- CHANGES IN THE NERVOUS SYSTEM IN CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES
The variety of clinical manifestations of diseases of the cardiovascular system is explained by the complexity of the relationship between the central nervous system and the cardiovascular system. The normal functioning of the large brain depends on its blood circulation, providing the brain tissue with oxygen, glucose and other substances. The weakening of the cerebral blood flow is accompanied by hypoxia of the nervous tissue and
- RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CARRYING OUT OF EchoCG IN CERTAIN DISEASES OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM
EchoCG IN THE EVALUATION OF THE HEART VALVE PATHOLOGY EchoCG is especially indicated in assessing cardiac noise, stenosis and regurgitation of all four heart valves, evaluation of prosthetic valve functioning and in patients with infective endocarditis (Erbe1 R. et al., 2001; Clive Rozendorf, 2007) (see Table 7.3-7.20). - 15. DISTRIBUTION OF PATIENTS WITH DISEASES OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM. COMPLAINTS (8 BASIC), THEIR DETAILS, MECHANISM. DIAGNOSTIC VALUE.
One of the frequent complaints of persons suffering from heart disease is shortness of breath, i.e., a painful feeling of lack of air. The occurrence of dyspnea is a sign of the development of circulatory failure, and by its severity it is possible to judge the degree of insufficiency. Therefore, when questioning the patient, it is necessary to find out under what circumstances it appears. So, in the initial stages of the heart
- The principle of centralization of blood circulation. Its significance in the development of adaptive and compensatory reactions of the cardiovascular system
Influences that have a physiological, extreme or pathological nature and lead to a decrease in blood pressure in both the arterial and venous sections of the vascular system are accompanied by the development of a whole complex of reactions, called “centralization of the blood circulation”. The latter is aimed at the normalization of systemic hemodynamics or, with its partial nature, to ensure adequate
- Resuscitation and IT in acute cardiovascular failure.
Lecture 2 Acute cardiovascular insufficiency is a pathological condition caused by the inadequacy of the cardiac output to the metabolic needs of the body. In this condition, the heart does not provide organs and tissues with enough blood, and therefore oxygen, and energy substances. In medical practice, there is the term "low release syndrome", which can be
- Diseases of the cardiovascular system
Diseases of the cardiovascular system are numerous. Some of them are predominantly heart diseases, others are mainly arteries (atherosclerosis) or veins, and still others affect the cardiovascular system as a whole (hypertensive disease). Diseases of the cardiovascular system can be caused by congenital malformations, trauma, inflammation and others. Congenital
- The main manifestations in the oral cavity of chronic insufficiency of the cardiovascular system
In patients with chronic insufficiency of the cardiovascular system, cyanosis (cyanosis) of the mucous membrane of the soft palate, tongue, oral cavity is noted. Patients with chronic cardiovascular failure II - III degree often suffer from ulcerative-necrotic processes in the oral cavity. Ulcers on the oral mucosa do not have a specific location. As a rule, they hit all
- PHYTOTHERAPY OF CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM DISEASES
With all the enormous diversity of cardiovascular diseases, it is conditionally possible to distinguish several groups. 1. Diseases caused by a violation of the interaction of regulatory systems (nervous, endocrine, immune) or the predominant dysfunction of one of them. Diseases arising from this: cardiovascular neuroses, hypertension; autoimmune damage to the heart and blood vessels and
