Step 2. Preparation of life: the daily routine


In some ways, it is more convenient to carry out my detox program at home than in a wellness center, but this involves some difficulties. It is difficult to give up many years of habits, but the most difficult thing is to change the diet. When we have to make such sacrifices, we become morose and irritable. Although the program solves health problems at the biochemical level, it needs reliable psychological support. Prepare a new daily schedule, you maximize your chances of success.
ENTER THE PROGRAM IN YOUR OWN DAY
Like any business worth the effort and energy, my detox program takes time. It was successfully conducted by many busy people - from parents to businessmen, from students to entertainers. All of them agree that 3 weeks of freedom from all sorts of duties and social events is just fantastic. Therefore, you should not put it off. If you wait for the most favorable time, then most likely, your dreams will never come true. You can schedule a program for the period with the minimum number of business trips and social events and start on Saturday. This will give you the opportunity to get used to a new diet and lifestyle exclusively at home. In addition, keep in mind that many changes at the same time are very difficult to maintain, and so try not to plan the program for the periods when you move, go to
another job, get divorced, or change something else in your life.
Do not allow the situation when in the middle of the week your refrigerator suddenly turns empty, this will create unnecessary obstacles for carrying out the detox program
Having determined the start date of the program, mark it in the calendar, as you mark the dates of business trips or other important events. Note the start dates of the elimination diet of the preparatory phase, the first, second and third weeks. The weekly planning tables are listed in the next section. It is also recommended to note in the calendar the time for carrying out additional activities: physical exercises, massage, etc. In addition, you will need time to purchase the products that you plan to use in each of the weeks of the program. Provide it for each week.
When you get involved in the program, it will be easy for you to combine it with the usual way of life. For a few days, abstain from parties and dinners with friends and family. You can even go to visit with your products.

PREPARE YOUR KITCHEN
During the program, the home kitchen plays a central role. Today millions of people rarely cook themselves, preferring to eat out. Those who belong to this category will have to find daily cooking time provided by the program. Those who eat mostly at home will have to resist the temptations of everyday products that family members continue to use every day. A firm determination to achieve this goal will help you to find time and overcome temptations. Remember, after the first week it will be much easier.
You should ask your family members to slightly change their habits for a while, so that you have the most favorable conditions for carrying out the program. Your success is in their interests too, and therefore they must enter into your position.
Check the contents of your kitchen cabinets. Do you see how many boxes, packages, tubes and cans there are? Read what ingredients consist of the foods packed in them, and then discard them so that they do not tempt you and distract you from the food provided by the program.
To successfully carry out the program and maintain the results you have achieved, you will need three pieces of kitchen equipment.
1. Mixer. Puree and soups are an important part of the diet provided by the program. I recommend buying a high-speed mixer, but in principle any good mixer with a powerful engine will do. Some recipes require the presence of a machine for the processing of solid ingredients.
2. Juicer.
3. A source of clean water. When implementing the program, it is necessary to use only pure water. In tap water too many chemicals, and therefore it does not contribute to detoxification of the body. Although you can buy bottled water or use imported, this option is too expensive and also not environmentally friendly. Conventional filters retain chlorine, but miss many harmful substances. Carrying out the program will serve as a good reason for investing in the water filtration system. The reverse osmosis filter system allows you to wash products with clean water, drink clean water and prepare the purees and soups provided by the program. Whichever version you choose, try to use as pure water as possible during the program.
