We make all our choices and actions on the basis of the convictions that had once formed: “Look, it’s written on the clan ...”, “They didn’t live richly and nothing now ...”, “In the next world they will be rewarded”. Beliefs are those principles that are “suffered” and accepted by us personally. We paid dearly for them - a part of our life, and therefore we consider them to be absolutely valuable. Over the years, convictions increasingly entangle a person with the concepts of duty, necessity ... These fetters do not allow him to make free decisions. And getting out is extremely painful and difficult, although it is possible if it became completely unbearable from its own self-restraints.
Let's look from the side at some of the fetters that help overweight “firmly” attach to the body of their master.
1. "I will not be able to lose weight, because earlier it did not work and I tried all the methods."
In fact, there are more than 700 methods of losing weight, and even trying a few lives is not enough to try them all. At the same time, 90 percent of the proposals that exist in today's market, to put it mildly, are not at all focused on harmony. For the most part, these are numerous slimming adventures that help you lose weight — become worse, but not slimmer.
However, the more attempts to become slim, the more likely it is to ever do it successfully. For an intelligent person, the experience of trial and error in reducing weight allows you to create your own, unique and unique program of liberation from addictive behavior. After all, everything has its beginning, including the path to harmony. Another example. Everything is going as well as possible. A thirty-year-old woman is exempt from thirty extra pounds, promoted to her job and offered to be a chief accountant of the company. However, together with slenderness and the possibility of career growth, she also acquires a long-awaited pregnancy. After weighing all the pros and cons, she decides to keep the pregnancy and give birth.
And that means giving up an enviable position and, possibly, gaining weight again. Well, this is quite a conscious choice: the future child is more important than all the benefits that a slender body offers. At least in this period of life.
There are also simpler situations when a person simply DOES NOT WANT to search for new interests and pleasures in life, except for tasty food. Here, too, the right to choose.
As you understand, prolonged fasting, fatty tissue removal and most other modern methods are just an analogue of the Fairy degreaser for the body. And if you are ready to compare yourself with a salty pot, these are your methods. That's just the weight most often returned. Therefore, one should not expect that approaches that do not take into account the complexity of the mental organization of a person will provide you with long-awaited harmony.
