Recommended and excluded products for cardiovascular disease with circulatory failure of I-IIa degree
The offered products and dishes should promote restoration of circulatory disturbances, normalization of liver function, kidneys and metabolism with simultaneous shaking of the cardiovascular system and digestive organs. They improve the excretion of nitrogenous slags and under-oxidized metabolic products from the body.
GENERAL PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Food with a restriction of table salt to 5-6 g (2-3 g is contained in the products and 3-5 g is given on the hands of the patient), a free liquid of 1.2 liters (including soups, kissels). The daily diet contains 90 g of protein (of which 50 g of animals), 65-70 g of fat (of which 20 g of vegetable), 400 g of carbohydrates. Caloric content 2500 kcal. Weight of the diet is 2 kg. Foods rich in potassium salts and vitamins are recommended: milk, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, juices from them, cottage cheese, cod, oatmeal, etc.
Excludes: substances that excite the central and cardiovascular systems - all kinds of alcoholic beverages, strong tea, natural coffee, cocoa, chocolate; meat, fish and mushrooms; spicy dishes, smoked products; products rich in cholesterol (brains, caviar, internal organs of animals). Restrict the vegetables that cause flatulence (radish, cabbage, garlic, onions, legumes, carbonated drinks).
CULINARY FOOD PROCESSING
All dishes are prepared without salt. With mild swellings, food is allowed to be poured at the rate of 1 teaspoon of salt (1 teaspoon of salt - 5-6 g) for 2 days. Meat and fish are boiled in water or steamed. The following frying is allowed. Fatty meals are excluded.

Exclude: fatty meats, goose, liver, kidneys, brains, smoked products, sausages, canned meat.
Dishes from fish: low-fat kinds (pike perch, cod, pike, navaga, hake, etc.), boiled or with subsequent roasting, a piece and chopped.
Exclude: fatty species, salted, smoked, caviar, canned.
Dishes and side dishes from vegetables: vegetables in cooked and raw form. Carrots, pumpkins, zucchini, beets, cauliflower, potatoes are allowed. In a limited number of green peas, white cabbage. Sweet dishes, sweets, fruits, berries: jelly, compotes, mousses, jellies from fresh and dry sweet varieties of berries and fruits, baked apples, honey, sugar, jam, marmalade, marshmallow, pastille, creamy caramel;
creams, fruit, berry and vegetable juices, rich in potassium salts. Kaliem is particularly rich in apricots (dried apricots), raisins, figs, prunes, bananas, watermelon, melons, citrus, dogrose. Exclude: fruits with coarse fiber, chocolate, cakes.
Sauces and spices: fruit sauces, vegetable, white sauce without passaging with the addition of sour cream, tomato juice, dill, parsley, laurel, vanillin, cinnamon, citric acid, cloves.
Exclude: sauces on meat, fish, mushroom broth, mustard, pepper, horseradish.
Fats: unsalted cream and ghee. Vegetable oils are natural in limited quantities.
Exclude: lamb, pork, beef lard, cooking fats.
Drinks: tea and coffee are not strong with milk, broth of wild rose, black currant, fruit, berry, vegetable juices. Limited - grape juice.
Exclude: natural coffee, cocoa.
