly improve.
If these books do not answer all the questions that arise, this is for the best. I prefer not to give a single, definitive answer (which I don’t need to do), but to guide you on your own way to develop a diet that best suits your interests, daily routine, financial resources, geographic location and other factors. I can state with full responsibility that a healthy diet in accordance with the principles of the program is the foundation for improving health in the long term.

Keeping the body clean

  1. Species nutrition and purity of the body
The point here is not only in the habit of a certain type of food, but also in the fact that, as V. I. Vernadsky noted in his time, the specific food allows the body to retain its inherent only chemical composition of the cell substance. From the point of view of energy supply and self-regulation of a living organism, there is nothing more important than this statement of a scientist, which I put into law and laid down in
  2. My spouse goes to work. She never liked doing household chores, I know that and I always knew it. I also go to work. Since we got married, the maintenance of order in the house constantly rests on me. It starts to bother me. We both go to work, and how can I tell her that she has the same responsibility for maintaining cleanliness in the house as I do?
Have you made a clear commitment before you made a decision about living together? Maybe you are committed to doing household chores, telling her, for example: “No problem. Will I do this? And now you are responsible for the consequences of your decision. However, if at the present time it has become too difficult for you, you need to tell your spouse about it. Ask her
  3. Functional system of maintaining constancy of the body cells
The functional system of maintaining the constancy of the cells of the body is a dynamic interaction of organs, tissues and non-cellular structures, maintaining the constancy of the cells of the body through self-regulation. A possible mechanism for maintaining the immunological "purity" of the individual internal environment of a person is a hierarchically constructed special functional system.
  4. Topic: Immunology as a science about the methods and mechanisms of protection against genetically alien substances in order to maintain the homeostasis of the body
The emergence and formation of immunology as a science, the stages of formation of immunology. The role of domestic and foreign scientists in the development of immunology, the Nobel laureates in the field of immunology. The main directions of modern immunology: cellular, molecular, clinical, transplantation, environmental immunology; immunogenetics, immunopathology, allergology, immunomorphology, immunochemistry,
  5. Monitoring the cleanliness of hands and staff clothes
If personal hygiene (cleanliness of hands, dignity of clothing) is not observed, especially during manual operations, microorganisms, including pathogens, can get on food products. Bacterial contamination of hands and clothes is determined by examining the microflora of washes. In the washings, which take before the start of work, usually determine the total bacterial seeding and the presence of E. coli.
  6. Determination of the purity of dishes
Most of the simplest methods for monitoring the quality of dishwashing are based on determining the amount of fat remaining on its surface, because It has been proved that there is a direct relationship between the fatty contamination of dishes and general bacterial contamination. There are several methods for determining the purity of dishwashing: Determination of the quality of dishwashing using activated carbon
  7. ANALYZING CROSSING. GAMET PURITY RULE
Mendel conducted an experiment on crossing first-generation hybrids with pea plants of the original parental varieties. Crossbreeding of the first generation hybrids (Aa) with individuals similar in genotype to parental forms (AA or aa) is called recurrent. When Fj (Aa) was crossed with a dominantly homozygous (AA) form, all the progeny of the phenotype were of the same type. In that
  8. The body as a set of systems and functions, relations with the environment. Adaptive-protective mechanisms of the body
The human body is a whole, in which the structure and functions of all tissues, organs and organ systems are interconnected. Changes in the structure and functions of any organ and organ system causes changes in the structure and functions of other organs. The main mechanism for maintaining the body's vital activity at a relatively constant level is the self-regulation of physiological functions.

  10. Maintenance anesthesia
Maintaining anesthesia with midazolam (Dormicum) Maintaining the desired level of unconsciousness can be achieved either by further fractional administration, or by continuous infusion of midazolam (Dormicum), usually in combination with analgesics. The dose for the maintenance of anesthesia is 0.03-0.1 mg / kg / h, if the drug is used in combination with narcotic analgesics, and 0.03-0.3 mg / kg / h, if
  11. Maintenance anesthesia
After reaching an adequate level of anesthesia, its maintenance is performed in accordance with the chosen technique. Surgical intervention begins with the permission of the anesthesiologist, after the latter is satisfied with the sufficient depth of anesthesia and corrects (if necessary) the changes in the systems for maintaining the patient's homeostasis during the induction. General anesthesia with steam forming
  12. Maintaining balance
One of the central tasks of postural mechanisms is to maintain an equilibrium at rest or when performing movements. From a purely mechanical point of view, this is equivalent to retaining the center of gravity of the body within the support area. However, the position of the center of gravity itself cannot be directly measured. Its change can be judged by the relative amount of pressure on each supporting limb and
  13. Maintenance anesthesia
To maintain anesthesia, use opioids or inhaled anesthetics. The most common non-inhalation anesthetics are fentanyl and sufentanil, inhalants are halothane, isoflurane, and nitrous oxide. Sometimes the selected anesthetic adversely affects hemodynamics, then it is changed to another drug. In some cases, isoflurane may be more appropriate than halothane. AT
  14. Maintenance anesthesia
To maintain anesthesia, they most often resort to a combination of nitrous oxide, a narcotic analgesic and a muscle relaxant. Any narcotic analgesic can be used (Ch. 25). In stable arterial hypertension, low doses of isoflurane (<1 MAC) are used. Possible alternatives include a combination of narcotic analgesic and low doses of isoflurane and, in addition, a total intravenous dose.
  15. Induction and maintenance of anesthesia
Conduct a modified fast sequential induction; the head end of the operating table should be raised. Ketamine, it is midat and / or narcotic analgesics are administered slowly to avoid excessive blood pressure reduction. To facilitate laryngoscopy, succinylcholine or non-depolarizing peace-laxant is administered. The assistant must press the cricoid cartilage until the cuff is inflated
  16. Maintaining Sinus Rhythm
Highly effective 1. Before starting treatment with antiarrhythmic drugs, treatment is recommended to eliminate the reversible causes of AF that cause the development of repeated attacks. Effectively 1. In patients with AF, medical therapy can be used to maintain sinus rhythm and prevent cardiomyopathy caused by tachycardia. 3. It is advisable to carry out medication.
  17. Maintain optimal blood pressure
Maintaining optimal blood pressure in TBI is also very important. Increased blood pressure is traditionally considered to be an unfavorable factor for the prediction of TBI, since arterial hypertension is considered as a triggering factor for vasogenic cerebral edema due to the development of the “luxurious perfusion” phenomenon [7]. However, there are evidence that correction of arterial hypertension can have a negative effect on
