Step 2. Preparing life: daily routine


In some respects, it is more convenient to carry out my detox program at home than at a wellness center, but this is fraught with certain difficulties. It is difficult to give up perennial habits, but the hardest thing to change the diet. When you have to make such sacrifices, we become sullen and irritable. Although the program solves health problems at the biochemical level, it needs reliable psychological support. By creating a new daily routine in advance, you will maximize your chances of success.
ENTER THE PROGRAM ON YOUR DAY ORDER
Like any business worth the effort and energy invested in it, my detox program takes time. It was successfully conducted by many busy people - from parents to businessmen, from students to entertainers. They all agree that 3 weeks of freedom from all sorts of duties and social events is just fantastic. Therefore should not be shelved. If you wait for the most favorable time, then most likely your dreams will never come true. You can schedule a program for the period with a minimum number of business trips and social events and start on Saturday. This will give you the opportunity to get used to a new diet and lifestyle exclusively at home. Also, keep in mind that many changes at the same time are very difficult to sustain, and therefore try not to plan the program for the periods when you move, go to
another job, get divorced or change something else in your life.
Do not allow a situation when in the middle of the week your fridge suddenly turns out to be empty, this will create unnecessary obstacles to the detox program.
Having determined the start date of the program, mark it in the calendar as you mark the dates of business trips or other important events. Mark the start dates of the elimination diet of the preparatory phase, the first, second and third weeks. Weekly planning tables are provided in the next section. It is also recommended to note in the calendar the time for additional activities: exercise, massage, etc. In addition, you will need time to purchase products that you plan to use in each of the weeks of the program. Provide it for each week.
When you get involved in a program, it will be easy for you to combine it with your usual lifestyle. For several days, refrain from parties and dinners with relatives and friends. You can even visit with your products.

PREPARE YOUR KITCHEN
During the program, home cooking plays a central role. Today, millions of people rarely cook themselves, preferring to eat out. Those who belong to this category will have to find daily cooking time provided by the program. Those who eat mostly at home will have to resist the temptations of the usual products that their family members continue to use. Firm determination to achieve the goal will help you find time and overcome the temptations. Remember that after the first week it will be much easier.
You should ask your family members to slightly change their habits for a while so that you have the best possible conditions for the program. Your success is in their interest, too, and therefore they must enter your position.
Check the contents of your kitchen cabinets. See how many boxes, bags, tubes and cans there are? Check out what ingredients are packed products in them, and then throw them away so that they do not tempt you and do not distract from the food provided by the program.
In order to successfully carry out the program and maintain the results achieved in the future, you will need three items of kitchen equipment.
1. Mixer. Mashed potatoes and soups are an important part of the diet provided by the program. I recommend to buy a high-speed mixer, but in principle any good mixer with a powerful engine will do. Some recipes require an apparatus for processing solid ingredients.

3. Source of clean water. In the implementation of the program it is necessary to use only clean water. There are too many chemicals in tap water, and therefore it does not detoxify the body. Although you can buy bottled water or use imported water, this option is too expensive and also not environmentally friendly. Conventional filters trap chlorine, but miss many harmful substances. The program will serve as a good reason to invest in water filtration system. The reverse osmosis filter system will allow you to wash the products with clean water, drink clean water and prepare mashed potatoes and soups. Whichever option you choose, try to use as clean water as possible when implementing the program.
