Recommended and excluded products for cardiovascular disease with circulatory failure of I-IIa degree

The offered products and dishes should promote restoration of circulatory disturbances, normalization of liver function, kidneys and metabolism with simultaneous shaking of the cardiovascular system and digestive organs. They improve the excretion of nitrogenous slags and under-oxidized metabolic products from the body.
GENERAL PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
Food with a restriction of table salt to 5-6 g (2-3 g is contained in the products and 3-5 g is given on the hands of the patient), a free liquid of 1.2 liters (including soups, kissels). The daily diet contains 90 g of protein (of which 50 g of animals), 65-70 g of fat (of which 20 g of vegetable), 400 g of carbohydrates. Caloric content 2500 kcal. Weight of the diet is 2 kg. Foods rich in potassium salts and vitamins are recommended: milk, dairy products, fruits, vegetables, juices from them, cottage cheese, cod, oatmeal, etc.
Excludes: substances that excite the central and cardiovascular systems - all kinds of alcoholic beverages, strong tea, natural coffee, cocoa, chocolate; meat, fish and mushrooms; spicy dishes, smoked products; products rich in cholesterol (brains, caviar, internal organs of animals). Restrict the vegetables that cause flatulence (radish, cabbage, garlic, onions, legumes, carbonated drinks).
CULINARY FOOD PROCESSING

  3. CHANGES OF THE NERVOUS SYSTEM IN CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES
The variety of clinical manifestations of diseases of the cardiovascular system is explained by the complexity of the interrelations between the central nervous and cardiovascular systems. The normal activity of the large brain depends on its blood circulation, which provides the brain tissue with oxygen, glucose and other substances. Attenuation of cerebral blood flow is accompanied by hypoxia of the nervous tissue and
  4. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR CARRYING OUT ECHOK IN SPECIFIC DISEASES OF THE CARDIAC-VASCULAR SYSTEM
Echocardiography in the evaluation of the pathology of the heart valves Echocardiography is particularly indicated in assessing cardiac noise, stenosis and regurgitation of all four heart valves, assessing the functioning of prosthetic valves, and in patients with infective endocarditis (Ebet R. et al., 2001; Kliv Rosendorf, 2007). Table 7.3-7.20). Table 7.3 Recommendations for echocardiography in patients with cardiac murmurs

  8. 15.RASPROSE OF PATIENTS WITH DISEASES OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM. COMPLAINTS (8 BASIC), THEIR DETAILS, MECHANISM. DIAGNOSTIC VALUE.
One of the frequent complaints of people suffering from heart disease is shortness of breath, that is, a painful feeling of lack of air. The appearance of dyspnea is a sign of the development of circulatory insufficiency, and by its severity it is possible to judge the degree of insufficiency. Therefore, when questioning a patient, it is necessary to find out under what circumstances it appears. So, in the initial stages of cardiac
  9. The principle of centralization of blood circulation. Its importance in the development of adaptive and compensatory reactions of the cardiovascular system
Influences having a physiological, extreme or pathological character and leading to a decrease in blood pressure both in the arterial and venous sections of the vasculature are accompanied by the development of a whole complex of reactions called "centralization of the circulation". The latter is aimed at normalizing systemic hemodynamics or, with its partial nature, to ensure adequate
  10. Resuscitation and IT in acute cardiovascular insufficiency.
Lecture 2 Acute cardiovascular failure is a pathological condition caused by inadequate cardiac output to the metabolic needs of the body. In this condition, the heart does not provide organs and tissues with a sufficient amount of blood, and hence oxygen, and energy substances. In medical practice, there is the term "small-shot syndrome", which can be
  11. Diseases of the cardiovascular system
Diseases of the cardiovascular system are numerous. Some of them are primarily heart diseases, others mainly arteries (atherosclerosis) or veins, while others affect the cardiovascular system as a whole (hypertension). Diseases of the cardiovascular system can be due to congenital malformation, trauma, inflammation and others. Congenital
  12. Main manifestations in the oral cavity of chronic cardiovascular insufficiency
In patients with chronic cardiovascular insufficiency, cyanosis (cyanosis) of the mucous membrane of the soft palate, tongue, and oral cavity is noted. Patients with chronic cardiovascular insufficiency of II - III degree often suffer ulcerative-necrotic processes in the oral cavity. Ulcers on the oral mucosa do not have a specific localization. As a rule, they amaze everyone
  13. Phytotherapy of cardiovascular diseases
With all the enormous variety of cardiovascular diseases, it is possible to distinguish several groups. 1. Diseases caused by a violation of the interaction of regulatory systems (nervous, endocrine, immune) or a predominant violation of the function of one of them. Diseases arising in this case: cardiovascular neurosis, hypertension; autoimmune lesions of the heart and vessels and
