For some reason, we are not so caring about our own health. It is easier for us to let everything run dry until problems arise, then to search for their solution.
Today, the “magic pill” approach dominates in society: ignoring the disorders until they become unbearable, and then resorting to all sorts of diets, surgery and other means promising healing the next day. Magazines, movies and television shows strongly support this approach. The magazine covers featured celebrity photos and headlines that tell what they are doing to look 10 years younger. This tool is instantly in fashion. And what if you look at this celebrity after a few months or years? Often, it represents only a pale shadow of that brilliant, healthful image. Usually the reason is the lack of support that the body needs.
Detoxing gives great results, but do not imagine that this is your magic pill. Consider it as a powerful start to a balanced lifestyle. After the start, you should maintain a balance if you want to keep your achievements. When planning a diet and lifestyle that you can follow daily, be guided by the principles you already know. I always explain to my patients that this approach does not provide for a complete revision of the usual way of life. Now that you know which way of eating and which habits contribute to a better functioning of your body, changes will be made easier for you. This is how long-term well-being is formed. It depends on how well you know your needs. There is a lot of information that you can use in maintaining and improving your health.
Keeping on a rotational diet when you eat harmful foods only occasionally is a simple way to avoid the negative effects of food allergies and sensitivity.

Representatives of Western medicine are just beginning to realize that the “one size fits all” approach does not work.

The facts show that miracle cures do not help everyone, because we are genetically different from each other. Someone, due to his genetics, may not have the enzymes necessary for removing a certain drug, as a result of which his dangerous concentration is formed in the blood.

I myself have tried many different methods and made sure that most of them contribute only to the achievement of specific goals. Some of them allow you to quickly lose weight, others - to build muscle mass. I believe that if weight loss is the only purpose of the technique, it will not bring health to any patient.
You have begun to create an internal environment that protects itself not only from pathogenic bacteria and viruses, but also from many diseases of modern civilization. Guard this environment, take care of it, and access to it for pathogens will be closed.
Instead of figuring out which diet book contains the truth, I study the book of nature. The same thing, only a little differently, you did during the program.
Even a simple return to the fact that nature has provided for us initially, and nutrition, similar to how all other animals eat, starts the healing process. And yet it must be considered, both literally, through an understanding of the metabolic function, and philosophically.
