Recommended and excluded products for diseases of the cardiovascular system with circulatory failure I-IIa
Offered foods and dishes should contribute to the restoration of circulatory disorders, normalization of liver function, kidney and metabolism, while simultaneously diluting the cardiovascular system and the digestive organs. They improve the excretion of nitrogenous toxins and oxidized metabolic products from the body.
GENERAL PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Food with the restriction of table salt to 5-6 g (2-3 g is contained in products and 3-5 g is given to the patient's hands), free liquid 1.2 l (including soups, jelly). The daily ration contains 90 g of protein (50 g of them are animals), 65-70 g of fat (20 g of which are vegetable), 400 g of carbohydrates. Calories 2500 calories. Diet weight 2 kg. Foods rich in potassium salts and vitamins are recommended: milk, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, juice from them, cottage cheese, cod, oatmeal, etc.
Excluded: substances that excite the central and cardiovascular systems - all types of alcoholic beverages, strong tea, natural coffee, cocoa, chocolate; meat, fish and mushroom Navar; spicy dishes, smoked meats; foods rich in cholesterol (brains, caviar, internal organs of animals). CULINARY FOOD PROCESSING
All dishes are prepared without salt. With mild edema, it is allowed to salt the food at the rate of 1 teaspoon of salt (1 teaspoon of salt - 5-6 g) for 2 days. Meat and fish are boiled in water or steamed. Subsequent roasting is allowed. Fatty foods are excluded.
