Exemplary one-day menus for cardiovascular disease (atherosclerosis)


I. First breakfast: boiled meat, vinaigrette with vegetable
butter, coffee with skim milk.
The second breakfast: salad from fresh cabbage with apples or with sea kale.

Afternoon snack: broth of dog rose, apple.
