Step 1. Preparation of consciousness: entry into the program


Functional medicine is a broad-minded medicine that draws on knowledge from ancient sources and, if necessary, uses the most advanced technologies.
Each time, intending to improve any aspect of your life, you first draw up a plan of action and prepare for their implementation. My program is no exception to this rule. Although following it is quite simple, after you have started it, you will have to temporarily change some of your habits, and this can be difficult. Having spent some time preparing your consciousness, your daily routine and, most importantly, your body, you will maximize your chances of success.
Gabriela approached me after several gastroenterologists failed to help her. She was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, an autoimmune disease. She alone raised two small children, and there was nowhere to wait for help. Her main problem was that, because of intestinal disturbances, she could not miss a single public toilet that fell into her way. The last straw was the case when she could not leave the toilet in the supermarket, where she went shopping with children.
