7 recipes for smoothies


If possible, use ice from clean, filtered water. If you prefer not very cold dishes, do not lay ice.
Fruits can be either fresh or frozen.
To prepare any of the above cocktails, you will need coconut or walnut milk, whose recipes you are looking for on page 321.
COCONUT MILK
This dish replaces natural coconut milk, 4 servings are obtained.

· 230 g of nuts soaked for 3 hours in purified water;
· 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or extract;
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or natural honey that has not been heat treated;
· 600 ml of purified water.
Preparation:
1. Pour out the water and dry the nuts.
2. Place them in the mixer together with vanilla powder or extract, sweetener and 3 cups of purified water.
3. Stir the ingredients for about 3 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture through a sieve or gauze.
5. Put the resulting dish in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Agave syrup, also called agave nectar, is made from cactus. It contains sugar (fructose), so use it in small amounts, you need it only to taste the dish, you can do without it.
GREEN COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
· 100 ml of almond milk (see the recipe for walnut milk, page 321);
· 100 ml of coconut water (if possible fresh, see note on coconut water, page 323);
· 2 large-leafed cabbage leaves or lettuce;
· A quarter of the avocado;
100 grams of mango slices;
100 g of ice.
Stir the ingredients until they are pasty.
If you use almond milk, sold in stores, try to buy what does not contain soy.
COCKTAIL OF CABBAGE AND ANANAS
Ingredients:
· 100 grams of pineapple slices;
· 2 leaves of cabbage;
2 teaspoons ground linseed;
· 200 ml of clean water;
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or natural honey (agave does not carry here any nutritional or purifying purpose, it is necessary only for palatability of a dish;

COCKTAIL FROM MANGO AND COCONUT MILK
Ingredients:
· 230 grams of mango slices;
· 100 grams of pineapple slices;
· 300 ml of coconut milk;
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or natural honey;
100 g of ice.
Stir the ingredients until they are pasty.
Coconut milk is not the same as coconut water. It is obtained from the white pulp of coconut by its soaking and grinding.
Canned coconut milk may contain additives. Read the composition and in case of doubt prepare your own milk.
BLACKBERRY COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
