7 Smoothie Recipes


If possible, use ice from clean, filtered water. If you prefer not very cold dishes, do not put the ice.
Fruits can be either fresh or frozen.
For the preparation of any of these cocktails you need coconut or nut milk, which recipes are looking for on page 321.
COCONUT MILK
This dish replaces the natural coconut milk, it turns out 4 servings.
Ingredients:
· 230 g dried coconut dried chips;

Cooking:

NUT MILK
Use this recipe to make almond milk, which is part of some of the recipes below, as well as milk from the Brazil nut. Do not use peanuts. Ingredients:
· 230 g of nuts, soaked for 3 hours in purified water;
· 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder or extract;
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or natural honey that has not been cooked;
· 600 ml of purified water.
Cooking:
1. Pour out the water and dry the nuts.
2. Place them in a blender with vanilla powder or extract, sweetener and 3 cups of purified water.
3. Stir the ingredients for about 3 minutes.
4. Strain the mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth.
5. Put the resulting dish in the fridge for 2 days.
Agave syrup, also called agave nectar, is made from cactus. It contains sugar (fructose), so use it in small quantities, only needed to add flavor to the dish, you can easily do without it.
GREEN COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
· 100 ml of almond milk (see recipe for peanut milk, p. 321);
· 100 ml of coconut water (fresh when possible; see note on coconut water, p. 323);
· 2 coarse cabbage leaves or lettuce;
· A quarter of avocado;
· 100 g mango slices;
· 100 g of ice.
Stir ingredients to a paste.
If you use almond milk sold in stores, try to buy something that does not contain soy.
COCKTAIL AND CANNED COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
· 100 g of pineapple slices;
· 2 cabbage leaves;
· 2 teaspoons of ground flaxseed;
· 200 ml of pure water;
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or natural honey (agave does not carry here any nutritional or cleansing purpose, it is necessary only for the taste attractiveness of the dish;
· 100 g of ice.

Stir ingredients to a paste.
Flaxseed is rich in vegetable fats, especially polyunsaturated or essential fatty acids omega-3 and omega-6, which have a beneficial effect on almost all the vital processes of the human body. In addition, flax seed contains a significant amount of protein, vitamins (A, B, E, P) and other biologically active substances.
MANGO AND COCONUT MILK COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
· 230 g mango slices;
· 100 g of pineapple slices;
· 300 ml of coconut milk;
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or natural honey;
· 100 g of ice.
Stir ingredients to a paste.
Coconut milk is not the same as coconut water. It is obtained from the white pulp of coconut by soaking it and chafing.
Canned coconut milk may contain additives. Read the composition and in case of doubt prepare your own milk.
BLUEBERRY COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
· 230 g blueberries or any other berries;
350 g of almond milk (see recipe for peanut milk, p. 321);
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or natural honey;
· 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder that has not been cooked, without any additives, or carob bean powder;
· 100 g of ice.
Stir ingredients to a paste. Cocoa powder contains magnesium and is rich in antioxidants.
ENERGY COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
· 50 ml almond oil;
· 2 cardamom pods or 1 teaspoon crushed cardamom;
· 300 ml of pure water;
· 230 g frozen or fresh peaches;
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave syrup or natural honey;
· 100 g of ice.
Stir ingredients to a paste. BERRIES AND CROWN COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
· 500 g of blueberries and raspberries, mixed with each other;
· 200 ml of coconut milk with coconut pulp or a quarter of avocado;
· 1 teaspoon cinnamon;
· 1-2 teaspoons of agave or natural honey;
· 100 g of ice.
Stir ingredients to a paste. TROPICAL COCKTAIL
Ingredients:
· 350 g slices of pineapple and mango;
· 2 teaspoons of tropical fruit puree;

Cooking:
